"Not good"
I asked for a low floor close to the elevator. What I received was a low floor with the room all the way down the hall. There was a noise coming from the roof that sounded like a vacuum cleaner. We had to call twice to have someone check it out. It wasn't until the morning that we received a reply even though we requested that they call us back as soon […] as possible. We were told we shouldn't be concerned that everything was ok and if the noise bothered us, we could change rooms. We asked to change rooms and were told to call at 1:00 PM to see if the room was ready. It wasn't ready at 3:15,but they would put a rush on it. They called us at 4:25PM. Normal check-in is 4:00 PM. Enjoyed our stay. Not Casino people, but must admit it was not a problem.The Casino was "downstairs" and at a remote end of the hotel. The dining room has "wonderful" food but expensive. We could not afford to eat every meal there. We found the conceirge to be helpful, but the front desk people were a little "too casual" in their attitude. First room was just above the air conditioner units. They were very loud. One may have been broken which would account for the excessive noise. We were moved to a new room upon request. We were unable to connect to the internet unless sitting in certain locations in the lobby area.

"Enjoyed our stay"
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Close to Santa Fe. Very disappointed with the Starbucks inside the Hotel.

"Our new favorite place to stay"
This was our 10th trip to Santa Fe. We generally stay at the Inn at the Alameda which we love but decided to try something different that would be less expensive. Well, not only was this resort a third of the price, it was very convenient to downtown, and the view was fabulous. We had a balcony with furniture that overlooked the mountains. "Sante Fe Hilton"
Beautiful hotel. Surprising somewhat disappointed in the maintenance of my room and the costs of the food. Did not visit the casino or take advantage of the spa, golf, tennis, or exercise room amenities. The indoor pool was small and very crowded with wall to wall children so I didn't use it either. May be great facility for families to enjoy.

Had a lovely time at this hotel over Spring Break Quick drive to Santa Fe and it was very comfortable, the only issue I had was that the bathroom in our room was so very poorly lit that it was almost unusable......it was a beautiful bathroom, bit and roomy but not only did the dressing area have ZERO lights, but the whole bathroom had very dim lighting […] that made it almost impossible to take a shower except by the braille method...... Hotelss.com had a "spring special" got me there. Everything was so beautiful, building & views all around, the room, restaurants, shops, art work everywhere, golf, gamble...all in 1 gorgeous place.

This is our third stay at Buffalo Thunder and we have no complaints at all! Beautiful resort. Rooms are very clean, clean carpet, all tile and granite in the bathrooms, very very nice and clean!

"Well worth the money"
We stayed the night on our way to Pagosa Springs. Everything was excellent from the indoor pool (our kids loved it), dinner and breakfast, the staff was very helpful, the room was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was awesome and upgrade was perfect! Jr suite is way to go with 2 adults and 11 & 13 yr olds! Cant wait to plan another trip to take advantage of ski slopes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Santa-Fe. The decor is beautiful and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and lavish, but ammenities were a little pricey. "Buffalo Thunder Trip-Be Prepared"
The beds are very comfortable, the spa is wonderful, the food is excellent. The drive is long, the towels and bathrobes were sparse. We will go back for sure. I suggest thinking a little longer on what you might need...it is a 20 min. drive into Santa Fe.

I took my child with me. She was to be able to watch movies while I had a meeting. MyTV NEVER WORKED! We called the front desk at least a dozen times. The engineer came to the room one time and said that the problem would either be fixed or that we would be moved to another room. We never heard from him again. More calls to the front desk. "The Hilton Hotel at Buffalo Thunder"
We thoughrouly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the Pueblo decor and its plush furnishings, delicious seafood dinner buffet (I forget the name of the restaurant) and breakfast buffet at Mika's. The King of the Cage was a very exciting and unique sports event, and the music at the Blue Tower was our kind of music. We also enjoyed the casino very […] much. Nice place to stay. The only thing i believe that would improve the stay would be to offer complimentary breakfast like the Denver Marriott West does.

Was a last minute unplanned trip and stay. Was very pleased with the ambience of the hotel and even more pleased by the room. The bed was comfy and cozy. Soft pillows lulled me right to sleep. Balcony is something that I will enjoy on future visits when the weather is warm. Definately recommend staying here.

Got a couple of rooms for my best friends 21st so that we could celebrate properly. They were beautiful! The area is amazing and the rooms were top notch. Be careful though for the service charges. They have hidden traps everywhere! A tipsy friend of ours drank a $5 bottle of water form the mini bar on accident and the price speaks for itself. Other […] than that the hotel is wonderful. The spa however leaves much to be desired. The ladies who worked there were great company! They keep you entertained and will do much to cater to your needs. including remain unaware of the price of two margaritas they asked if I wanted($18!). I dont blame them though because at check out the front desk manager was more than happy to take a few bucks off of that charge. But my expectations of the manicures and pedicures themselves was not at all met, especially considering the price I paid. For myself and my friend a mani/pedi was $200 online. I expected to be treated like a queen with the most amazing and thoughtful care taken to my toes and fingers. I got about the same amount of care as your regular strip mall beautician. Minus all the small talk, the skills of the women were mediocre. Granted they did spend an hour and a half on us total but with all that time you think they could have done a better job. My friend had bubbles in her fingernail paint and I had paint on my cuticals which I had expected her to trim a bit (and she didnt). Lovely women but BT needs to crack down on their nail ladies and get them some proper training. The worst part was the bill. They had tagged on a $60 service charge!
