The room had a very strong pungent smell upon arrival - for a non smoking room, it was as if the cleaning crew oversprayed deoderant cleansing - all rooms booked so was impossible to change. This smell was really bad. and on a cold winter night we had to keep the window open. Not acceptable at all. There was no spacein the bathroom to place any cosmetics […] so we had to move a chair in there to place lotions etc on. Main door didn't close properly. Light to bathroom was inside on right wall which in the middle of the night was very awkward. Insufficient light in bathroom - when in shower it was very dark. The location was great we were able to get everywhere on the hill easily and you are right in the hu of the action in the village. Staff was friendly we would stay there again.

The hotal location is very convenient for the ski slopes as well as the village. The rooms were a very good size, although the bathroom was on the small side. Underground free parking was a real plus and they were very obliging in letting us leave the car after we had checked out to sneak in one last ski day! Great location in the middle of the village and very friendly and courteous staff. The hotel restaurant had great food and service well. The room provided was in need of updates.
