The SO Sienna is a converted townhome, fairly close to Hammersmith Station, north of King's Mall. It's been recently renovated, but remains pricey for what you get. There's no elevator, no air conditioning (both important if you're on the top floor), and the wifi internet didn't work while I was there. The last is particularly critical to me, and there's […] simply no excuse these days for not providing good internet connectivity. There is an internet cafe on Shepherd's Bush Road, 10 min walk away, but if you want internet in your room, look elsewhere. (I have to say that I chronically have problems with internet in London hotels.) On the plus side, and why we chose it, it's close to a very nice pub (off Brook Green) and our favorite curry shop in London (on Shepherd's Bush road). It's about 6-7 min walk to Hammersmith Station on the Picadilly Line (and other lines, but Picadilly gets you to central London and LHR). There's a large Tesco nearby, so you can cook for yourself. (There's a small Tesco metro in the station) The bathroom in our room was small, with no windown. The bedroom/sitting area was a decent size -- no complaints there. The combination microwave/convection oven was hard to understand --- the hotel should provide a little 'cheat sheet' explaining what the various buttons do. Mycket fint lägenhets hotell med hög standard. totalrenoverat med 2 moderna badrum och komplett kök i lägenheten. Lite minus - ingen hiss, ingen skylt på huset så det var lite svårt o hitta först. Hotellet ligger en bit från centrum, men det är bra komunikationer med tunnelbanan - 3 linjer - rosa, blå och grön.
