Good hotel with the exception that the heat could not be adjusted in the room. It had an auto setting and did not respond to attempts to adjust the heat.

We have a large family and the hotel put us up in a handicap accessible room with rollaway beds. We fit very comfortably; it worked out great.

Room was across from laundry facility and at 4am it was VERY noisy-woke me up from sound sleep-talking and laughing. Maybe they could keep voices down or close the door.i

Had a very nice room and very quiet hotel. The breakfast was great both days and we will be returning every couple of months to visit family.

We were in town for a conference and while I was at the conference my significant other stayed in the room. The accommodations were very nice including a clean room, good service, and decent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Muncie.

I love the Hampton. For the first time ever I was disappointed in a couple of things. Don't book with xxxxxx, hampton has no idea what they charge you. you think your getting a better deal, but thats a lie. I wasnt happy that even after i paid my xxx bill, you had the nerve to place a xxxx hold on my account. I was prepared to work in your computer […] room, had lots of work to do after the funeral i attended and neither computer/printer worked...for xxxxx ?? We stay in Muncie often and were very pleased with the Hampton. The lobby is very pleasant and attractive for a general type chain. Both desk clerks we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is the standard fare but was nicely presented in a very pleasant breakfast area. The attendant was just that - attentive. We had a 2queen room […] for two nights. The beds are comfortable, rooms large, bathrooms excellent, and the room quiet. Our only complaint: only one nightstand. You had to get out of bed to turn the light off as the stand is placed evenly between the two beds. Otherwise, a very pleasant choice in Muncie. We already have future reservations for June. Hotel was fine. Room very comfortable. Extensive array of cable TV channels. internet either wired or wireless somewhat slow. Also had poor water pressure in the morning.

Hotel was clean, but service was lacking. We were the only ones checking in, but it took the clerk several minutes just to acknowledge us. My wife forgot her glasses on the night stand, when we went back to see if they were found, it took the clerk 20 minutes to check...and the glasses still have not been located. The heated pool in the middle of snow and cold was a big plus.

Great stay. Clean room and great loacation near Ball State U. Only complaint was the heater never wanted to shut off.

My travel experience was horrendous to say the least. We were going down for my graduation. In the morning I used the hotel iron and it created black streaks all the way down the front, back, and side of my sweater that I was wearing that day. The front desk couldn't help me. They couldn't buy me a new shirt or give me any money back! This hotel is fairly new. The staff was friendly, both at the front desk, and at the breakfast buffet. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and functional. This hotel property was convenient to the Ball State campus and surrounding area. The location alllowed us to see the Muncie area and the flavor of campus life at the same time. It is in proximity to good local restaurants with reasonable prices for families as well as the local mall. We loved the friendly exchange with other hotel guests in the Hampton's […] breakfast room where breakfast was complimentary. The hostess in the breakfast room was a bright start to everyone's day! Our overall stay at the Hampton Inn in Muncie IN was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The only problems we had were minor; our coffee maker in our room did not work, and they were out of towels at the pool. Otherwise, it was a great place.
