Our stay was very enjoyable, the manager was there to check us in, she was very friendly and helpful, We had a great room ,clean ,quiet and enjoyed our stay.

I love walking into a hotel when the staff are warm and welcoming. The Front Desk had our reservation ready, took less than 10 minutes to check in. Room was exceptional, clean and comfortable. I slept well with no complaints. This is my second time to stay at this hotel and I have never been disappointed.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that they do not offer complimentary coffee.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel itself was very clean. It was a great location for us. We were within 5-15 minutes of everywhere we went while visiting Fort Worth.

no problems, nice place, nice staff, shuttle to billy bobs and stockyards, i was only going to the convention center each day, no shuttle. clean. fridge in room. WiFi in room.

Great staff and very nice hotel. On site bar and restaurant and hot tub too. Beds were comfy and my room had a refrigerator and microwave. Will definitely stay there again.

Room service ordered that never came, a few small hairs in the tub, lack of knowledge of local surroundings by staff. Overall this hotel has some growing up to do.

Our stay was really good, staff was real helpful. Breakfast not very good small buffet for 9.99 not worth that.

Loved the beds, comfortable, large, great quality bedding. small room but more than adequate. nice pool and jacuzzi. Only complaint is the buffet is expensive...I can eat less at the cracker barrell down the road for the amount I generally eat. Would stay here again though...

I stayed one night and it was not bad.Nice bathrooms the bed was a bit stiff but not as bad as a cheaper hotel.

Thought it was closer to Billy Bobs but had a shuttle. Only complaint was wet floors and elevator floor from kids in the swimming pool.

We were in town for an event at the Will Rogers Coliseum, and we found the hotel to be a less than 10 min drive to the event site. Easy to find and was really a great spot to be in.

I left some jewelry in my room the day i checked out by accident, i called two days later and they had my rings in a safe...very honest people working there... i won't hesitate to stay again...room was very clean, comfortable and staff was very courteous. Lobby was very comfortable.. A+ in my book.

My husband took me on a trip to Fort Worth for my birthday this last weekend. I chose the hotel for the night. This hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, I like the interior look, it was in a safe area, and it was nicely decorated for Christmas, which was plus. I chose this hotel for several reasons. One was it's close proximity to the Stockyards. […] Apparently this is the same reason a lot of people choose this hotel because when we returned Saturday night, there were a lot of people hanging around out front and in the lobby who were obviously having a very good time, which I thought was entertaining. Apparently there is a shuttle service which I didn't know about ahead of time. There are a few restaurants, etc close, including a McDonalds in the same lot and a donut shop and liquor store right across the road. My second big reason for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool / hot tub. They were very clean and nice, however not only was the pool water too cool to swim, the HOT tub was cold and there was no controls to warm the water. BUMMER. The only other complaints that I would have is that there is no vanity mirror in the (tiny) bathroom, and the counter is a little deep to lean across, there are no pay-per-view movie options,and there are only four half pillows on the bed. It was fine but I would suggest bringing your own pillow from home if you are used to larger pillows. The staff was responsive as I switched rooms TWICE. The third room finally had a working A/C unit. Both the previous rooms had damp or dirty carpet around the walls. I will not be back.

The staff was friendly and the hotel extremely clean. I was surprised the pool was not over run with children and in good condition. I was extremely surprised at the low price when budget hotels in the area were more expensive. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel good location, surrounding area is industrial so what are you gonna do? Staff was polite. Hotel resturaunt is ( of course) overpriced. Did see two small black stains neer top of sheets probably a previous guest eating in bed. Over all I would definitely stay again

It was awful hearing the people on top of our room making out and partying all night till 5 am !! Hoping my kids didn't wake and have to hear all those noices they were making !!

We enjoyed all but one thing about the Holiday in-Fossil Creek; that was the mattress on the king bed. The mattress was so hard we did not sleep comforatble at all. The rest of the room was great. I don't believe we will stay there again. We do go to Ft. Worth 2 to 3 times a year.

Front desk was amazing. It was chilly and they got us extra blankets. Breakfast was great. Many choices. We will stay there again!!!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Nice room. Exercise room was below expectations of this type of hotel. Very cheap equipment. Sherry and the other night male manager (did not get his name) were very accomodating and helpful. Hotel has shuttle to Billy Bobs, but night we were there driver called in sick. So we got a ride there, but took cab back to hotel.

Everything was great except for the refusal of one girl to give us a rollaway bed. We were then taken care of by a nice young man who came in on a different shift.
