Generally clean and quite comfortable - loved the window seat. The shower was not 100% clean but everything else was spotless. Location was convenient for where we needed to go but too much of a main road to be perfect. Also, no restaurants anywhere near, so you need to be prepared to drive.

My daughter recently spent one night in the Microtel Inn and Suites in Verona, NY. I can honestly say that this was one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever experienced in any hotel. After all, what I was looking for at the end of the day was a good uninterrupted slumber! The breakfast was not to write home about, but that is not the […] criteria with which I am concerned. very convienient and hotel seemed very new. rooms were nice & had nice extras. will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is excellent!! Have stayed here mutliple times, and have always received a comfortable clean room with friendly service. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and they too enjoyed a great stay.

Wonderful , helpful, friendly staff! Hotel was very clean, and convenient to the casino where we attended a concert. My only complaint is that the linens were not as white as they could have been. You could tell they were clean, but not very white.

Our room smelled so bad, they didn't have another room available when I woke up my allergies were so bad!

Do not book "One Queen Bed" if more than one person. Room is literally 3-4 feet wider than the bed. Room much too small for two people. We were tripping over each other.

Hotel was okay but breakfast was very bland and not presented well. Also, Hotel staff was not helpful in dealing with a simple billing matter that ended up taking several phone calls and costing me personal money on what should have been a business stay.

I thought this hotel was fantastic, it was clean, comfy, friendly, and very modern! One of the best hotels ive stayed in!

The hotel was very well kept, modern, and clean. It is extremely close to the Turningstone Casino and is a good affordable alternative to staying at the casino. Although the room was a bit small it was still nice and very cozy. Overall, a great value.

Stayed here as we thought it was close to the Turning Stone casino....although its only about a mile to the casino car park, like Disney it takes 30 minutes to find your way to the entrance once you have parked the car. Nice clean room with a lovely bathroom. Good complimentary breakfast.

I needed an economical alternative to staying at the nearby Casino/Convention hotel and Microtel gave me that. For about 60% of my meeting promotional rate, I had a smaller but fully equipped, clean and excellent condition room. Microtel was the only place available when i went to visit my son at Colgate University for parents weekend. Unfortunately it is a half hour away from the University however I was pleasantly surprised that it had laundry facilties as the first thing my son asked me was if I would do his laundry!

We stayed at this hotel as a cheaper alternative to the Turning Stone Casino. It was your typical chain motel - clean and comfortable. The rooms were modern. The free breakfast was just ok. My only complaint was the walls were very thin - i could hear noise all night from the room next door and cars passing on the road.

Like staying here. Clean, comfortable. B-fast, is o.k. Like most of hotels w/ free b-fast you have limited, healthy options. Easy access of NY thruway, large gas/convenience down the road. Like the MP3 plug in radio/clock. Look forward to staying again.

The only reason for the for giving this place a "4" for location is because the sign is hard to see after leaving interstate. Otherwise, this is very clean and comfortable, easy access to the thruway and Turning Stone Casino.

very pleasant accommodating staff. Well kept grounds,lobby etc. Our room was very clean & comfortable, but because it was a room with one queen bed, very little space. The included breakfast was fine, but limited. Would stay there again.

Really *nothing* nearby, but right off the Thruway and a pretty, 45-minute drive to Hamilton (where Colgate Univ. is located). Friendly front desk staff.

Second time we stayed, breakfast could be better, would stay again

Easy to get to. Comfortable room. Loved the window seat. Comfortable beds.

Very nice rooms,clean, good sized bathroom. Only complaint which could be major with the wrong neighbors:PAPER THIN WALLS. Could hear everything said in the next room.

I've stayed here several times as it is on my route annually, right off I-90. Always clean and everything works. Room is small but for an overnight it is fine, excellent wireless hookup, great service, restaurants within 1/2 mi. & gas/convenience store next door. Price makes good value.

The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was at night and the beds are very comfortable.

we were visiting Hamilton and this was a fairly convenient location. Easy on/off from 90 and nicely maintained facility. The beds were very comfortable and staff most helpful. Nothing too fancy but clean and new. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
