The hotel appeared as though it would be really nice. However, the pool was hot and the hot tub was cold. That was our primary reason for staying there. The rooms were dimly lit because there were only two lamps in the whole room. Despite the fact that we had put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping began knocking on our door at 9 a.m. […] and it happened 3 more times before we checked out at 11. I chose this for the $10 lower cost that was next door to another hotel. Entrance and check-in was no problem, hotel layout and parking ample and available. There was building maintenance oversight that did not affect the stay, and staff is completely happy to resolve it. Enjoyable stay and would go again. Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good, and had a variety of hot and cold choices. A hot dinner was also provided which as very much appreciated! Location was good, with easy on/off from I-20.

IT WAS GOOD HOTEL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, TILE VS CARPET WILL LOOK GREAT WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED INTERSTATE TRUCK NOISE A BOTHER BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO

Excellent hotel, just off the freeway. Very clean and well kept. Nice indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was amazing with fresh scrambled eggs and cinnamon buns. They even have an automatic pancake maker!

The staff was super! We booked through hotels.com and requested 2 roll aways but upon arrival the staff was unable to locate either of the two beds. The queen beds were broken down in the rooms, the water from the tub fosset ran a steady stream the whole time....just a waste of water. The breakfast was very good. Wonderful experience - the staff were great, as was the room. We stopped because we were dead tired and could not go on. There was a whirlpool in the room, which was fantastic - very relaxing. Complimentary full breakfast & dinner! Snacks in the evening time! Staff was so warm and welcome! I wish all hotels were this generous!

The hotel was clean and my family all recevied a goody bag at check in. All I can say about the staff was that they were very friendly. We didnt have any problems so we didnt require their services or help.

This hotel was awesome! The room was clean, with vaulted ceilings that made it seem larger. The pool was spotless, if a little small, and it had a jacuzzi as well. The breakfast was outstanding, with hot foods as well as breads, eggs, yoghurt, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

There was mold all around the lamps that are right next to the bed. I'm not talking about a little mold, I'm talking about "Oh my goodness, I can not believe they didn't clean this, there is no way nobody noticed it, I'v never seen this much mold before," amont of mold!
