Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Rochester - โรเชสเตอร์

We loved the hotel! We enjoyed the hot spa & the indoor pool.Breakfast was awesome-- eggs,cinnamon rolls, pancakes,bacon,fruit, cereal & more. The only thing we did'nt like was that our bed was too hard. We like a pillow top mattress.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Hotel & Room was clean. Pool & Whirlpool were perfect temp and chlorine level. Convienent location. Cons: Bed is stiff, Yellow stain on bathroom wall. Can hear everything in the halls.

My daughter and I stayed here on a college visti to University of New Hampshire. It was about a 20 minute ride into town. The room was clean and staff very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. I would stay again, but would ask for a room not facing the highway. Also I would ask if there is a non-smoking floor. Hotel is excellent and modern. Staff were great and rooms were a good standard. Breakfast was a bonus. Its on the outskirts of Rochester and ideal if you are passing through. There is also a dinner next door and a large Walmart just down the road.

Front desk was fast, friendly & helpful. Offered me everything but a free room. Room, lobby, breakfast area and grounds were spotless. Will be back.

The hotel location was a little out of the way, but the hotel was nice. The service was nice too. I do recommend that the rooms should have a refrig. We had items that needed to be put in a refrig.

After having stayed in some older and less comfortable hotels along our trip, this one was a breath of fresh air. The staff both night and day were very nice, and the room was very clean and well appointed. We loved the marble bathroom counter. The continental breakfast was quite usual, except for the new and cool automatic pancake maker (not great […] pancakes, but it was cool, anyway!) The location would have been fine for anyone who was driving along that route, but we went a bit out of our way to get there. Still, no complaints. The pool was adequate for a hotel pool. My boyfriend and I traveled 7 hours to NH to spend 5 nights at this hotel for our 4 year anniversary! We spent most of our time exploring the White Mountains in NH and at the beaches in ME but I have to say that the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay there again!

Very convenient location for where we were headed.

Best nights sleep we ever had. Beds were very cozy. The breakfast was great too.

The hotel was more than I had expected. The staff was very helpful and accomodating and the hotel as well as the rooms was well taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. My stay could not have been better. Thanks

Needed a quick reservation in Rochester, NH...this was definately the best Hotel in town. Clean, easy to get to off the turnpike...beds very comfortable and house keeping was fabulous. Started each morning with a complimentary breakfast...hot foods as well as normal continental breakfast items...stayed for 4 nights and really felt the comforts of home...from […] the smiling faces when we entered and exited, to house keeping and pantry staff right on top of their game. Super comfortable beds and extensive, tasty breakfast. Noticeably clean and well-kept public areas. Nice pool. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - probably the best HIE hotel that we used during our trip.

Rooms were pleasantly large and modern. There were extra pillows available and rooms were quiet! Pool and hot tub were extremely clean.

This is a nice clean hotel with a very large room and comfy bed. Local 50's diner next door, but it closes at 8pm on week nights. Walmart just down the street if you need one. Just passing thru traveling New England states...good night sleep.

Very nice room -- bed was very comfortable and I'm fussy about mattresses. Lobby and rooms were nicely decorated. My only complaint was a whiny shower and the fact that they charge $2.99 for a half hour Disney TV show

We liked inexpensive prices of hotel suites thet can acommodate up to 5 people. We have 4 kids so it was very convinient to have1 bedroom suite that included living room ,small kitchen and pull out coutch!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if I am ever in the Rochester area again. Short commute to downtown but far enough away that it was not "too busy".

The hotel is far enought out where the traffic isnt too bad but close enough to things where you can go to quite a few places.Very enjoyable,this is my second stay here will come back again for sure

This hotel was fantastic for us. Very relaxing atmosphere and freindly managment. The only complaint I could have, was that the towels that we had in our room smelled a little like stale ciggaretts. I think they dont seperate the non-smoking room laundry, with the smoking rooms laundry. Other than that, the stay was rather satisfying!

Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, very quiet, very nice breakfast included.

I was a little worried when I read an earlier review of this hotel. I should not have worried. The room was immaculate. There were four pillows for each bed -(2)firm and (2) soft. The bed was comfortable. The room quiet. Checkin was easy and quick. Definitely would stay here again. We recently spent 3 nights at the hotel and after the first night I asked if they had any softer beds. They did not - and they offered no alternatives. We went across the street to the neighborhood WalMart and purchased a mattress topper. Now why can't they have something like this to offer their guests who find their beds a little too hard.

I booked the hotel for a wedding I was attending.I have a small dog so I called and was told no pets allowed.When I was checking in I saw 2 small dogs walking in lobby!!It took me 2 days to find care for my dog for one night ,when I could have just took her with me.

Hotel is great. It is clean and the rooms are large. I would suggest an additional dresser be added to rooms with two beds. We found one dresser was not enough space for four adults. The complimentry breakfast is good, but a varity of hot food from day-to-day would be nice; such as: omlets one day, french toast another, pancakes another and so on. I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions while visiting with family. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. You always get a happy, warm greeting when entering the hotel. It is always clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is the only hotel we stay at when in the area.

Nice and clean. Employees friendly and helpful. Could use a more comfortable bed. Location of breakfast diner next door was convenient(and tasty).

We arrived very late and the hotel manager was very friendly and accomodating to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
