"Holiday Inn Express-Alex"
The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accomodating.
"It was ok..."
The room was nice & clean....the front desk staff was nice & friendly.....that's unfortunately where the good part of our stay ended. The 2nd day of our stay we left at 8:30am & didn't return to our room until 2:30pm...our room was still dirty. We were going to hang out for an hour before we went on to the next adventure. We were relaxing & poof our […] door just opened...the housekeeper came in without even knocking....then when we told her we'd be leaving in an hour she told us she wouldn't be there then....so needless to say our room didn't get cleaned...even after being gone 6 hours? The breakfast was so-so....the eggs were dry, I gave up on the toaster after 10 minutes...my english muffin never toasted it was just warmed..the coffee tasted burnt. The yogurt was good though. The pool was decent & clean...however there were an incredible amount of unruly children in it...had to keep reminding my own just because they don't have rules doesn't mean you don't! There were no pool towels when we got out of the pool. Then on Friday night...the pool is supposed to close at 9pm per the sigh at the pool or 10pm per the info in the room. At 11pm there were still loud people/children in the pool. Our room was directly above the pool a few floors. So needless to say we won't ever be staying there agi อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"Very Disappointed"
The hotel looked fine and the man who checked us in was nice, however, it went downhill after that. The room was fine but we ended up with a clogged toilet late that evening and there was no maintenance person or even access to a plunger after we repeatedly asked. The toilet backed up to the top and we ended up having to use the lobby restrooms until […] check-out. We were advised someone would arrive to help us around 7 am and when we left at 9:00 we still had no ability to use our toilet. My husband made in-person trips to the desk every hour beginning at 5:00 am. Then, when we left the trash was stacked up so high out in front of the hotel that there were sacks and beer cartons holding trash all around the trash cans. It was a giant mess with bees and flies everywhere. This was our return home trip from a wonderful vacation, but it wasn't a good way to end it, that is for sure. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Room was comfortable but hotel was having hallway carpets replaced. Breakfast was adequate but could have been been better. Afternoon fresh baked cookies were a bonus.
"Alexandra, LA"
We showed up during a motorcycle convention. Other than a hundred motorcycles in the parking lot and couldn't hardly get to the front door of hotel, our stay was great. Met a lot of nice Harley bikers at breakfast of which there was plentiful food even with a full house. Room was spotless and comfortable.
"Holiday Inn Alex-could be better"
For the price, we expected a higher quality hotel. We stayed in a suite which was obviously a refurbished older room with an extra tv. complimentary breakfast was better than expected...staff friendly...but facilities could have been much better.

"Holiday Inn Express "Suites" Alexandria, LA"
The only reason they can call their rooms suites is that they added a microwave and refrigerator. The room is no different than that of any other Holiday Inn Express but they charge a good deal more per night. My toilet wobbled. If you didn't sit on it straight up and down it would move almost an inch. No water came out but still it moved. There was […] a used coffee bag in the coffee pot that was also dirty. Half the lights in my room didn't work. Finally the breakfast they offered was ok except the nonfat milk cartons they offered were frozen solid. "Holiday in Alexandria"
The hotel was very nice. I would stay here again but I would ask to not be on the first floor. It was really noisy. We heard the ice machine and the elevator all night. We were right next door to the breakfast area as well. It just was not very quiet.
"Great Hotel"
The staff was very informative and helpful plus the King room we had was very clean. I will use this hotel again when in the Alexandria area.
