"Mixed bag..."
The hotel is new and clean...service was good but reservation issues and communication between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com and customer left a great deal to be desired.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and lovely, clean rooms.

It took us a while to find the hotel. Our GPS didn't like the address, so we ended up calling for instructions in finding it. The pool and hot tub were clean, nice sized. The breakfast served our family of eight just fine :), saved us some money on the road.
We really like the Holiday Inn Express in Chippewa Falls, WI.

my sister and I came up to the Chippewa Falls area for a girls weekend. We had a little bit of an issue finding the address on our GPS, but it was well worth getting to the hotel. Our room was so big, modern with comfy beds. The free breakfast in the morning was the best we had ever had. Great place to stay and reasonably priced!!!

"In the cornfield, US Hwy 53 & Wis Hwy 29"
Very clean, excellent bed, very quiet room. Air conditioner worked very well in 98° F weather. We were able to check in early, got a 1st floor room, and never heard noise or sounds from any area -- pool, front lobby, or breakfast area. Motel located in the middle of 2 large cornfields - motel side and across the road. It was acres of silence but 1 […] mile from WalMart and 2 small shopping malls. Everything went better than expected. Check in was quick and easy. The entire staff was extremely friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this hotel.

"Passing Thru Chippewa Falls"
If you are stopping at Chippewa Falls on your way to Canada to do some fishing, stop at this hotel. It's clean and the hot breakfast at 6:30 am will get you back on the road quickly.

"Great hotel - ask for directions"
Great, new hotel. Nothing more to say except that any directions that are provided online are wrong because the hotel is so new. The hotel is right off of HWY 53 and OO, NOT BUSINESS 53 like the maps will tell you. Be ready to stop and ask for directions, but it's very worth it when you get there!!
