with a recent visit from a family member coming to a close. the only fight available that was complimentary to both parties was at 9:30 AM, living 75 miles from the airport made an overnight stay a necessity. the hotel was 5 min. from the airport and afforded us the oppurtunity to spend some time together the night before other than the living room. […] the last thing we needed was miscommunication with the reservations, or problems with the accomodations. everything was great we got exactly what we ordered. heartfelt thanks to all at the hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I was disappointed they didn't have pay for view, but the room was clean and well-supplied.

Hotel was very nice. Easy to find and in a convenient location right off the freeway. Very close to Downtown ABQ and the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino. Parking lot was rather small and the pillows were very uncomfortable but other than that everything was great. Had a great stay would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed here in December and loved it, so we came back. We visit Abq. several times a year and used to always stay at the Plaza, the descriptions that hotels.com have for the Plaza are terribly inacurate and it should barely receive a 1 star, it is so run down now and not worth the money anymore. If you read the reviews you will know what I mean. […] This hotel is great, comfortable, and most of all CLEAN. The pool, sauna, and hottub are open late enough to enjoy even after being out. The only thing I will request different on my third stay will be to not have a room near the ice and vending machines because the people make too much noise if they use it late at night, otherwise ,no problems at all, and the little bar is quite nice. Quick fast easy!

It was a good hotel for the price, we wanted the hotel near the Zoo it wasn't as close as it said it was so that sucked a little. At night the walls are very thin we could hear someone snoring all night. Over all it was a good stay.

The location of this hotel is kinda an adventure to find! But once you find it you will be so glad you did! Its off of Gibson, by the Sunport and close to the interstate so it was easy to skip over to the UNM hospital for our daughters appointment. We rarely heard anything from the airport and Our window had a view of the city like no other! The room […] was awesome, stayed in a one room suite and they are larger than some other expensive places we have stayed in! I got this suite for half the price of all other hotels in the city because i booked early with hotels.com without the breakfast added. It was more than worth it! JUST LOVED IT!!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful. Staff very, very nice. Downsides: - Most rinky dink, mickey mouse bkfst ever. We prepaid. Then, it was from some kinda strange menu(s) that we've never seen anything like. And then, once we attempted, they couldn't get it right. Even the simple notions. - It was amatuer hour at the front desk when we checked […] in. We were the only ones yet it took forever. During that time some unfortunate gentleman came back down (apparently for the second time) to get another key because his wouldn't work. - The other couple we checked in with got to their room and w/i a few minutes, someone else was checked into the same room. - Their lounge "happy hour" is from 9pm-midnite! I like this Holiday Inn, there is a nice easy way to get there! rooms were fantastic! breakfast was YUMMY! and the gym was open 24 hours! love that! :) very friendly employees! can't wait to go back again! VERY CLOSE to downtown and immediate area of albuquerque.

Overall the quality of the room was awesome. Bed was really comfortable and clean. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything in the halls. There was a lot of running in the halls and loud banging. Without the noise level it would have been a nice stay. Front desk check in could have been more personable and friendly.

My 83 year old mother and I flew into town due to her 75 year old brother being ill. So it was late notice on hotel and flight. Our stay at this hotel was beyond wonderful. They picked us up and the airport and then for four days, shuttled us back and forth to the hospital and back. Every single employee we met, had just great attitudes and were extremely […] accomindating. I would give this Holiday INN 5 stars if that was highest rating. This hotel is right by the airport, and by 'right by', I mean that you take the exit for the airport and the car rental return, only to turn off at the very last minute for the hotel itself. Hotel Manager was very nice and offered to help with our luggage.

lOCATION IS GREAT AND PUBLIC AREAS WERE CLEAN AND ATTRACTIVE - BUT THE BATHROOM IN MY ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. LIGHTS WERE OUT, THE DOOR TO THE BATHROOM BLOCKED ACCESS TO THE TOILET AREA, THE TOWEL BAR IN THE BATHROOM WAS FALLING OFF THE WALL. If you're traveling on I25, you will have a better chance of finding this hotel. If you're in Albuquerque and not on the interstate, good luck. Hotel staff was great. Cute little bar with good snacks too. If you book with Hotels.com, opt for the breakfast, it was very good, and well worth the few bucks.

I was given a room that did not have a curtain and there was a parking light out in the parking lot that was blairing in all night long and kept me awake. Not worth what I paid

this hotel is not easy to find at first, but once you do , you will want to go back. Nice hot tub, heated pool, sauna, nice bar&grill, great service, clean rooms, spectacularly clean bathrooms,comfortable beds, and just so pleasant for a get a way. the front desk was very helpful. We needed a place for dinner and they were great to give suggestions. Its located by the airport so not a lot of choices. Rooms are quiet and nicely maintained.

Convenient, clean and exceptional for price. Resteraunt had great food though limited menu.

They failed to provide my wake up call; then there was construction work being done down the hall; then I came back in the afternoon, and a maintenance man was in my room without my knowledge. Then the heater did not work. Would not recommend.

Hotel room was in less than ideal condition. Clean but not operable, ie: non-working air conditioning/heating, non-working primary telephone, non-working lights/vent in bathroom. Room service does not answer. Requested in-room breakfast according to hotel directions but did not receive, came to find out request was never picked up/placed! Convenience […] would be much improved if shuttle from airport had not taken 3 calls and 1.5 hours to arrive at the airport to pick me up in 36 degree, windy, and rainy weather. Had I known, I would have walked. The intermittent false fire alarms during the evening hours was not confidence inspiring as no information was passed to guests by the staff. air conditioning did not work, light bulb burned out, wind whistled through window that would not close well, bathroom light/fan was very noisy, broken tiles in bathroom. compensated by free Breakfast- eggs cold, burned bacon, dinner was cold but was compensated by no charge. This hotel was in a great location close to airport and to the University. The shuttle service into town was a plus and saved me the cost of a rental car. However, some little things were missing. No conditioner in the bathroom, I had to ask for it. No bath mat was left my first day. The drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed and kept sliding open. […] No accessable outlets to plug electronics in. Smoke alarm was beeping in room. Staff was plesant and worked to correct all issues they could. Sorry to say the drawers are probably still open. These issues would not prevent me from staying there again. generally Speaking, It is a good hotel. However, the hotel set a wakeup call at 4:00 a.m. by mistake. It is good that hotel is willing to offer free breakfast to make it up

We have stayed here before and loved it. My husband is a neat freak and this is one of the few places he will agree to stay. Great staff and wonderful rooms.

We were very disappointed in this hotel because the a/c didn't work well, it was too hot in the room. There was a problem with the toilet so we reported it to front desk & housekeeper and no one ever came to fix it. The room safe didn't work either---they did send someone to check it out but they didn't fix it even though they said they would. The food […] in the hotel restaurant was terrible. This hotel and others in the immediate vicinity are next to impossible to access unless one knows exactly how to get there. Mapquest is insufficient. Once the turn onto Sunport is made, there is absolutely no indication of where to turn next. Signage to the rental car agency is the turn required. The hotels are obvious but how to "get there from here" […] is not. I too went through the airport 3 times and asked directions twice before I was able to find the access road. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

excellent location near airport with complimentary shuttle service

We have stayed here twice and it is a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast buffet is very good and an added benifit is that kids eat for free. we love the pool. The rooms are a little small for our family of five. Maybe next time we will be able to get a suite.

We were looking forward to this trip but the hotel did not live up to the advertising. Problem 1 - We purchased the package that included breakfast for both my wife and I. When checking in, they said no breakfast was purchased. I had to talk them into reviewing my Hotels.com purchase and they finally gave me a $20 coupon, but the menu was so expensive […] that it didn't cover both our breakfasts. Problem 2 - After calling Hotels.com (they were very helpful) the customer service person called the hotel to help get us our breakfast. He called back and said it was fixed and the manager would call us. No call. I had to go to the lobby and ask for the manager myself. It turns out the desk person misled the customer service rep. She was a trainee but told the rep she was the manager because her manager was "not available". When I asked for the manager he was "still busy". She did relent and give me coupons for a free breakfast buffet for both my wife and myself. This was not the same as the free menu breakfast we thought we were supposed to get though. Problem 3 - I asked for coffee and orange juice with my "free breakfast". My wife asked for a little salsa. We were provided both (the waitress was great). When the head waiter/manager saw we had the juice and salsa he switched to Spanish and told the waitress neither the juice nor salsa was included with the "free buffet" and she would have to tell us and charge us for it. (My wife understands Spanish.) My wife only had 1 tablespoon of salsa. We ended up paying for the juice only but that was almost $3.00 for one glass. Problem 4 - The bed was very uncomfortable - we both woke up with backaches. Problem 5 - There was a water leak at the ice machine. To catch the water, a towel was placed on the floor. The problem was the floor in the hallway. It smelled bad and had soft spots and holes in the flooring under the carpet. I could feel the floor give as we walked on it. The only problem I had was not getting my wake up call. The hotel staff though called my room and I made my early morning flight. Nice little bar with great staff and good food

This hotel was everything you could expect from a holliday inn. The even let us leave our car parked there while we were gone for a few days. The drove us to the airport and picked us up when we got back. Not much places to eat close to the hotel and we did not recieve rooms next to each other like we requested but we enjoyed our stay.
