Paid Parking is convenient, but expensive. Walk to slopes is a bit far; however, probably still one of the best slope side locations at Winterpark. Early morning maintenance truck traffic was a bit loud and annoying. Room itself was great, clean and very nice. The kids loved the hot tub along with other families.

Stayed two nights at end of Feb 2012. Enjoyed this facility immensely, and would recommend it to others. The staff, located across the street in their Lodge, was friendly and helpful, and the condo itself was everything you could ask for in terms of furnishings and affordable price. We were in a 2BR condo. The master BR had a king bed, and the second […] BR was unusual in that it had both a queen bed and a bunk bed. Including the sofa bed, we had a total of five beds. One other thing of special note, both bathrooms were luxuriously HUGE. Other niceties included: elevator to our floor; our own ski locker; faily well equipped kitchen; easy access to hot tub; three minute walk across the street to the ski lift; underground garage in building (for extra daily fee, but it was worth it!); wireless Internet access. There was only one hot tub, but it was bigger than usual. No swimming pool. By the way, regardless of where you stay, be sure to stop by the great coffee shop that is located in the 2nd floor of the "Balconey Building" building near Zephyr Lift. Excellent location. We never had to drive once we made a trip to the grocery store. The mini-kitchen worked well. Studio room was large and comfy. The slopes and village are super close and the hot tub was wonderful. I would definitely return.

The studio had plenty of room with a very well laid out and equipped kitchen. We were not able to get the fireplace to work. We were told this was a 'ski in ski out' hotel, which it was not. There is a walk across a street and along some shops to get to the ski lifts. We were glad we were there, however, because the Winter Park ski area and parking […] are some distance apart and are difficult to maneuver. Overall this was a good place to say. What's strange is that there is a communication breakdown on how things work there so I'll give it to you. First off, this place is like 3 hotels in one. Fraser Crossing, Founders Pointe, and Zypher Loge. They really should just give it one name to simplify it. All three check in at the same place. However getting […] there, there are no signs for Fraser Crossing or Founders Pointe, there are only signs for Zypher loge and nothing about the others. Once checked in everything else was better. There are is a lot near this place so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Room was very nice, loved the glassed in fireplace and mini-kitchen. Bed was so so. This is a good place to stay and a decent value option if you are looking stay right by ski lifts and make your own meals. Overall, everything was good but we had trouble sleeping because though there were blinds there were no curtains to help keep the light (reflective from the snow and the clear moonlit nights) from making its way into the room. We stayed in a studio with a king sized bed, and were extremely satisfied. Very clean, large space, high end finishings. Highly recommended, we will go back. Since this was the first week after Labor day, the price was excellent . I called into Hotels.com on the same day to reserve and a very helpful booking agent actually found an additional price […] reduction vs on line. The only issue is that finding the hotel was not easy at night, as there are no clear signs pointing up to the location in Winter Park (my GPS told us we arrived when we reached the base of the mountain, and did not lead us to the resort up the hill). We had a great time, but Fraser Crossing / Founders Pointe is a not as close as we would have liked, it sits behind the Zephyr Mountain Lodge which is where everthing is happening, you must check in at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge to get your key, and parking pass, all parking is undergound. The only thing is that you need to check in across the street which we didn't know until we asked another guest.

We stayed here spontaneously just to get out of the city. Hotel/resort was nice and shopping/restaurants across the street were convenient. Hotel is more than what we expected. It was just little difficult to find at first but then on it was a wonderful experience. The kitchen was fully stocked and the room was nice. Only thing is that the room didn't have air conditioner and we had to leave the window open to stay comfortable.

Went in March for 5 days and had the best time! We ended up booking the one bedroom, it was small but perfect for two people just going for a week. And you walk right through the town and can stop at the starbucks and warm yourself up after a long day on the slopes. The town is small but very charming. Conveniently located just across the street from the lifts. Attractively furnished rooms, comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Our room was close to the hot tub and facing the courtyard, so there were a couple of nights when we wished that the hot tub closed a bit earlier (stays open until 11pm) as it was a bit noisy. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location is incredible. The room was wonderful and the kitchen was very well stocked. We arrived during one of the largest snowstorms of the year and it was very nice to be able to park your car in the heated underground parking garage and not have to worry about getting back out. "The Village" had everything […] we needed for our week long stay. The location is right across the street from the lift. What more can you ask for? Each room has a dedicated locker to store all of your ski gear that is located on the first floor. This keeps your room clear and free of melted snow. The accomodations at Fraiser's crossing were very nice. The room had everything we needed, and was very clean. The kitchen was nice, but also well equipped--had we been staying longer we would have definitely used it more. I must mention that there was a loud train that went by just outside our window at 5am. We got the condo for a very good reduced price in mid summer and the accomodations were wonderful. We walked across the street to visit the ski village, and the weekend we were there we witnessed lots of kids of bikes doing some wild riding on the mountain. My husband loves trains and our condo was within 200 feet of the famous Moffatt Train Tunnel […] (West Portal). We saw a few freight trains and the Amtrak train, but weren't noisy at all and didn't distract our sleeping. i had an amazing time. the patio hot tub was romantic and secluded. the fire place added to the decorem. it was quiet, and beautiful. stars, romantic movies, big bath tubs for two in the room. i have to say the down time for a ski resort is when its the most romantic to go...

Awesome location. Just accross the street from the ski hill. There is a shuttle into town from the street in front of the condo building. The hot tub is great you look out over the resort in open air. There is one grill (no grilling utensils) that we used and was super nice. Even in the summer this hotel is overpriced. The location is very close to the resort attractions but with no AC the rooms are very warm (the hotel suggests opening a window and using a fan which helps but only minimally). A hotel of this price range needs to offer AC since the airflow in a hotel room is quite poor with windows on one side and the hotel […] interior on the other side of the room. Additionally the spas were dirty and remained so throughout our stay. Enjoyed this 1 bedroom condo. It was very conveniently located across the street from the Winter Park base. You check in across the street at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Tastefully decorated. Our only complaint is that we could not get the heater to go Lower than 72. Had to open the door to cool off.

The hotel and our room was just awesome! The only big problem was that we were there for a romantic getaway and the walls are paper thin. We only stayed one night and didn’t realize this until 6am the next morning when we could hear the kids talking and watching Spongebob! It wasn’t that they were being loud they were talking at a normal level….that’s […] how thin the walls are! The condos were in very nice condition, the kitchen had granite countertops, the view was fantastic. It was very quiet and cozy. We enjoyed it very much. The best part was that we had a fireplace, premium channels and internet for free. We loved it!

The room was clean and the amenities where as advertised. I cannot wait to stay there again.

Our room was spacious like a small apartment. The bedroom was completly seperated from the rest of the hotel room which allowed for peaceful privacy. All amenities were mordern and fully updated from the fireplace to the spa tub. The right amount of luxury for the right price.

the hotel is clean nice and has nice ammenities, where it was dissapointing is the location, we where put in a room that backed up to Hwy 40 and the moffat tunnel where train traffic is very active. the hotel was nearly empty I guess due to off season, I wish the hotel had taken this into consideration especially since they have no air conditioning […] and we needed to leave the windows open. At the rate we paid the hotel would have been nice if it was winter and they where full, and there was not so much noise. I would only stay again if we had a better rate and it was during the winter. I have no complaints. Its new, clean and can't beat the location in regards to the slopes. I've noticed there are a lot of morons complaining about the lack of air conditioning in the room. It wasn't a surprise to me. Do your research on Winter Park, I promise you it will get cool enough at night to keep your room cool all day if you keep the windows […] open at night. We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was very nice. We were surprised to see that the hotel has no air-conditioning but the nights were cool outside so it wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a brand new property with an excellent location. The front desk staff with Winter Park Resorts/Intrawest was very helpful and friendly. It is possible my expectations were high, but there were several design/amenity dysfunctions with our unit. First of all, although it was only my husband and our 12 year old daughter, it is stated that the unit […] sleeps 4. There is only one sink in the bathroom. The toilet plugged immediately (we noticed that there was an industrial sized plunger by the unit) and water going down the kitchenette sink as I was brushing my teeth there was gurgling as it went down. There are no other mirrors in the unit - no place to put on make up, fix hair or check appearance than the mirror in the bathroom. The brand new screens on the brand new windows were falling off. We understood there is no A/C, but although wired for one, the bedroom had no ceiling fan. The remote controls on the TVs did not work. The drywall was cracking where signs were placed. The alarm clock was not set to the local time, it was two hours off, and I could not reset it no matter how hard I tried. Just thought that this development was not very well thought through, and with all the resources available and the competition out there, and also the potential for real estate sales, I would rather stay at a budget property with standard accommodations and pay that price for the basic services than pay more for a property that is imitating 4 or even 3 star rating. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The staff was nice, the room/condo was clean, the mini-kitchen was perfect for a small family. The size of the hot tubs were incredible and the views of the mountain could not be beat! We will stay here again in the future.
