The stay was spoiled by someone going through our luggage and stealing an item. We also think our safe was tampered with as we had to call an attendant to have it opened. Otherwise the hotel and staff was perfect

Loved the hotel, great locatipn close to everything. buffet breakky was yummy. pool was beautiful. would stay again!!!

fantastic hotel to stay in, rooms clean and tidy, there are 4 pools to choose from all clean and fantastic sizes, buffet breakfast fantastic with everything you could think of, staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to help you, all in all would recommend this hotel highly

Best place to stay in patong ,so close to all the action ,yet very secluded and quiet .lovely staff which were extremely helpful ,highly recommend........

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Graceland and we loved it. The pools were beautiful as was the rest of the hotel. It was in a good location as it wasn't far from bangla road where all the clubs are but it also wasnt right near bangla so it kept its nice relaxing style. I'd definantly stay again. The only fault we found was we were on the top floor […] and there were lots of stairs to walk, occasionally we took the elevator but because its already so hot outside the elevator didn't have aircon so it was very very hot and stuffy in the elevator. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I have stayed in Patong many times at other hotels the reason for the low score is the girl who did the check out for us had no customer service skills at all, she was so rude the couple before us also had commented on how rude she was, she then got someone else to do our check out after she got up us. A beautiful hotel, stayed in the main wing areaof the resort, the only down points was that during our stay there was construction works going on around us, the fact they would start work at 7 am, we would have hoped they notified us prior to our arrival. Apart from this the resort was well kept and staff were friendly.

The hotel is located at the end of Patong Beach and as such is a little less noisy, busy, crowded than the rest of the beach which was a nice break from the bustle of Phuket. It is directly across the street from the beach. The neighborhood directly around the hotel looks a little rough, but we always felt pretty safe. It is clean, maintained and has plenty of amenities (pool, gym, safe, beach towels, robes, umbrella, breakfast, free welcome drinks, internet was a bit sporadic, but whachagonnado). The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks english well. The daily breakfast is awesome with something for every taste and national origin. The hotel was very family friendly, close to main shopping and restaurant areas. Staff very willing to assist with any requests.

We were glad we only stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms are very average and the hotel didn't have a good atmosphere. Is a big hotel and there is nothing done to make your stay enjoyable. Staff not friendly and service very average. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was ok but getting a bit tired. Main dining room was closed and being refurbished. A bit noisy all day including Sunday with building works going on for a new wing and refurbishment of main dining room. High cost of internet was a bit disapointing also. Had a room service meal the first night due to late arrival but the food was quite poor quality […] and expensive (by Patong standards). Vi havde 3 overnatninger på hotellet i slutningen af vores ferie. Vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet. Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed. Man skal kun over vejen, så er man ved stranden. Der er desuden kun en mindre gåtur ind til barer m.m. Man skal selvfølgelig være opmærksom på at Phatong er meget turistet. Pool området var fint. Morgenmaden […] var helt i top, stor buffet med alt hvad der hører til et morgenbord og mere til. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme, og arrangede transport til lufthavnen for os. Negative ting ved opholdet: Der er ikke gratis Wifi på værelset, så man skal ned i foyeren for at komme på nettet. Her er der utrolig mange myg nede. Cafeen "Belgian Beer Cafe" som hotellet har samarbejde med var vi ikke så tilfredse med. Maden er dyr og ikke særlig god. Vores værelse hørte sammen med et andet værelse, hvor der kun var en alm. dør imellem. Døren var bestemt ikke lydisoleret, så vi kunne høre vores til tider meget larmende naboer. Men alt i alt var vi tilfredse med opholdet. Vi ville reservere hotellet igen hvis vi skulle til Phatong. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Allgemein gesehen ist das Hotel in Ordnung bis auf ein paar Punkte welche mir missfallen haben. Wir hatten ein etwas teures Zimmer mit Poolview gemietet aber es wurde versucht uns ein normales Zimmer zugeben was meiner Frau direkt auffiel da Poolview normalerweise nicht den Pool des Nachbarhotel meint. Sauberkeit des Zimmer war soso, der Balkon wurde […] nicht gesäubert. Normalerweise versuchen Hotels den Gast vor überhöhten Taxipreisen zu schützen, dieses Hotel selber hatte einen 50% höheren Preis vom Airport als außerhalb. Da das Hotel relative groß ist, ist auch das Frühstück nicht gerade ein Platz der Ruhe, man musste warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde. In anderen Hotels in Thailand hat das Personal einen einen Tisch zugewiesen, hier war selbst ist der Mann/Frau angesagt. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

séjour très agréable, personnel aimable, hotel bien situé, buffet petit déjeuner super complet, dommage que le personnel ne parle pas du tout français.
