Comfortable hotel at a decent location. Excellent breakfast. Check in was easy with courteous staff. Accomodated our request for a king size bed without addtional costs. Free internet worked well.

I am overall really happy with my stay at this hotel, there is not much to complain about for the price that you pay. It would be nice if they would upgrade there rooms a bit, make it modern. Comefrtable and Courteous staff.

Well located near Nana BTS, the facility is in excellent shape, the staff are all pleasant and efficient. An excellent value. Only possible minuses are that it lacks some of the extra plushness of some 4 & 5 star places - no glamourous lobby, pool is rather small. But if these are not a big deal for you, then the hotel is excellent.

I would highly recommend this hotel in Bangkok. The room was a good size, attractive, comfortable and clean. There is a landscaped pool on the 7th floor which was great and the exercise room was well appointed and air conditioned. Exotic fruits, hot and cold dishes and the eggs are prepared individually for you according to your wishes. Great location. It's within walking distance to the Skytrain, to shops, week day outdoor food market, and some bars/clubs if you're interested in night life. It's not as lively as a neighborhood as Khao San Road, but not as dumpy either. It's actually a posh neighborhood to be residing in.

This is a very comfortable hotel that is very reasonably priced. It's within walking distance of the Sky Train. The neighborhood isn't bad. We had no problems at all and you're within a block of a major street. My wife's comment was that we haven't stayed in many places this nice for such a price. Fancy and misleading name on rooms/suites that was of very poor standard. Photos on web did not correspond with what you got. Not even close ! A minipool with no sun, which looked fantastic on the web – hardly any chairs to sit Staff not very friendly when you wanted to change room ! Met several others in the same situation. I stayed at the Majestic 8 days in total, I always stay at this hotel when I'm bkk which is not as often as I would like. The staff are always very efficient and the rooms are always well kept and clean. The hotel is situated very close to soi 4 so very easy to get to the nightlife and convenient for the BTS. Housekeeping shocking. too far from Platinum market

I stayed in this hotel for the second time. It has an excellent Location. The hotel is very clean, provides good service and dining and other amenities & facilities.

This hotel was conveniently located to both Bangkok parks (Lumpini Park & Benjakiti Park)--good for running. The hotel staff was amazing! It's all good! From reception to meals, I'm pleased and satisfied.

Hotel was located close to the skytrain allowing acces to various destinations. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definately recommend and stay there again

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and was a grt experience. The hotel staff were warm n welcoming. Willsurely recommend it to all.

This hotel is a little gem. this was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we cannot beleive the price. This is a 4 star hotel at premier lodge pricing. The food is fantastic and the small pool is deceptional good. It is also centrally located for all the Bangkok sights. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

Great hotel. with a Grand piano in the lobby ! Rooms very spacious. Complimentary cocktails in the bar where fantastic and made my birthday evening very special by providing a "birthday cake" souffle! Great gym which was very quiet and breakfast buffet was perfect with a selection of local and international options. Nice Hotel and great Breakfast. This hotel has everything you need in the city. Walking distance to the BTS Train Station, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Spa (Steam room and Sauna). The only thing I did not like is the standard rooms are small but apart from this all is all a great hotel.

I stayed at the Majestic on business and could't fault it. It was a high quality hotel at a very reasonable price. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you to make the stay as confortable and trouble free as possible. The resteraunts are high quality and very resonable. I will be staying here agin on my next trip.

We first stayed at the Majestic Grande in 2008. The selection of this hotel was done by a local travel agent, and we had no say in the choice. That experience was terrific, and this time we made a point of staying here again. The entire staff -- from doormen and bell hops to the front desk and restaurant staff are wonderful. Although they all provide […] services that are defined by their job descriptions, their warmth, friendliness, and attention feel genuine. The only meals that we took at the hotel were the included breakfasts, which seemed to represent an embarrassment of riches. The spreads ranged from traditional breakfast fare to what amounted to a complete Thai dinner. The fruit station was abundant. Bangkok is huge, and the array of hotel possibilities is extensive, but we really enjoy the neighborhood (Suhkumvit) near the Majestic Grande for the Night Market and access to the Sky Train. Both provide a feel for "real life" in Bangkok (at least for tourists like us), and the latter offers a good bypass for the traffic gridlock that is pretty much street-level reality in Bangkok. For visitors unfazed by horrendous traffic taxis are plentiful and reasonable. Although cabs are metered, fixed fares can usually be negotiated for travelers either more knowledgeable or adventurous. We hit some of the major tourist sites -- Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, the Weekend Market, but the big discovery for us this trip was the silk market in the Old Siam Shopping Center. Our stay was a positive experience. The only negatives to the room were the slight step down into the bathroom that my wife and I kept tripping on and that the room was still somewhat dim even with all of the lights on. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the digital system for controlling all of the lights while laying in bed was convenient, and the […] room was well-kept and very clean. The service was good throughout our stay. We requested a lot of complimentary water and they were always quick to provide it for us at no charge. The buffet breakfast is one of the better ones that I've had throughout my travels in Asia. The restaurant at the bar downstairs had very good food at a reasonable price. The consierge was very helpful. One taxi driver that the hotel called for us was very rude and wouldn't take us to the wat that we requested in an attempt to scam us, but that wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault. We booked a day tour throw the hotel to the floating markets and rose garden and we were very pleased with it. As a whole, this was a good five star hotel at a reasonable rate. Before booking this hotel, I had seen some reviews about hotel service, which were quite adverse. But after staying in this hotel, I found the service staff quite helpful and their services quite satisfactory. In short, this hotel offers value for one's money.

The hotel was very convenient and the prices are good. Room space is perfect. The location is nearby Nana Street, but is located in a clean corner that is decent. I can't think of anything bad, it was the right hotel for a 4 nights stay in bangkok. I would recommend it for anyone!

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The resturant was great,the buffet was wonderful.

A good example of a hotel that does everything right in Thailand. Good value for the money. Professional staff, small but nicely furnished room (has a good desk for business). Great bathroom, and everything so clean.

A really nice hotel with a lovely breakfast restaurant and swimming pool area at the 7th floor. The service was impeccable, the staff remembered my name and my preferences and everybody was very serviceminded and polite. タクシーでホテルへ到着したのですが、ホテルの裏側からタクシーが入っていったため、最初は「うわ・・・こんなホテルなんだ・・」とガッカリしたのですが、いざ表玄関から入ると普通に綺麗。しかも部屋に入ると良い意味で驚き。部屋も清潔でしたし、ホテルスタッフもオーバーなサービスがなく、心地良く過ごせました。朝食はまあまあというところでしょうか。でも立地もいいし、最寄りのBSTまでも徒歩５分ほど。ちっとも問題無しでした。セール価格で予約したので値段の割に得をした気分ですが、通常価格なら評価は変わるかな・・と正直思います。

L’hôtel est excellent et l'accueil est de qualité. Cocktail de bienvenue de votre choix servi au bar. Situé près de la station de Sky train Nana, le déplacement est donc aisé et permet un accès rapide au fleuve pour prendre le bateau et se rendre sur les temples. Seule réserve les alentours proches avec ses bars hot.

部屋はちょうどよいサイズで、使いやすかった。朝食も種類も豊富でおいしかった。立地は駅からも歩ける距離ではあるが、大通り沿いではないので、夜は暗い道を歩かなければならないのが、難。ただ、総合的にはこの料金ではお得なホテルだと思う。

det er ok hotel, men så heller ikke mere end det. vi skrev en mail til dem inden ankomst, omkring afhentning i lufthavnen, det`skulle de så ha 1200 baht for, så det takkede vi nej til. og til en almindelig taxa til 375 baht. morgenmaden var kanon god, og god service der`med udsigt over en lækker pool. værelset var også fint. vi spurgte chaufføren på […] hotellet om vej til en flod tur, og han tilbød at køre os i limo service? hvilken er en normal person bil (samme som lufthavns afhentning) han snød os og ville ha 200 baht for en ekstrem kort tur, som ville ha været meget billigere i en taxa. samtidig prøvede han at lokke os alle mulige steder hen. så lad være at køre med hotellets transport! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen - vi fick välja rum. Mycket bra städning. Fick t o m presenter till barnen av städpersonalen. En liten överraskning som fanns på rummet när vi kom tillbaka från en dag på stan. Mycket oväntat men uppskattat. Portieren var också mycket hjälpsam och kunnig med bra engelska. Förklarade taxisystemet och rapporterade […] taxibilar som inte körde på taxameter eller vägrade ta körningar. De gav ett pålitligt och tryggt intryck av personalen och hotellet. Frukostbuffén var fantastisk med gott bröd, mycket olika sorters yoghurt, frukter, varm buffé, sallad, soppor, dumplings, omelettkock och bakverk. Finns en liten pool i anslutning till frukostmatsalen. Men den hade inte så mycket sol när vi var där (feb-mars). Det går bra att behålla rummet för en sen utcheckning mot en avgift eller använda deras SPA avdelning om man vill byta om innan en sen flygning från Bangkok.
