Best Western Pattaya - พัทยา

I was treated like second class citizen because I am colored. When I first step foot in all I see is white Caucasian. They try to denied me my reservation saying they are fully booked knownly know that I already paid in full for my reservation for two nights. They said that we have a sister hotel closer to the beach and ask me to transfer there, I hesitate […] for a bit then I finally said fine I'm not here to argue I'm here to have a great time so I went to the other hotel And bam. What I see was all Asian ( second class citizen) I complain then they said I can go back the next day. And I was histerical moving back and forth hell no. So I told them to give me my money back they got scared and said they will make a call and finally they said I can stay my two nights there at the sister hotel I was a lil mad still but what can I do spend most of my time arguing or enjoy my stay on whatever condition they offered me. The interior of this hotel is very modern, staffs were friendly and helpful. Their English level is fair but tried their best to help. It seeable that there is a shortage of manpower. In general, it giving you more than what you paid.

Hotel staff is god but the bathrooms were really bad. There was a smell in the bathroom and the towel stand was also not fixed properly. Room although were nice enough to stay and the breakfast was one of the good one I had during my stay in Thailand. Staff is very helpful and can guide you really well about the place

Has an excellent breakfast buffet and the room we stayed had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Thailand. Very comfort stay and would stay at the hotel again.

GOOD ROOMS , FANTASTIC SEA VIEW, ONLY PROBLEM IS VEGETARIAN MEALS.

While the staff was friendly and tried to please, they were generally not well trained. VERY BAD HOTEL!!!! IT HAS NOTHING WITH ANY BEST WESTERN HOTEL ANYWHERE ELSE. IT'S A SHAME THAT BEST WESTERN ACCEPT THAT HOTEL TO USE THEIR GOOD NAME CAUSE IT WILL ONLY HARM THEIR BRAND. The hotel was a bit off although they claimed to be in the heart of Pattaya. there was a free shuttle bus to the main road though and it worked almost every time. The rooms, gym, pool and restaurants were clean and well maintained. The other guests were mostly asian, russian and pakistanian tourists and the atmosphere was quiet and confortable. Some […] individuals from the staff were very friendly and super professional, while the others did their tasks withouth a word or a smile for that matter. The over all experience was ok, but I would not stay here again due to somewhat unfriendly atmosphere and unconvenient location. Very good and friendly service. Free shuttle bus and tuk-tuk to shopping town. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. This is the hotel that I would recommend to every visitors.

Good middle of the road hotel located on the quiet-northern end of Pattaya. The hot water seemed to come and go and they need a few more new pool lounges. Breakfast was well catered for. The passage and room floors are all tiled so you tend to get a bit of occupancy noise which is magnified at night and early mornings

The hotel does not sit on the beach, there are structures in front of this hotel blocking the view of the beach.

there was no mention of the pool being out of action while i was booking this (and wouldnt have if i knew it was under construction)... also everytime we order for room service we got hung up on as they didnt understand english, we talked slowly and clearly to help out and when we did get thru our order of 2 items as there was 2 of us.. the meal would […] always come as only 1!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Meget fin morgenbuffet Beliggenhed - medium OK med tuk-tuk service, men lidt lang ventetid, når man skulle hjem. En smule for lydt.

저렴하게 갈 수 있는 4성급 호텔이라는 점은 좋지만, 크게 메리트가 있는 호텔같진 않아요. 매일 청소를 하긴 하지만, 제 객실 세면대가 그다지 깨끗하지 않아서 썩 기분 좋진 않았네요. 파타야에서 구석에 해당하는 곳에 위치해서 딱히 불편하진 않지만 걷거나 호텔에서 제공하는 작은 차를 타고 번화가까지 나와야 하는점이 불편해요. 호텔 조식도 얼핏 볼때는 되게 다양한 것 같았는데 막상 먹으려 하니 별로 먹을 건 없더군요(무슨 말인지 아시죠?^^;) 딱 그 값을 하는 그만큼의 호텔같네요.

繁華街に出向くのにはホテルから数百メートル徒歩にてかかります。シャトルバスは出てますが、やはり不便です。 ホテルの朝食はまあまあです。南国風のホテルでした。別に不不快な思いも致しませんでしたが宿泊費用も手ごろです。

Godt hotel med en god morgenmad, men swimmingpool måske for lille når man tænker på, at det er 4 stjerne hotel. Stranden er ikke for god.

Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber. Das Bad war schon eher renovationsbedürftig und auch eher unhygienisch. Der Pool liegt am Nachmittag im Schatten. Die Rezeption erscheint einem sehr unorganisiert. Sie geben sich auch nicht gerade viel Mühe. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr ordentlich und auch reichhaltig.

Hotellet er helt okay, men da vi tjekkede ind, lugtede der så meget af urin på badeværelset, at vi klagede og de gjorde rent igen. Men urin stanken kom engang imellem. Værelset var rigtig fin og god stor morgenmadsbuffet. Hvis man er til den mere rolige ende af Pattaya, er det her man skal bo. Hvis man til gengæld er til sjov og vil være nær centrum […] og barer, skal man vælge at bo i centrum eller på sydsiden. Der er langt at gå ind til "Walking street". Ligger ok tæt på stranden, men der er stenbrud og skibe, så man skal længere hen for at bade. Alt i alt et fint hotel til prisen. Personalet er dog ikke det mest høflige. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

좋아요. 지어진지 얼마 안되서 깔끔한편이에요. 그리고 그냥 가실 때 일반 디럭스룸으로 예약하세요. 오션뷰나 풀뷰 하지마시고. 일반디럭스룸 갯수가 적어서 거의 방 업그레이드 해줌니다.ㅋㅋ 워킹에서 떨어져있긴해서 좀 그럴수도 있는데 빅씨 가깝고, 터미널에서 가깝습니다. 스쿠터 렌트해서 다니면 편합니다. 객실이 지어진지 얼마안되서 넓고 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 전 추천
