Loved it. My husband and I travel a lot. To date, this is the most unique experience we have had at any hotel/resort. The only issue is there were no drawers in the rooms. Loved the loft style and look!! Only one negative thing to say was parking lot was too small; they had weddings both nights and when we came back in the evenings the only spots open were all away around in the back and hotel has no rear entry so you had to walk around to front. My husband and I went here for a little getaway. The hotel was very nice and clean. Couldn't ask for a better location. Everything you would need was very close by. There were just a few cons, but I could live with them. No room service for one. On hotels.com listing it stated in room robes, nope. The bed, oh the bed. We thought it was comfy for the […] first 10 minutes. Extremely firm. We both woke up with back and neck pain. Also there was a wedding going on at the same time as our stay. It was outrageously loud. We were on the 3rd floor facing the pool and the noise was just too much to handle. Not really romantic when all you hear is loud music and people screaming till midnight. By far my biggest complaint was the noise and the parking. Because there was a wedding there ALL the parking was taken. We had to park very far. Just a suggestion NYLO, in the future designate parking for wedding guests in the back so the actual paying hotel guests can have a place to park. The hotel's in a good neighborhood so I wasn't worried, but it just wasn't right that we had to park far away. Hopefully there isn't a party or wedding the night you go. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Very disappointed in the overall experience. The room was nice only because they upgraded our room because it was our honeymoon but that's it.

Each night the shower temperature water turned immediately cold. We lost hot water and were left standing with shampoo and soap all over us. We never had bottled water in the room as advertised and to top it off there was loud music played till 11:30 pm due to some private party in the courtyard. Will not stay again.

The hotel was aesthetically appealing. I thought that it was strange that the room did not automatically come with a microwave and refrigerator. I also got stuck in the bathroom. An engineer had to come and oil the tracking on the door to free me. That was a bit disconcerting (what if there was a fire). The hotel was nice. However, there was an event there and I guess the people had the after party in the room above mine. They partied ALL night long. The police didnt come until like 6 other people complained about the noise level. I dont think that it should of went that far. But the hotel itself was nice. The hotel has a very modern, bare-bones, loft feel, which was neat. It was too cold to jump in the pool, but the outdoor area looked pretty inviting. We've stayed at other NYLO's before, but this one was not on the same level of the others. The shower in our room had water damage around the base and was beginning to mold and the paint was peeling. There were horrible brown spots and other odd streaks on the walls. The hallway had an odd mold like odor. The rooms decor was lacking, not in quanity, […] but quality. The bed was good, but not as good as the other properties. The lone chair and ottoman, were stuff, and smelled a bit weird. The lights/lamps were hung way to low. We kept running into them. The sheets were kinda harsh to the touch, and the towels were like sandpaper. While toweling off, the towel I was using ripped like tissue paper. (Guess I'm stronger than I thought) Also, we were supposed to get a larger room, but what we got felt smaller than the regular sized rooms. I guess all the space went to the giant window in the room. The location was good. There is a lot to do in the area. It's right off a major toll exchange, so if you have a universal TX tag, that makes things easier. I am not sure what I expected I guess, but it wasnt a concrete closet with a bed in it. The pictures were certainly misleading. The people were really nice. I will never stay there again.

This is my second stay at NYLO, and I am never disappointed! I am in love with the design and want to remodel my home after the NYLO design!! Love, Love, Love!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere is really romantic like. I think the hotel is more for couples for family with kids.

The front desk helpers are the best part of the nylo. Very different hotel but a good kind of different. Add bathtubs to room and dont lock the ac and i will be back.

We loved everything about this place. Beds were so comfortable that I'm trying to recreate it at home! Staff was great, location was great and the style of the NYLO is just amazing. It was a perfect getaway!

Second time I stayed at a NYLO. I am not sure if it is the people, the design, the comfort or a combination, but this hotel always exceeds my expectations. Needed something faxed... Business center, fax didn't work... Your front desk took care of it for me! Great job and I think I found my new favorite place in DFW...

A wedding reception was by the pool and it kept my daughter and I up until after 1am. Staff should know when a child is there to put them in a room on the opposite side of the hotel away from a loud party.

Excellent n quite hotel , with good room service , they won't provide food free .. U need to pay for breakfast as well . Have excellent gym and swimming pool ... I enjoined it ...

It was very difficult for me to fall asleep with a frustratingly noisy window AC unit and echoey halls because of the concrete floors. Otherwise the condition of the hotel itself was very good.

The NYLO was great! Very modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. Located near everything. We had to drive 5 minutes at most to anywhere we wanted to go!

It was a very unique experience. The furniture in the lobby definitely needs to be cleaned. I could hear muffled music all night, which is surprising because the walls, ceiling and floor are all cement. You can cover up the bathroom sounds by turning on the water in the sink. The bed takes up most of the room but it was comfortable. I really liked the […] little sofa. It had a great design with a built-in desk. The restaurant has a very limited selection but we ordered the chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce and they were very tasty. Service was good. The hotel does not offer any breakfast whatsoever. The 24-hour coffee bar was not manned the whole time we were there. Fortunately, the hotel is directly across the street from Stonebriar Mall and lots of stores and restaurants. Definitely won't be back...it isn't my cup of tea but if you like the Ikea-look, then you will really like this hotel. I also noticed that apparently there are many weddings at this location. I loved this hotel so much. It was very different from any hotel I'd been in. The design made it feel like you really had gotten away to like NYC or something! Very hip and chic with lots of unique eateries across the street. Would definitely go back.

The uncluttered loft atmosphere was very relaxing. We really enjoyed the shower which was big enough for two and had one of those large rain shower type heads. The beds were more comfortable than most hotels. We slept like babies. Free WiFi was a real benefit.
