Wonderful hotel! Great location and amazing value for your money! The staff were so friendly and helped book our travel from Bangkok to our next location. The roof-top pool is great and open 24 hours. Breakfast delicious. Location close to fun night spots. Over-all amazing stay at park plaza!

Nice hotel, very centrally located, very courteous and helpful staff - overall would recommend this hotel to any tourist to Bangkok.

We stayed at the Park Plaza on Soi 16 which is very close to the Asoke sky train station for two nights at the end of our trip to Thailand. We enjoyed the corner room on an upper floor (look for the room numbers on the floor to the right of the door) with a full bath. We added breakfast one day and opted out the next day. Overall the stay was comfortable and straight forward. My husband and I were very impressed with the service at the front desk. The personnel helped with directions, taxis and printing documents. Only little comment on how it can further be improved: we were given the corner room: the TV in the room is not located in front of the bed, and neither is it located in front of the sofa: it is on the opp wall to the side of the study table. Nice hotel, nice staff, couldn't ask for much more. It's a little further from the metro than it seems, and it's a little hard to find, but once you find it, it's a wonderful hotel.

it was the third time we stayed there and like the other two times the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and nicer the room was clean and roomy the breakfeast was way above par

excellent hotel and wonderful staff

The hotel is in a great area of Bangkok, close to lots of shopping. Fabulous staff and a large comfortable (corner) room made my stay entirely enjoyable. I will undoubtedly stay at the Park Plaza on my next business stay in Bangkok.

Excellent Hotel with excellens location 2 min from asok skytrainstation!

This is a boutique level hotel, meaning trying to give 4+ star service, but without the nice lobby and impressive size. Location is good for Sukumvit for both Skytrain (Asoke Station) and Subway (Sukumvit Station). Close to malls. It is located on a main cross street, not on Sukumvit, and this cross street is not a walking street (it is across from […] the World Trade Center). However it is only 3 minutes to get to the main area of Asoke Station. Service inside the hotel is good, room is clean and comfortable. You won't be 4+, 5+ star impressed with the room, I say it is a 3+ star very impressive or a solid 4 star room (in a smaller hotel.) Maid service very good, they attend to additional requests quickly and at all times of day. Food and drink is not cheap in this hotel, but service and quality were fine. Internet included which is good. Take away: Stay here if you are saving at least 40% compared to a "world class" brand. It's worth the savings. This hotel is fine for the price, but has flaws. It's in a great location, was clean and comfortable. But the cordless phone died (long story) the closet doors are hung incorrectly so the closet light wont turn off, etc. Stay there for the location, and the price.

The best thing about this hotel was its location, walking distance from Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. The rooms were clean spacious and good and provided a good city view. Exchange tower could be seen right opposite from the window, later we shifted to a bigger room to accommodate an extra bed from where Terminal 21 mall could be seen.The staff […] spoke fair English and was very happy to assist us in our plans to go around. I had a great 2 nights stay in this hotel - superb excellent service, friendly and helpful service desk, clean!. The location is slightly off the crowded / noisy pub alleys which I appreciate - but pubs / beer cafes are within walking distance. BTS is also nearby. It's pretty convenient for commuting. This hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel conveniently located and that's probably the only benefit to Park Plaza Sukhumvit. Room nice but noisy at night. Front desk staff member was rude and made us feel like crooks while he checked our room to make sure we hadn't taken anything before check-out. I've never experienced this before. The hotel is nice enough, sure. Especially the lobby. The price was acceptable, but (as other reviewers also point out) the small things add up. More than 250 baht for one hour of internet!? And of course, once you log on, your hour starts, you can not use some now and some later. 200 baht for a can of Singha...I am glad I visited this hotel in the […] beginning of my holiday so I didn't have to do any laundry, you can buy new stuff cheaper... Hotel was clean and the rooms were great. The staff was ver helpful in providing directions, booking reservations and catching us a cab each morning. There was a rooftop pool with great views of the city. Wold definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, great value with excellent location. Only problem I had was that the phone in the room would not dial out and I had a problem with the safe which took them about 20-30 min to fix. Besides that, the food is above average and they have a nice little rooftop pool and very comfy rooms

Shame it's a bit far from the hub of things, but very very close to the skytrain which helps. Just not that much to do round the hotel in the evening. Very nice room, clean and modern, very friendly staff. The swimming pool on roof top offers an amazing view on the city, shame you have to walk up a concrete stairwell to access the rooftop!

I was so happy and feel cosy staying in Park Plaza Hotel, the staffs are so nice and friendly, the location just near Asok sky train and BTS, I will recommend to all of friends to stay here for sure!!!

Reached the hotel after a nightmare of a stay in Ko Phangan, and this place gave us the pick-me-up we needed! A great property for a great price. Excellent location near busy Sukhumvit and Asok streets. Close to BTS station that can take you pretty much anywhere to the city. The only downside is the hotel uses these rediculously strong oil lamps to keep the humid odor down. The only problem is that the smells is so strong it can cause lung irritation. The rooms were very nice with free internet that was fast. The location was great with the subway and skytrain so close. Staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this place.

This was a great hotel, I had just come from China and Hong Kong, this was significantly better than my HK experience and on par with the China (Zhuhai) experience, which was also sensation. we arrived by bus early in the morning, and it was no problem checking in at 08:00. staff was relay friendly and professional. we got a great deal for 1 week so the price was weary good for the standard we got.

We loved the hotel room, very comfortable, great furnishing & space. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Asoka BTS but located on a very quiet stretch. There were some homeless people encamped along the walkway to hotel & we felt very unsafe going out at night. Wouldn't recommend to family with kids or those who love to stay out late.

Enjoyed a very good stay. Great hotel and location with excellent friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed the restaurant with good quality food at very reasonable prices (especially for the Thai food on the international menu). A nice pool with a view and easy access to the Skytrain and metro. Would definitely stay again.

I loved staying at this hotel and it was a joy to come back to. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious, perfectly clean... everything the website and other reviews promised. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped made the stay a joy. Loved it!!!!

I was satisfied with everything. Generally I don't give 5 stars - but according to Hotels.com, 5 stars means very satisfied. And I was. The only issue is that if you take a taxi to the hotel, you will be stuck in traffic because of the way you need to turn down Rachadaphisek. Hopefully they'll just have you get out and cross the street.

Very close to Asok skytrain station. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good (eggs made any way you like, lots of tropical fruit, juices, cereals, potatoes, etc.) Staff speaks good English and is helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.
