The star rating provided at the booking time was not correct. The hotel is not worth for the price. Not satisfied at all.

Internet service was down for more than 3 days, not a good thing for those on business visits. Breakfast was not appetising, quality of food not good. Shower heat was on and off (cold then hot), very hard to keep constant.

I ordered a room for my family in Bangkok on Hotels.com - The problem was that when they arrived they got charged one more time even though it was paid for on Hotels,com - Furamax.... did not go out of their way and charged extra even when they called them from hotels.com - A really embarrassing situation for me and my family - So if you book through […] hotels.com - Don´t be surprised if they charge you extra when you arrive. - Really really bad service. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Good hotel because it is near to the hospital, but the hotel needs to renew from the bed sheets, and the furniture, and can reduced he noise in the room. The staff very good and I will go back again to stay in this hotel.

The staff at Furamaxclusive are one of the friendliest I have met in all of my travels. They were very courteous, attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is classic simple, clean and nice. Enjoyed every minute.

A very decent hotel & staff. Location is reasonable but perfect for next door Hospital visitors. Definitely a place to stay for few days traveller. Not Posh or grandeur type however recommended.

As I got out of the taxi from the airport, there was a hotel manager standing outside who told me that they ran out of rooms. He rebooked me to a sister hotel Furama Asoke-Sukhumvit, which is supposed to be slightly better than the Sukhumvit I booked. Hotel was extremely hard to find, took our taxi driver 30 mins to find even with a map! BTS station is about 15 mins away by foot with a small convenient store nearby. There is also a taxi stop just outside the hotel. Size of room is not bad but the swimming pool is very small. Breakfast is freshly cooked with a good selection. The staff and everything that the hotel had to offer was 1st rate....Will definitely be going back..

Was a great experience. Was given a free suite upgrade at check-in, very nice. Hotel is close to BTS Sky train station, very convenient. Hotel is in great shape and great staff. Also had free drinks for an hour in the bar. I would stay again for sure.

I'd say location of hotel is a C, not the best part of town for conveniences but managable on the sky train. For dollar there are other great hotels in Bangkok to choose from within same or other city locations. If demonstrations were not going on in the Siam section this would not be my selection of the city. Having stayed at this Hotel before the take over it was a pleasant surprise to see the transformation. The rooms have been very tastefully decorated. With flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, the choice of channels outdo even more expensive hotels. Will definately return..

Fint hotel, god service, god morgenbuffet men lidt dyr hvis den ikke er incl. værelsesprisen. samlet meget tilfreds

Sensationelles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Grosses Zimmer, individuelle Klimaanlage und W-LAN. Service ist perfekt.

Les employés étaient très souriant, agréable. Hôtel situé à 2 pas de nana road ! Bars, restos, boutique à gogo ! J'ai adoré mon séjour à Bangkok !

Hotellet var midt på treet når det gjaldt kvalitet, men litt i underkant av hva man kan forvente i denne prisklassen. Svømmebassenget er det minste jeg har sett på et hotell noen gang. 2 svømmetak, så var man over på andre siden. Ellers var det ingenting å utsette på servicen på hotellet.

veldig bra på alle måter, MEN jeg bestilte dette hotellet fordi det ifølge beskrivelsen på internett var balkong på alle rom. dette stemmer ikke. jeg ble tildelt et rom UTEN balkong. Gjorde betjeningen oppmerksom på dette ved avreise.

Hotellet har en grei beliggenhet, ikke så langt unna Sky train som er nyttig å benytte for å komme raskt rundt i Bangkok. Betjeningen er hyggelig og serviceinnstilte, de luxe rom som vi hadde er greit definert som 4 stjerners. Frokosten er noe begrenset og ensidig. Det fremstilles som at vann er gratis på rommet, derfor var vi meget overrasket over […] når vi fikk en stor regning presentert på avreisedagen for dette. Grei, ikke overdådig frokost. Beliggenhet er bra, rommene fine. Veldig bra service i resepsjonen og de som gjorde rent på rommene. Vi bodde der i 12 døgn. Fint med trådløs nettverk som fungerte veldig bra. Kan absolutt anbefales. Ikke langt fra Sky Train som vi brukte en del for å komme raskt frem.

Das FuramaXclusive Sukhumvit ist ein sehr modernes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Klima und Personal. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet war immer wunderbar, Pool klein aber ok. Wir haben eine Tour bei der Agentur in der Hotellobby gebucht, war auch bzgl. Preis und Qualität wunderbar. Besonders […] günstig ist die Lage des Hotels, nur einige Taximinuten von der Airportexpressstation Makkasan entfernt, wenige Gehminuten zur einer der wenigen, aber wichtigen Schnellbahnstationen (die auch in Richtung Palast führt), in der Nähe der großen Shoppingcenter, nahe beim Touristenviertel Sukhumvit. Und, für Verletzungsanfällige, direkt gegenüber eines der größten Krankenhäuser Südostasiens. Und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig in der Nacht. Det var billigt, morgenbuffeten var fino, det var tæt på skytrain, 2 stationer fra Siam, super venligt personale og meget søde til at hjælpe med alt fra taxa til opbevaring af baggage. Poolen var meget lille, men fin til en dukkert efter en lang shoppingdag i Bangkoks varme og forurening.

A well-maintained hotel in quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the "sky train". The rooms are well equipped and have a good standard. The rooms and common areas are both clean and tidy. The staff is both helpful and friendly.

Good conditions, small but usable pool and close to BTS which was perfect.

The hotel was lying somewhat odd, it was lying in a kind of "backstreet" quarter. And as soon as we got to the hotel (we had actually booked a room there, online, there was a option of a certain request. Which in our case was that we wanted to check in early, due to an early landing. Unfortunately we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours anyway, after […] a ten hour flight.) we we're pretty tired, and the deskmanager wasn't that cooperative. The beds, weren't that great either... It felt like sleeping on a pile of moving-boxes covered with sheets. The breakfast was of course no surprise not that fun either. It was a small sortiment, but it on the other hand didn't taste so bad. So long story short, no we would never recommend this hotel to anyone. ＢＴＳの駅から若干遠い。朝食はたいしたものでは なく、系列のシーロムのほうがはるかによい。 ホテルのサービス自体は問題ないが、シーロムは日本語の新聞があったがこちらはなし。総合的には 場所がわかりずらいが、シーロムのほうが上。

Vi valde det här stället pga pris och relativt nära MBK och andra gallerior vid Siam. 5 min promenad till BTS. Vänlig personal som lät oss checka in väldigt tidigt när vi kom med morgonplan och bra service med bevakade bagagerum etc.

일단 길 찾기가 조금 어려웠네요. 큰 도로에서 조금 안쪽으로 들어가야 나오는 곳이라. 번화가에서 조금 비껴 있다고 해야 되나? 그로인해 조용하기는 합니다. 하지만 번화가로 나가거나 BTS 이용 하실려고 하면 5-10분 정도 걸어 가야 됩니다. 저는 구경한다 생각하고 걸어다녔습니다. 주변에 쇼핑 할 곳 많이 있습니다. 택시나 뚝뚝, BTS 이용하시면 됩니다. 처음 체크인 할때 직원들의 친절한 모습과 제 마음을 편안하게 해주는 미소. 그러나 한국어 하시는분은 없습니다. 영어로 하시는 수 밖에 없어요. 풀장은 이용을 안해서 잘 모르겠네요. Helt ok avstånd till T-bana. 10-15 min gående till dom mera centrala sevärdheter.

酒店的硬件设施很好 舒适和清洁程度比较满意。不过出门需要走10分钟狭窄的小路到bts，酒店是在巷子里面。很多印度人住在这里。 前台工作人员的服务态度很不好。洗衣服务会遇到清洁员不送洗的情况。在同样的路段，同样的价格会有更好的选择，下次不会住在这里了。furama在其它城市的酒店同样如此。

soi1の道をちょっと歩くくらいの場所にあります。 空港からタクシーで２００B＋高速７０Bくらい 病院の近くなので、屋台もまわりにでてて晩御飯の持ち帰りをたびたびしてました。 通りにもコンビにがあったりするのでちょっとした買い物には不便しないかも BTSのナナ駅からはちょっと遠いですが、プルンチット駅だと10分もかからないで行けるので使い分けができて良いかと。 ホテルですが、室内にセキュリティボックスやミネラルウォーターが無料で2本ついていたり、wifiのネットも使えて便利でした。広い部屋なのでコストパフォーマンス的には良いです。 朝のビュッフェは、置いてあるものは特別美味しいものではないですが、オーダーで作ってくれる卵料理やライスなどは毎日食べても飽きませんでした。 買い物と夜遊 […] び両方するには良いホテルだと思います。 次回も使ってみたいホテルです。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม
