This hotel is under renovation (window replacement, exterior). We experienced no noise from this but the rugs in the elevator and hall were filthy. Cable was out. There were papers in the garbage can and wadded up, apparently wet shredded tissue behind the night stand. We were pressed for time. The bathroom, bedding, and remainder of the room were clean […] so, we stayed. I would suggest that before booking online, one should call and check on the progress of the renovation. NEWLY RENOVATION ON THE INTERIOR, EXTERIOR RENOVATION IN PROCESS BUT NO PROBLEMS

Nice place to get away if you do not want to be in the middle of the fast paced city of Dover. This hotel is next to the exit to rt.1 causing one to approximately 8 minutes or less from Dover.

My BF and I were going to a housewarming in the area and just needed a place to stay overnight. We were in a group of about 15. No one had any complaints. One of the group signed on late and got a suite. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good. It was the standard free continental deal with the waffle-maker. And the coffee […] was pretty good too. I didn't even feel the need to venture over the the Dunkin' Donuts across the parking lot as I had planned. I was very upset at check in to be told that I needed a Military ID for the rate I was given online. I told the clerk that was not quoted online when I made the reservation. After going back and forth I was given the rate I had on my confrimation. We only stayed in the rooms to sleep and ate out everyday for breakfast. Customer service was great, friendly, and courteous. The pool was great, kids had a great time!!!

Very clean. Staff very freindly and very helpful. Located conveniently to stores, shops, restaurants, gas station. Right off the exit.

The hotel is small but offers some hidden surprises you would not expect. A small gym, a small computer room, a conference room and an outdoor pool. It's located near lots of restaurants and minutes away from the Dover shopping area. it was very clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The Children enjoyed the outdoor pool and the weather […] was perfect for it. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pillows on the king size bed could have been larger, but we managed. Breakfast wasnt a great selection but the children enjoyed the waffle maker. There is a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance so I ate breakfast there which was fine. There is also Pizza/Italian restaurant and Chinese restaurant in walking distance, and both deliver to the hotel. There is also a full service supermarket and dollar store in the same complex. Overall I enjoyed the stay, and convenience of location. I will continue to use this hotel whenever I visit Symrna which is 6 to 8 times a year around the holidays. Excellent accomadations. Plenty of shopping in the area.
