My only complaint was that the walls were very thin! We could hear complete conversation, kids playing and snoring!

Overall good experience. Pool and Spa was clean and well maintained. My only negative is the breakfast was not very robust. If they added more varieties of fruit (they only had bananas), some yogurt, and some eggs, greater variety of muffins and bagels, then it would be a decent breakfast instead of a just get by to say they serve breakfast.

This hotel sucked. The only good thing about it was the bed was comfortable. From the outside the hotel looked nice, but on the inside it was very run down. I didn't dare to eat the breakfast or go swimming for fear of getting sick. It was a total dissapointment. I wouldn't recomend this hotael to any one.

We stayed in a family suite in this hotel. We had 6 people. There was one piece of soap, the size of a fifty cent piece for the whole family to use...and a one-half ounce sample of shampoo. I would think in a family suite, there should be at least enough soap for more than one person to shower with. The exercise room was extremely hot and the equipment was shoddy. Only 1 of 2 treadmills worked and the seats could not be adjusted on either bike and 1 of those had no power. There were no towels and no cups for the water cooler. We were trying to exercise at 6:45AM and were told it didn't open until 9:00AM because there was a room next door!! The […] sauna had an old out of order sign on it which tells me it had been out of order for some time. There was no real cream or half n half for the coffee. Room was clean and nice, but too hot. Air conditioner did not work well, breaker tripped, and had to call the lobby to reset it. We visited this hotel in October 2011, I can't imagine how hot our room would have been in summer. On the first night we were there it took about 3 hours for the cooler to get the room to a suitable temperature. The kids liked the pool, and the hot tub was nice and warm, sometimes hotels keep the spas at temperatures that are a bit low but this place had it nice and hot, how I like it. The sauna was "out of order" though. The continental breakfast was below average for this type of place, the orange juice was watered down and the biscuits were hard as a rock. I liked the comfortable beds. I'm surprised the pool was still cold with all the complaints I read. The carpet was really worn to the pad in a lot of areas. Very cheap hotel, felt like we over paid. Breakfast wasn't that bad, there was enough choices for a couple days. We enjoyed the Hampton Inn a lot more. We will stay there from now on.

Great hotel close to ZION NATL PARK lots of restaurants and stores closeby... We would stay there again on our next visit to UT

clean rooms. my stay was quite - not many people were staying the nights i was there - was nice. good location - close to freeway and eating places. close to zions ntl park too. would stay here again.

We stay here regularly because it is close to my in-laws and convenient to the outlets and the freeway. It is also clean and in good repair. The continental breakfast isn't wonderful, but has enough choices to make my family happy. My only complaint is that the hotel information binder in the room was out of date.

I was somewhat dissattisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the Hotel. the stated features were not up to par. the pool was merky and dirty looking. the carpet was dirty and made it difficult to want to walk around bare foot. the other guests were loud and obnoxius and nothing was done about it. i was not pleased with my experience.

Very over priced - plan ahead and go to another, less expensive hotel. No lotion, no conditioner in the room. The coffee was TERRIBLE and the breakfast was laughable.

Just of exit 10 going into St George from Salt Lake City. Easy access and convenient to many venues.

This hotel was quite nice. Pricier than many other hotels, but very clean and a newer building. The breakfast was average (waffles and cereal). My only two observations: the indoor pool was cold and the staff could have been more friendly. Other than that, no complaints. I would stay there again.

We came down for the St. George Half Marathon. The hotel was located close to freeway exit and virtually every convenience and restaurant you can imagine. The hotel had clean rooms, a surprisingly nice pool and hot tub, and decent breakfast choices. We had a great stay. Good value.

Very comfortable beds & pillows. The free breakfast was sufficient for my whole family. The only negative was that the walls seemed pretty thin. Every time the man next door cleared his throat, we heard it. Otherwise, it was a good value. Very convenient location.

The room was fine, comfortable beds and plenty of linens and towels. Breakfast was good. However the pool was freezing! Couldn't stay in for more than a few minutes!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The location is very convienient. The Breakfast Buffet is not much-waffles and sausage the only warm food. Cereal and muffins also available. Our biggest complaint was that the shower would never really get hot. Not sure if we will stay there again.

well where to start personal at the front desk no idea what they are doing, hotel commodities are garbage. no conditioner. The first night we didn't even get shampoo or soap bars. DIRTY we found a pizza box inside the fridge that it must have bean there for like a week. let me tell you something I have a new born baby and I really need a clean fridge, […] no cribs, no extra blankets and we could't get another room because the hotel was full (what a joke) for an event on the city and so where all the others hotels. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast selection. Breakfast was one of the reasons I selected this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location and very quiet. The rooms were clean and very roomy. Nice Stay!!

We needed a handicap room but they were unable to place us in one. The room was OK for the price. The hotel was in average condition and it is only 2 years old. The desk clerk was nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. We would stay there again if we had too but not overly impressed.

Nice place to stay. Good location. Would do it again.

Great place to stay, we were dropping off our daughter for college, so this was very conveniently located to both the college and the shopping that we needed to do to get the dorm room ready. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean and nice.

Great indoor pool, Clean room, nice bed, good breakfast, plus reaturant close by so you can even walk after driving all day.

Nice clean rooms, and is conveniently located close to shopping area and affordable. Staff was courteous and helpful and the hostess always confirmed if we were done with the breakfast before she started clearing the area. I would stay there on my next trip
