"Fairfield inn toledo"
The beds are way to soft. When you sit on the bed to take your shoes off, you almost fall on the floor. Way to soft. No fridge or microwave in the room. Really miss that luxury.
"Customer Service...Not So Much"
Hotel is nice and clean, haven't been in a Fairfield Marriott that wasn't. Front desk personnel was rude however. My company handles my travel but the hotel would not let them put the "incidentals" charge on their corporate card. Had to put it on my personal card.

"Bad customer service/nice room"
I had called ahead of time for a crib and when I arrived they said they would look it took them,till after my daughters bedtime to get back with me and they said they were all out!

"Great for your kids"
My wife and I was on a getaway from the kids, so when we got to the hotel, we thought that this would be a perfect place to bring the kids. The place was clean, quiet and affordable. Activates for the kids, the pool, and the Imagination Station right downtown (five mins away.) Down the street on Alexis Ave are kid friendly restaurants. "Fairfield=Convenience"
We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn and would book reservations with them again. The hotel was updated and clean and in a convenient area- we were going to an event at Huntington Center( our cab from the hotel was around $20 with tip). The only complaint I have is that Housekeeping knocked on our door for cleaning at 9:30 am when checkout wasn't until […] noon- almost like they wanted to get a head start and get people out- that was really annoying. "Very Satisfactory"
We liked this place! It was a pit stop on the way to Chicago. My two children enjoyed it--room was clean, bed was comfy, good location so we could pick up some neccessities. Breakfast was acceptable. I would stay there again!

Great new Hotel on north side of Toledo, easy access to I-75 and Meijer next door.... clean, friendly, and good breakfast. Parking lot and all entrances are secured with Video monitoring, so parking there felt safe.
The morning we checked out the hotel had not hot water, we had to take cold shower in the morning
"Fairfield Inn Toledo, close but quiet"
This location was so nice and quiet! Yet we were within 10 minutes of the zoo, major malls and other area attractions! The location was clean, the staff was friendly, we loved our stay! The only downfall was the small pool. It was big enough for our three children to move around in but it was very small. Would definately stay here again!
"More than what I expected."
The hotel was not far from the interstate. It was a very nice hotel. The suite was excellent. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was clean. I did not experience any problems. I will definitely stay there again .

My wife & I have stayed twice, with each visit being 3 days. We couldn't be more pleased. The staff are all friendly and we were pleased with the amenities. They also have a really good continental breakfast! We will be going back again in a couple of months!

Great hotel for the price. No issues. Everything was clean, service was good. Breakfast area was nice. Would recommend for anyone going to the Toledo area.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff accommodated our schedule allowing us a late check-out. Breakfast was simple and institutional, as expected, but was all we needed. Our stay (Saturday night) was quiet and restful. Staff made an excellent restaurant recommendation. Hotels.com gave us a great price - especially since it included breakfast. We stayed at this hotel on a weekend trip to Toledo. It was a great place to stay. Very clean! The breakfast was a hot buffet, saving our family a good $20-30.

our stay was very comfortable and the staff was nice! only complaint i have is our room was right next to the stairs and we heard kids mostly running up and down the stairs half the night. the breakfast was great! had a great weekend thanks! would stay there again and recommend this inn to friends.

We booked this hotel on line before we left florida and found it too be a great place to stay freindly staff, clean,and the breakfast buffee was outstanding sausage eggs belgian waffles juices fruit you name it and the coffee was great. It is a keeper for us.usual

I love, love, loved this hotel. My family and I visited the Toledo Zoo, and chose this hotel to spend the night. What a great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with very cozy country decor. It was so refreshing to relax in after a rainy day at the zoo. The pool was very clean. The staff incredibly friendly. I appreciated the coin laundry as […] well. We had been thoroughly soaked, and the option to do a load of laundry was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was more than I expected. There were breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal, fruit and more. I also liked the fact that there was a Meijer right across the street. "Great hotel"
This was an excellent hotel. Very clean and nice for a Fairfield inn. Didn't use the pool or breakfast. But room was nice, beds were comfy. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpfull. Will stay again if in the area. Don't hesitate to stay here. Great place.

"Nice accomodations near German American Festival"
My son and I came to Toledo for the German American Festival in nearby Oregon, OH. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty decent. The only disappointment was the pool size (which we expected from reading earlier comments) and the hot tub that really was not much warmer than the pool water. "Fairfield in Toledo,Oh"
The hotel was clean and well kept. The front desk staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. The only issue I had was I was on the first floor right next to the stairwell and it was noisy with people going up and down in the stairwell. I was only there for two days or I would have requested a room change.
