Room is too small. For biz trip maybe OK but if for tourist will be not rcommend.

The location was great, the service was good but not great, ther hotel was being upgraded while we were there so there was a lot of dust and noice in the lobby area. But overall for the price is was good.

I will never stay in this hotel. They cleaned my room after 3.45pm even though i turned on the sign to clean my room when i was going out at 9am. The way the hotel layout is planned is horrible. The parking credit system is not good.

Good solution if you are on a budget. The rooms are very small but the bed is comfortable and the rooms are in a good condition. You would need to take a taxi to get anywhere. If you are up for a longer walk, you can of course make it to Robertson Quay, but not convenient.

This was rated 4 stars when i booked it on the hotel.com site... I hardly think it's even 3 stars. Rooms were small and bathroom squeezy for what I paid

The Hotel Location is near the downtown n easy to go shopping and alot of local food shops.

We opted for Link Hotel as we wanted a boutique hotel experience that was not in a crowded location but near enough to the central shopping area and good food. The location was indeed good and accessible mostly by public bus transport system. The front counter staff were polite although seemingly quite bored. We requested for a Queen bed through Hotels.com […] but got a Twin room instead. The room is very small with both beds up against the wall, and a fairly small toilet as well. Walls are thin and we were woken early by banging of doors from neighbouring rooms. Security was lax. We were able to walk straight in from the street into the hotel elevators without anyone noticing (at least that's what we felt). Other than that, the hotel is clean and fairly well-maintained and should suffice for a simple stay albeit a little overpriced for its size. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I was there only for one night after failing to get a room at this Orchard road hotel which i initially intended on staying. well the room is very small but certainly clean. well lit and the windows provides sufficient natural lighting so even the room was v.small its doesn't appear claustrophobic. location is ok, there is a bus stop right in front […] of the hotel but MRT takes 15-20 min walk. I didnt use either but took taxi to Orchard and from there MRT goes to everywhere. plus you can get all the eating and shopping done from Orchard anyway. taxi costs less than 4.50 S$ so its very cheap. overall the place is value for money and the staff is very hospitable. i recommend anyone who is on a short stay or just dont want to spend too much for a room to sleep in. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Cramped, somewhat inexpensive, poor TV service, maid service hit and miss - basically caters to students and European and regional tourists on a budget. No flexibility on bookings - you must pay for the max days booked even if your flight or business events require early departure and you inform more than 48 hrs before of changes they still charge for […] max days booked. If you have uncertainty in length of stay better to book short and add a day than to book longer then have to pay for a day you could not use. The hotel is not so crowded. The room is quite compact which should be similar to everywhere in Singapore. Breakfast is okay as same as the services.

This hotel was recommended to me due to its proximity to SGH and MRT station. It's 2 buildings (ex-HDB flats) linked together by a sky-bridge. If you are not in the main building, you are gonna waste your time. The rooms are bare basic. The Good: Location (MRT station, SGH) with lots of eating shops nearby, nice front-desk and housekeeping staff, convenience […] shops nearby and easy to get taxis The Bad: The place is very badly rundown. Small rooms which are not very clean (my towels were old and torn) Bed is hard and not comfortable. Had to spend 10-15 mins in the morning taking 2 lifts and walking to breakfast/lobby area. Free wi-fi is only in their lounge area and is password protected. There is no free wi-fi in room, only LAN cable connection. Don't bother about the breakfast, its a waste of money. is a good hotel, for the money you pay in Singapore, is close to almost everything, the employes are great! comparing hotels from USA, they are small, but they are good.. if you have too much lugagge, they stored for you with no problems. Thanks people from Link Hotel!!!. Ps. if you need taxi, they find one all the time for you!

After I checked into Link Hotel, I found ants in the toilet, hence I asked to change to another room, however the second room also not in good condition, the air conditional was not working properly, after three hours in the room, I asked to change to another room. overall not happy with the hotel that we stay.....

the hotel is close to train station and is close to major tourist spots in Singapore. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The only thing is that I am not sure if they have WI FI connection in the rooms.

Overall great hotel - modern interior, clean rooms and great hotel services. The exterior looks a bit sketchy and the area is really quiet at night. The only thing you need to be aware of is the location, which is not necessarily close to the city center. You will walk 10 minutes to the nearest subway station and from there you're about 2 stops away […] from the city core - which once you get used to isn't a big issue. The hotel also offers shuttle buses to two main attractions in the city, which is quite convenient. Again, no one grabbed the door, got my bags from the taxi or offered to take them to the room. Once they saw the room was paid for through hotels.com, seems as though they nickeled-and-dimed for everything. The currency exchange rate offered by the hotel was ridiculous, and the breakfast buffet was only so-so (however, the staff in the restaurant was […] excellent!). Nothing is picturesque around the hotel, but you get what you pay for. A 10-minute walk and you're at the MRT--subway/train--station (buying the Visitor Pass is okay, but the Visitor Center at the airport is NOT 24 hours and you will NOT have your deposit returned). Can't vouch for any other hotel; definitely wouldn't choose this one again. Walls are paper thing and you can hear everything in the next room from conversation, television, etc. Rooms are small as well. Anyway, didn't expect much and got less than what I expected. All (but for one man who seemed to do the work of all the others) staff were very unfriendly and too busy to help with advice, booking tours etc. This coupled with a shoebox sized room, a tiny bed as hard as the floor and airconditioning that sounded like a jet engine did not make for a pleasant stay. The location is convenience,near restaurants, shopping area,china town,etc. The room is clean ,although a little bit small for deluxe room,but overall we are satisfield & will recommend this htl to our friends.

The Link Hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms were small, but plenty big enough. Good location to metro!

My wife and I are from Canada and have been living in Asia for the past 6 years. We have stayed in Singapore on many occasions and would recommend this hotel. We selected this hotel as we wanted to stay in a quieter location. When we arrived our first room, with a queen size bed, was very small but we upgraded at a reasonable price to a king size bed […] and the room was much larger. The beds are hard but comfortable and the sevice was excellent. I was disapointed in the quality of the daily cleaning provided by the maids, but we also came at Idul Fitri (Muslim equal to Christmas) and they were short staffed due to the Holiday. The location was excellent, close to MRT and shopping as well as some of the best food stalls in Singapore. The rates were half what you would pay on Orchard. Requested a double bedroom but was given twin, staff not bothered to check if there are any doubles available, just told us they're very busy and no rooms available. Our room located in the 2nd building connected by a bridge, not very convenient but it does have a separate entrance so we didn't have to do the long walk every day. The room was spotlessly […] clean but very tiny (as we have expected in Singapore), we managed to sleep on one bed and use the other for our luggages as there is no space for our luggage otherwise. 双单房间太小，空间不够；观察了一下双人床的房间空间大一点，这种设置不合理。

タイトルの通りですが、隣の部屋の音がとても気になりました。まず、テレビの音は同じ部屋にいるくらいにやかましく感じました。１２時回ってもうるさかったので、マネージャーを呼べば、隣に注意してくださり、ボリュームは下がりましたが、それでもうるさくてなかなか寝付けませんでした。また、隣の部屋の人がコンセントを差し入れすると壁伝いにその音と振動が伝わってきます。本当に壁はベニヤ板１枚？と思いました。いつもはホリデーインに泊まるのですが、満室でバス停１つ違いのこのホテルにしました。値段もほぼ同じなので、ホリデーインに泊まることをお勧めします。ただ、スタッフはとても親切でした。

싱가포르 4성급호텔에 전혀 어울리지 않는 호텔이었습니다. 외국에 다니면 다른 호텔을 많이 이용을 해보았지만 기본적인 것이 안되어있는 호텔입니다. 흡연실을 예약했는데 다른사람에게 먼저 줬다고 무시를 하고 침대 배개와 쿠션에선 썩은 냄새가나고 비치되어있는 커피는 굳어서 덩어리로 되어있구 전화기는 선에 문제가 있어 프론트와 외부전화를 할때는 스피커폰으로 해야지만 통화가 되고 프론트에 몇번이고 이야기 했지만 서비스는 엉망이었습니다. 기본적으로 호텔이라 말하기가 좀 우습더군요. 미리 정보를 알고 갔더라면 이호텔을 절대로 선택하지 않았을 것입니다. 때마침 싱가포르 방문시기가 F1경기가 있어 호텔이 부족하고 가격을 엄청 높여 받고서도 […] 서비스가 형편이 없었습니다. 싱가포르에 비지니스관계로 다녀왔지만 호텔만 들어가면 스트레스가 싸이더군요. 왠만하면 이호텔은 절대로 추천해 드리고 싶지 않습니다. 프론트에 직원들 또한 무지 불친절 하더라구요. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Die Glaeser waren verdreckt, die Lippenstifte der vorherigen Gaeste waren deutlich sichtbar. Die kleinen Tee- und Kaffeepaeckchen wurden nicht ergaenzt, d.h. ich fand sie lediglich am ersten Tag vor, am zweiten Tag blieb es leer.
