Apartamentos Trianflor Alta - Puerto de la Cruz

A basic but comfortable hotel. We had 4 nights here and its only a short walk into the main town. Parking was tricky in the very tight underground car park and that was an additional 5 Euros a night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is our second stay in the Alta Apartments, we were there for a month last year in September and 17 nights this September. We emailed the Apartments prior to our visit requesting a particular side for our room with a corner balcony like we had the previous year and they were kind enough to give us the same room. It felt like coming home. The one […] bedroom apartments are spacious but a little basic but it suited us and we would go back again. The maid came into clean every day and changed the towels as often as we wanted. The pool is a little small and loses the sun on it around 4pm, but most of the time it was quiet and if we wanted more sun we went to a place the locals use called San Telmo which is a stoney cove but the sea was lovely and ideal for snorkling. The Apartments are just across the road from the Martinez which is the local shopping centre. It has a supermarket with very reasonable prices for food, drink, toiletries etc. Would recomend taking a travel kettle and mugs if you like a decent size cup of tea or coffee and a corkscrew if you like wine. The apartments were very spacious and basic but comfortable to meet needs. However, you had to pay 3 euro's per day to watch television, and none of which were in English. The hotel had no WIFI and had not much to offer in terms of activities. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and was what we expected.

Bra beliggenhet i forhold til byens havbasseng. (Dette er virkelig et bassengområde man kan kose seg ved.) Hotellets personale er hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Kjøkkenet i leiligheten kunne vært bedre utstyrt. Tilstrekkelig til frokost, men mangelfullt for middagstilberedning. Garasjene er trange, så bilen bør ikke være stor.

Mi pareja y yo pasamos el fin de semana en estos apartamentos. He de decir que están en un sitio inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa, de los lagos Martiánez, de un mercadona y del centro de la ciudad. Las personas del servicio muy amables también. La única "pega", y es algo ínfimo, es que la tostadora no funcionaba. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Meillä vain kävi huono tuuri huoneen sijainnin suhteen. Huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja parvekkeelta näkyi vain jokin rakennustyömaa / hotellin purku tms. Huone oli todella pimeä ja kylmä. Jos huone olisi ollut korkeammalla ja parveke toisella puolen niin arvostelu olisi ollut paljon parempi. Vi hadde en leilighet med to soverom. Leiligheten var romslig. Kjøkkendelen inneholdt det vi hadde bruk for (laget frokost selv, men spiste middager ute). Renholdet var utmerket. Alle tiders beliggenhed tæt ved byen. Enkelt, men ok til prisen. Parkeringsforholdene kræver en meget dygtig bilist for at komme ind og ud.

The location is for sure great! 200 m to the beach even less to local pubs and bars. Just a 10 min walk downtown and you will enter the old historical part of the town. Just walk down the beach and follow it to the harbor it's Imposible to miss. the hotel itself was OK no more no less. Everything was for rent. the TV in the room were for rent , the […] pingpong table were for rent and posebly alot of other things aswell. in the add for the hotel it says the hotel have a gym. that is NOT true. die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht in diesem Hotel - es gibt zwar eine Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr - diese ist aber sehr eng und hat einen extrem steile Einfahrt - ohne rngieren hat man da keine Chance - nur für sehr gute Autofahrer geeignet!
