it was great we came for my daughters first b-day and they helped every possible way they could

service was great, rooms were clean and we had a free evening meal at the 5:30 kickback as they call it, and 3 free drinks per adult and a great breakfast the next morning, this was the first time we stayed at a drury inn, we will definitely stay again!!!

Adequate hot breakfast. Great happy hour with lots of kid friendly food. We also liked the popcorn and soft drink availabilty until 10 pm. Rooms were nice, but not much of a view.

Close to the zoo, science center, city museum & magic house. Kids completely enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool; loved the hot breakfast and hot food in the evening. The kids wrote notes to the staff and they would respond. (They got a great kick out of that). They even tucked their stuffed animals to bed after cleaning the room. Best thing about the hotel was its location. It was close to Forest Park, fairly easy to get to city center and on and off the highway. The room was larger with good amenities and the breakfast was decent. They had waffles, sausages, biscuits and gravy. Probably one of the best for the price.

This was our first time to stay at a Drury hotel but not our last. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very pleasant. The "extras" were great when you have kids like we do and we enjoyed the pool accomadations as well. I really don't have any compaints at all

We had a fast check in and they allowed us to check in early it also included free parking. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean. They had a free dinner from 5:30-7pm that had a good variety and 3 alcoholic drinks were included. The dinner consisted of hotdogs, wings, macarroni etc.. There was soda and popcorn also free in the lobby all night. […] Pool area was nice and clean and roomy. Breakfast was a large hot breakfast with a good selection. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast and "Happy Hour" amenities as well as free WiFi are big pluses. Weight room was dirty, and very sparsely equipped. No weight equipment...only a few treadmills and elliptical machines.

I was really impressed with all the "extras" like a nice free breakfast and free happy hour. When we first got there our room was next to a really loud family (over the winter hollidays) we called down to the front desk and they moved us right away, they even sent someone up with keys to our new room so we could go straigt there and not have to go by […] the front desk. This is the second time in a row we stayed at the Drury Inn, Forest Park, just before the Christmas holidays. I'm always impressed with how friendly and professional the staff is. The only person who seemed to be having a bad day was a woman in the dining room at breakfast time. My only complaint was that our room was too hot, and we didn't even have […] the heat on. I called the front desk and someone arrived immediately. He didn't fix the problem, but instead he turned on the a/c to cool things off. I'd prefer to not have the a/c on in December, but it did bring down the temperature. I really like the 'free' amenities that Drury offers. Location is not sexy (in downtown or Central West End) but is convenient to many attractions. Traveling with small children, I would go back here in a heartbeat. Great value for the quality.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were accommodating. Breakfast and lunch were pluses. Special needs accommodation was lacking, however. My father needed a seat for the shower. When I called and requested one, the attendant quickly brought something to the room that was a bit large for the shower. This was our first stay at Drury Inns, ABSOLUTELY the cleanest hotel room I have ever had. !! From now on Drury will be my first choice !!

We enjoyed the entire stay - from breakfast to heavy snacks at night. The staff was courteous and professional. Strongly recommend for families. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool except water was "cool". Mid - October stay.

The stay at the Drury Forest Park was great. Onlything is that I really did ask for adjoining rooms and we didn't get them. We got rooms next to each other and that worked OK but it wasn't what I asked for when I resevered it. However, the hotel was good to us and for us so I can recommend it highly. This hotel is above my usual travel budget, but I decided to treat myself and I'm glad I did. It was in a very good location for everything I wanted to visit in St. Louis. It is in The Hill neighborhood, an old Italian neighborhood with many local Italian restaurants as well as an excellent Italian restaurant in the hotel. The staff were all friendly […] and helpful and would greet me as I passed by. The room was fine; clean, easy-to-access Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower with a seat, a small fridge to store my dinner leftovers. A huge hot breakfast including oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. Most amazing, free hot food from 5:30 -7:00 PM, including things like nachos, baked potato, hot dogs, salad. AND three free alcoholic drinks. I stuck to soft drinks, but hotel guests packed the large dining area every evening to enjoy this. Also popcorn and soft drinks available all evening. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful with directions, information about the hotel, and offered suggestions about places to visit. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, but not the plush, feather-topped ones that are at the nicest hotels. The snack bar between 5:30 and 7:00 featured baked potatoes, salad, and […] hot dogs every night with the addition of a nacho bar and hot wings one night and chicken fingers and broccoli cheese soup the other night. The Drury Inn & Suites near Forest Park in St. Louis was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit in St. Louis. All the extras that were included for no extra charge made it a great bargain too. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful as well. We would certainly go there again.

Great location and very good service

Clean hotel, great location, evening reception was good for some cheap eats and 3 free drinks each night, breakfast was average. Restaurant in the hotel had good food and a great bar with entertainment in the evening. Will be back again next time I visit St. Louis

Hotel overall was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Both the breakfast and kickback were great. They opened up extra sitting areas, so there were plenty of room for everyone. The only problem were with the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. We found gummy worm candies in one of the beds, letting us know that the sheets must not have been […] changed. Also the recliner and microwave were both broke. When we reported the problems, they were fixed promptly. We stayed here for our weekend in St. Louis and were very pleased. It was located 5-25 minutes from everything we wanted to see and since it's located right off of Hwy 44, it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Drury chain obviously does not try to compete with 5-star accommodations in St. Louis like the the Ritz in Clayton, but it was much a much better experience than expected. Pros were 1. Price 2. Generous room size 3. Free Breakfast, evening snacks (and 3 free drinks for the drinkers - very professionally made I might add.) 4. Very close to everything […] in Forest Park and an easy drive to downtown St. Louis. 5. Free Parking. 6. Absolutely no hassle check-in and check-out. 7. Free Wi-Fi, Internet, and Cable TV with a nice Flat Screen. 8. The hotel has a small business center for those needing to print tickets or research directions online. Cons (yes, even with a great little hotel like this, there were some cons - although there is little that the hotel can do about some) 1. The price you pay for the convenient location is that you will hear traffic on the highways if you sleep next to a window. With the air-conditioner on, most of the sound can be drowned out - but if you are a light sleeper, there is a chance you will be awakened by a loud trucker. 2. The beds are not quite the same quality as the Ritz. That being said, they are probably as good as most people have at home, but don't expect the "heavenly beds" that you get on expensive cruises or at 5 star hotels. For people with children and traveling on some sort of budget, I do believe that the Drury Inn near Forest park is a bargain considering all the perks. The evening snack may not be sufficient for a supper, but it was substantial enough for me. The breakfast was actually very good. While the hotel is rated as "three stars," I would have to say that I have stayed in 4-star hotels in New York City that were not really as nice as this little Drury Inn. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Good Hotel and good restaurant in hotel. Neighborhood is a little bad but it was easy to get where I was going.

We loved staying here. The location was great -- the hotel staff were consistently friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And, the value for money with all the extras (breakfast, snacks at night, WiFi, etc), was great. We will be coming back.

I was there with my 2 grandaughters and we had a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous, going out of their way to make us happy. It was very convenient to our attractions, zoo, etc. The adjoining Italian eatery was VERY good and reasonably priced for the quality of the food and service. Hotel is super clean and comfortable, staff is outstanding, great location: minutes from Forest Park, freeway right around the corner, quick drive to downtown St Louis. The food at breakfast and kickback is plentiful and delicious and the availability of soft drinks, hot drinks and popcorn is a real bonus! Free parking a plus, too. If we return to the St. Louis area, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere but at this Drury hotel. My only suggestion is to offer a map of St. Louis in the sightseeing brochure display... our gps was a bit confused in this area and once we got a map from the visitor center in the downtown area, we found better routes. Downtown parking rates are reasonable (we paid $5 to park near the Arch), but if you prefer to ride the metro train, the forest park trolley is a good way to get to the station as the parking at the forest park metro is small and fills up quickly. Hotel was fine, but could have gotten a better rate had I booked directly with the hotel instead of through hotels.com!

When we booked the hotel we requested non-smoking. When we checked in, at about 10:30 p.m., the room they gave us was in the top floor all SMOKING rooms and our stinked. I requested to be moved to another room, but we were told is was totally booked, so we had to sleep in thast stinking room, the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Close to the zoo and many great resturants. I thought the beds were a little uncomfortable. The warm food bar and beverages at night was GREAT and the breakfast bar had really good food...much unlike other chain hotels. Very professional staff. Very good stay.

Very nice hotel. We arrived prior to the 3pm check in time and were given a room right away. Easy to find and close to everything. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day and the Happy Hour was a nice way to end it. The free food is a good way to save some money during your trip.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was 1/2 hour from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown and just 2 minutes from the zoo and Science Center and many Italian restaurants. A perfect location. The hotel was very nice for the price and served a free hot breakfast in the morning *and* free snacks (including hot dogs, mac and cheese, salad, chicken […] strips) and drinks (even alcoholic ones) in the early evening! I hadn't been to a Drury Inn before but we were impressed. The room includes, at no extra charge, breakfast, afternoon snack, wifi, parking. Breakfast was a full spread with waffles, sausages, eggs, french toast, biscuits and gravy. The afternoon "snack" included several foods plus three free alcoholic drinks per person. One night we just made the "snack" […] our dinner--there was soup, mac & cheese, nachos, hot dogs, baked potatoes, salad, carrot and celery sticks. They also have free popcorn and soda from 5-10 pm. There is a pool that has indoor and outdoor sections and a hot tub, an exercise room with a couple machines and a TV, and a laundry room. There is a restaurant--it's a rather pricey Italian joint and you can also order takeout or room service from it. The location is really close to forest park stuff like the zoo and science center. It's further to go downtown where things like the Arch and City Museum are. It's just off the highway and near a "Dirt Cheap" cigarette store, so not a great neighborhood for just strolling around. You'll want a car. Rooms have flat-screen TVs that we hooked up our portable DVD player to. My only complaint would be that the rooms were rather stuffy.
