The hotel is overall very good and staff were very friendly. Morning breakfast was fantastic. A big plus. I found the bed comfortable and the balcony in my room was great. Could have used a more comfortable chair or lounger though. The only sour note was the bathroom and shower which I found quite old and in need of renovation. The shower is not enclosed […] so water leaks all over the floor. The internet in the hotel was good, with good coverage although a little slow at times. The hotel is very close to the beach with lots of restaurants near by and shopping/theaters etc within walking distance. They offer a good spa with good rates but no gym. Great play to stay, ideal location, outstanding breakfast each morning. Visited during Songkran festival with three other friends and this resort was our favorite. One block from the beach, a short walk to restaurants, one block away from the Hard Rock restaurant if you need a known location. We checked rates for Holiday Inn upon returning from Phi […] Phi and found the Burasari resort to be a no brainer. Staff was friendly and overly accommodating. Stayed for 5 nights earlier this month, no complaints, the resort is perfectly located next to Patong beach and slightly away from crowded streets giving peaceful location near all the action. Room was run down, not well kept. Not sure if bedsheets changed regularly - skin itched when I slept on bed. Toilet bowl and bathtub had stains. Renovation work going on somewhere on premises as there was noise in the afternoon. But no notice put up to inform guests? Front line staff should be trained to communicate better and use basic common sense. […] I asked for map of Phuket and was given one in Russian! I am Asian - if there is no English map tell me. When I checked out, I left my luggage with the staff as my flight home was later that evening. When I came back, there was handwritten paper "laundry bag" tagged to my luggage. The luggage was in the open lobby area in full view to all passing, waiting or seated there. I went to the reception and was told "see the cashier". I then told them if I had to pay for the bag, I would return it. I used the laundry bag to keep my soiled clothing. This is what I do at all other hotels I stay in. Nowhere does it mention laundry bag was chargeable if taken away. When I returned the laundry bag, I asked cashier to ensure it was not charged to my credit card. She said laundry bag was not chargeable, they were just asking!! If they were just asking why openly put a tag on my luggage stating laundry bag. It was insulting as if I was stealing from the hotel! I earn more than USD120,000 per annum. I do not need to steal! Is it because I am Asian and dressed less impressively that treatment is poor?? อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel staff made a really nice effort for us on honeymoon by upgrading us to a large suite with a free mini bar and floral decorations. They also served us a really good smoothy on arrival. Patong is really noisy and despite being slightly off the main street and the room having double glass doors, it was still really loud at night. Stayed in Premier Grand room. Comfortable bed. Free restocked mini-bar, Clean and functional bathroom. Awesome buffet breakfast (soo much food!).

We booked the honeymoon suite and upon arrival was told (with not much apology) that we couldn't have that room and they would put us in another room of same value (mood room). The room was very nice, free mini bar, and the service was good. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice to suite all cuisines. We booked our return transfer to Phi Phi through the hotel - this all arrived and seemed well organised, however we were told a transfer from Phi Phi to the pier where the boat left back to Phuket was included in the price, which once we got there discovered it was not! This hotel is a tranquil hideaway within a short walk to all that Patong Beach, Bangala Road and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. We had a perfect stay at the Bura Sari. Excellent location, and staff were always eager to help and please. Depending on your room, it could be a little noisy from the outside traffic, but we found we were so tired at the end of each day it didnt matter. An amazing resort, staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble... reception staffed 24hours, and with a smile and a beautiful Thai welcome everytime. The presentation of the rooms was beautiful..they had spelt out Welcome to Burasari in leaves and flowers on the bed, looked incredible. ...king beds are huge .. and firm. Linen is changed […] every day and so nice to get into everynight. Houskeeping staff are very very thorough .. floors are washed every day .. and Free mini bar is stocked everday. Which was so handy. We had an Elite Room on the first floor ... with a day bed .. for 2 weeks .. over looking the pool .. although we only used the pool once ..would probably have used it more if we had a pool access room.. will try for one next time ..Swim up pool bar is great .. also they have fresh cooked BBQ available. tried Room service a couple of time it was fast .. about 10 to 15 minutes .. and food was good... and prices reasonable. Location wise it was perfect .. we walked every where .. about 50 metres from Patong beach .. and just metres from Markets and restaurants and nightlife. Beakfast which was incuded was fantastic ... you won't go hungry ... everything from noodle soups, to freshly cooked eggs while you wait, pastries, fresh fruit, hot rice dishes,.. meat dishes... and the best waiting staff. rooms are a little musty .. but it is to be expected .. its the Tropics .. can't change the humidity, It was the most amazing 2 weeks in paradise. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Easily accessible and well known to all drivers. Ample parking space for our rented bike. Walking distance to patong beach and the shops nearby. We had the elite room and it was perfect. Nothing […] too serious, nobody stays in the toilet for too long anyway. Overall, it's a good location for first timers to Phuket. If you're planning to just stay in patong, do not bother to get a bike as the hotel location is pretty much close to everywhere. However, do rent a bike and get a map if you want to visit Kata and Karon beach. Food wise, there were street snacks everywhere and the stalls open till late. Its been a wonderful experience with them as they provide friendly service and also the things the provide...examples beach towels, and the fabulous breakfast =) It totally make my stay enjoyable...

Booked Hotel at special rate, found room very disappointing it was at the back of Hotel facing the other hotel, small balcony and felt cramped and wet, as we arrived very late stayed the one night. Changed rooms next day, same room type just on opposite side of hallway it was much better. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included in room rate, quality […] of breakfast was very high. Also minibar was free of charge, small variety but replenised daily. As we had been to Patong prior, we did not use any tour booking service. The bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. Neither of the pools get much sun making them quite useless. The staff were lovely and it was only 50 metres to the beach. I think it was too expensive for what if was - there are plenty of hotels of the same standard that aren't as expensive as this one.

Staff are great. Great little resort for couples, nice and quiet. Literally 20 steps away from the beach. Room was very comfortable for our nine day stay with a nice balcony which was private. We had two nighs at this hotel and it was very good environment the rooms were nicely decorated and nothing to complain! The only minor was that there wasn't much privacy on the toilet as there was no door just a curtain. But it's still was excellent!

My husband and i recently stayed 8 nights at Burasari Resort and loved every minute. Its a great resort for everyone. Very centrally located to patong and patong beach. The resort grounds are fabulous and its like your in a world of your own when you enter. The smell of peppermint greets you every time you return to the resort. The spa is wonderful and the ladies who work there are so friendly and do a great pedicure :) mini bar in the room is complimentary and refreshed daily. The rooms are very functional..the only thing i could possibly say negative is the beds are a tad on the firmer side but after massive days walking and shopping i still slept like a log. We loved our stay at Burasari, the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The Resort is beautiful and loved coming back to it after being out and about. I would recommend booking an Elite Room overlooking the pool or with Pool access. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is very nice and is only about two minutes from Patong beach and only a 10 minute walk to Bangla road if you are not distracted too much by the many suit makers along the way. This was my second stay at the Burasari and I will happily use the hotel again. Service and location are excellent - so close to everything except the noise of Patong, and the breakfast is really good with lots of choice. A real hidden gem.

We booked an elite room which was excellent. 1st floor overlooking pool, with mattress on balcony surrounded by netting. Pool area was great. Location excellent. Breakfast good quality. Staff very friendly but the beds were extremely hard and the pillows lumpy which lead to a lack of sleep. Overall happy with the hotel and the complimentary bar was a pleasant surprise.

I went with my brother and sister, we all got a separate rooms King size beds. Really great staff, very helpful on all occasions. The tax put on the room service was a bit much really, the ac on one of the rooms was not working properly. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the other facilities were great also.
