Burasari Resort Patong

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and very kind. Next time I come back to Phuket, will definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel with super clean room. Spacious bathroom in Elite room. U can view your family or friends swimming from your own balcony. Great Hotel. The pool is a bit small to accommodate everyone when the resort is booked out, however Patong beach is just a short walk away. Great location to everything

staff were wonderful -extremely helpful and accomodating -next time would stay again but probably upgrade to a pool access room. Restaurant food was great and cheap.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. Beautiful staff, always friendly and willing to help. Amazing breakfast and very cheap rates. Scooter hire and 7/11, just outside the hotel and a quick step to the beach, nightlife and markets. Do it!!!

Superb location. Also very nice hotel, but they need to clean the leaves from the pool that keep falling due to the trees and plants surrounding the pool area. Food at Kantok is outstanding. Specially for us since we are vegetarian. The Thai curry was the best I have had till date.

Very personal and boutique hotel, incredibly attentive and caring staff, as per Thai culture in general. Breakfasts were great with huge range of fresh food every day, stay away from the pasta dishes from the restaurants but that should be a given in Thailand, pizzas were quite tasty. Overall a a very pleasant stay. Good service. The pool water gets a bit cold with all the shade from the building structures and greenery. Also, the pool bar was under repairs during our stay. We could not get a pool access room because we were travelling with an infant, but they seemed nice. Food was good.

The location was fantastic and the ambience exotic. loved our stay. It was much better than expected. We took the Elite room which was large and faced the pool and had an extra bed in the balcony overlooking the pool. it was a great place to sit. I would recommend to go a step further and take a ground floor Elite room with a private access to the pool. […] Just open the door and walk into the pool any time. My wife, two and a half year old son and I visited the Burasari in April 2012 for a 2 week stay. We have visited Thailand and Patong a few times before and normally stay at a nearby hotel. This visit we decided on a change and were more than pleasantly surprised. While the hotel didn't specifically cater for kids, the staff at the Burasari were all […] we needed for our boy to enjoy his first time in Thailand, they were more than wonderful, even coming to visit to play matchbox cars. We dicided to get a pool a pool access room which has a nice shallow area as we entered the water, this allowed our boy to play while we swam and the room allowed us to enjoy pool evenings while our boy slept within sight and hearing distance. From an adult perspective the value for money is excellent, the food is top quality, breakfast is very nice and relaxing, the hotel has a non-commercial boutique Thai feel, it's on the fringe of Patong action which is nicely convenient and above all, the staff are so accomodating we cant thank them enough for making our stay very enjoyable. A concern before leaving was the mention in a couple of reviews regarding mosquitos, it was high humidity when we were the and they were no worse than anywere else we visited, plus the hotel had nice coil burners on each deck to ward off any of the little nasties. The Burasari is a nicely laid out hotel in a convenient location. The staff are all very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very good. Location of the Burasari Resort was central and we found it was great, nice and quiet location, but not too far from main strip of shops and eateries. The beach only a few minutes on foot. Breakfast had lots of variety, and pools very clean and relaxing after a day of shopping. We would recommend to families and couples alike.

A very nice cosy hotel in a great location. Best way to get to the hotel from the airport is to take a metered taxi. As you exit the arrival hall, turn right and walk to the far end. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that we had been upgraded from an Elite Pool Access Room to the Honeymoon Pool Access Room. Very roomy and comfortable with a little more privacy. Food at the Buffet Breakfast was great. Continually refreshing items and very yummy.

We stayed in this hôtel during 4 nights. We had a élite room with direct access to the swimming pool. So great... There is à bar you CAN have à drink but also bbq! I am a many time traveller to Phuket, first time stay at Burasari. I usually stay at a boutique style resort. Visiting for a wedding this time, many guests stayed at Burasari. The resort has a lift which is very beneficial. The breakfast was ok, no juice bar. The fruit available was pineapple, watermelon, melon, bananas, not many tropical fruits e.g. […] longons, mangoes We stayed in the newer section of the resort. When booking I asked for a late check out and was advised to ask when we arrived there, which I did and was told to ask the day before check out which I did, but was told due to the bookings it was not possible, but they could offer a shower room in the older part of the resort at a cost...... This is the third resort that we have used in Phuket, for us it was equal to the best. Staff were so polite and helpful. A minor water problem on the first day resulted in an upgrade to pool view room. Much better that the old room. We would return to the Burasari again.
