"Service good, facility was bad."
The employees were friendly enough but, I was told on arrival that the cable was out in the area and would soon be back on. IT NEVER CAME BACK ON! And honestly, I don't believe it was an "Area Shortage." The molding was falling off in the area near the bathroom and the light switch had a short. "Parents Weekend Stay"
As per other reviews, this property is a gem! Clean, friendly staff, pet friendly, great breakfast, work out facility, indoor pool, close to area amenities...who could ask for anything more?!?!!
"Excellence in Greensboro, NC"
I've stayed at this hotel three times within the past year and every stay has been excellent. I arrive early and they always have a room ready for me. The place is spotless and the sevice first class.

I choose this hotel because of the reviews and they did not steer me wrong. This Residence Inn was truly lovely. Everything was pretty near spotless. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The only negatives and they are minor: the ironing board cover needed replacing (badly) and the self help breakfast was not especially […] to my liking. The french toast was hard and dry as well as the sasuage. I chose not to eat the breakfast for the rest of my 3 day stay. "Outstanding Hotel and Staff"
I arrived three hours before check-in but was kindly allowed to register without any problems. The Receptionist was gracious and the process, flawless. The room was wonderful and the breakfast the following morning was great. A really terrific experience.

We stopped off at this hotel half-way to our destination. It seems newly constructed/renovated. The room was huge. And it was clean.

Awesome Hotel for the Business traveler. The front desk staff was very helpful and smiling. The parking is complimentary. The location is near the freeway I-40. Extremely clean room with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Competitive price - good bang for the buck.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I've stayed in this hotel before, so I definitely recommend it! Comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff. It made traveling alone with 3 small children easier for me. It is also in a prime location for shopping and restaurants. Not to mention close to the airport....

"Made it a great get away"
I was there for my cousin's wedding. We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean,comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the recreation from the pool to the fitness room. The breakfast was excellent and service exemplary. I would definitely stay here again.

Attractive, clean hotel w/perfect amenities for a stay away from home - an apartment like setting. Housekeeping staff were amenable and friendly. Felt safe and secure. Easy access to interstates and airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel venue to anyone traveling to this area.
Super -- This was a rather new hotel, so the facilities represented such -- It was extremely comfortable for a family of four during four-night stay -- There weren't many restaurants close by, but if you drove a couple miles there were many to choose from.

Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Each made a piont to speak and ask about my stay. I had a problem with the iron and they bought me a new shirt immediately.
