The staff and shuttle were awesome. Construction was understandable. The lowlifes hanging around outside our door, below and above us were ridiculous. They were slamming, banging, dragging, arguing literally all night. Some knew staff by name so odds are they are regulars and/or hookers. I stayed here for a weekend long convention and I was stressing a bit over getting from the hotel to the convention, luckily, they actually have a shuttle service that runs to the convention center and the airport which was amazing helpful. They have a laundry machine, a nice lounge area, clean and comfortable rooms. All around, I was very satisfied […] with my 3 night stay. it was ok for the price.. the jacuzzi tub was the best feature..

We did the "park & fly" package. conditions for price were more then acceptable. Lobby clerks were friendly. Transition on securing our vehicle before leaving as well as obtaining it on our return was simple

Shuttle to and from airport was handy- driver suggested Giordano's pizza delivery which was fantastic! No hotel bar but a gas station next door. Decor was dated but rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were not high quality but served the purpose. Free adult channel if that interests you. You get what you pay for ... this was fine for an overnight stay across the highway from the airport.

We we very please by our room, very large and comfee! We heard no noise from the airport, tho you are quite close.

There are cheaper options close to the airport. Although they advertise a "free continental breakfast," its actually a bowl with packs of crackers that are left out all day. The shampoo I had was opened and half empty (when I reported this, they told me they were trying to not waste half opened bottles). This is a good Hotel. I had a few pesky ants, but I know that was because the weather is warm and my room was on the ground floor. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The room could have been a little more cleaner, but you get what you paid for. The bathroom was a little small and the entrance of the room had red drops on the carpet. But the Airport pick up and drop off is a good feature. Their is cereal for breakfast and crackers for snacks. I got a large room.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff room was to my satisfaction. I will definitely go again.

I had a early morning flight from O'Hare, after many hesitations, I booked this hotel. It seems that hotel itself is in the O'Hare premises, still no noise of flights. This is the only positive thing about the hotel, every thing else is a big disappointment. In the name of breakfast they just had cookies, coffee and flakes. I had a good stay, room service could be improved in a timely manner. When I requested room service it took toooo long.

The price and the location were the only things that stand out. The Clerks were not real friendly or accommodating, the Owner had to tell the clerk to help me. The hotel shuttle was to their convienence not the customer.

This was a very basic room, but was perfect for just spending the night to go to the airport. They offered a free shuttle to the airport for basically any time of the day.

It was good enough as I stayed for one night in transit. The hotel was near the airport, there's a convenience store next to it. You can have free drink at any time, the room was clean and good service.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are what you would expect. The price was fair. It works just fine if you are a business traveler stretching a budget.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, front desk staff very friendly and accomodating. My room was clean, I like having a refrigerator and micro-wave that was a big plus for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The low rate was great. I will stay again.

If need quick overnight stay at the airport, this will suffice. Transportation back and forth was quick and on time. It's right next to a convenience store and fast food that sells beer and wine. Kind of strange, very old, but clean. No frills.

Arrived late, needed an inexpensive place - this was just fine - no frills, but the staff was great and the shuttle made it simple. Not the highest quality, but certainly convenient and clean.

The price was right. We needed a refrigerator and this hotel has one in every room. We will return to this hotel again if the price is right.

This place was amazing. They offer free shuttle pick up and drop offs from the aiport, and local eateries and other locations. When you first roll up, you may not think much of it. Then the reception greets you in such a friendly matter, that you start to see this is a gem in the rough. They were very accommodating for every request I had. They were […] more than happy to help us figure out how to get around the town. The room itself is very pleasant, and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Lets not get started on the cloud-like pillows. There was a huge TV and so many channels to choose from. The sink was a little outdated, and the bathroom was okay. Beyond that, the place was great! What I really enjoyed was the 24-7 access to coffee, or hot drinks in general, with cereal and cookies as much as I like. We stayed there 2 nights and chose this hotel because of the stay and fly package. When we returned to pick up our car the man at the desk informed us that there was an extra charge for parking for the nights we were not staying in the hotel. So what does park and fly mean to them? Very close to airport and downtown trains

Just needed a place to spend one night near O'Hare and didn't expect much for very competitive room rate. However, was very pleasantly surprised. Very nice service from the front desk and also the shuttle service. Room is cozy, and its nearby to the petrol kiosk where u basically can get almost what u need there.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I especially appreciated the courtesy of the shuttle drivers. My rating is based on the accommodations relative to the setting, type of facility, the fee charged vs services available at the hotel and lack of ammenities in the surrounding neighborhood. There was no meal service at the hotel and aside from a Subway/Dunkin […] doughnut convenience store there were no restaurants nearby for eating a good meal. We booked the hotel because we had a 5:30 flight out of O'Hare and the pictures and reviews looked okay. The staff was cooperative and we were driven to the airport at 4:00 a.m. But the hotel was at best 2 stars. It was old, and in poor condition. Fortunately, our stay there was less than 12 hours.

The only problem is I waited for the shuttle too long

I'll just start with a list of horrible services I recieved on Oct. 22. Got there and they gave my room away to someone else(king bed/ non smoking), gave me a (queen bed/ smoking) and thought I wouldn't notice. So they gave me the only other room they had left that didn't smell like an ash tray and it was a double queen bed. There wasn't a manager there […] all night, just a guy on Facebook. They told me "Lucy" the "manager" would call me back Sunday. It's now Wed. @ 9pm. This hotel was filthy, outdated, and couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. For a clean place to stay it's great. It is close to the airport. The shuttle service does not run after midnight. The coffee is good. The service is friendly.

PROS: It was close to ORD airport and offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel keeps a clean appearance and a help staff makes this hotel a good place to stay at a reasonable price. I would trade off the lack of a swimming pool and breakfast bar for the price difference.

I was in town for the Chicago Marathon, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel, so this one worked out well. I could take the Hotel Shuttle to the Airport and then catch the train to downtown for all my sightseeing, etc. It took a little bit of time, but was worth it to me for the price I paid for the room.

My main priority was to stay in a clean hotel and it realy was there was hot beverage available in the lobby all day along with crackers and cookie , which was nice the water was turned off druing our stay for a little while but they called an hour before they turned it off and it was in the middle of the day so it was no problem, the staff were nice […] and friendly, the only weird thing wasthe posters at check in, made for som ammusiong reads but mainlyabout not letting ur kids stay alone in the room because of the adult channel. We wanted to stay close to the airport and the site said free shuttle but after waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle and no one answered the phone at the hotel we took a cab that cost 20 bucks (for a 4 minute ride). Concierge was nice but hotel was just too old and worn down to be worth the low price. The hotel claims to be 2 blocks from airport when it is much further. When we called from airport for shuttle pick up no one answered and had to call the 1-800 number. Waited at least 30 minutes for ride.next Morning driver wanted us to wait for 30 minutes while he delivered 3 others to airport even though we scheduled at 7 am departure and he had a […] 7 passenger van. price was good and location to O'Hare was good. Air conditioning went on and off all night - quite irritating. Complimentary breakfast was quite minimal - cereal was about all.
