Willow Valley Inn and Suites - แลงแคสเตอร์

The Inn was great. Very clean, the pool area is great, the bakery and restaurant is deliciouse. I would however, bring the kids next time. Great for a family getaway.

We have stayed at WV before but it has been years. It was great to see how well everything has been maintained.

Room was old and in need of renovation. was fairly clean

Our recent stay at willow valley was pleasing. We at first had thought we were staying at the double tree which s located right next door and we had stayed there last year for a sports event with our son. Nice stay at Willow Valley. Nice childrens pool. Room very clean and comfortable. Next day we visited the PA state railroad museum so the location of the hotel was very handy to arrive hence. We were a little confused about a continental breakfast. We were unsure if it was included. (It was not) but that was OK. We ate the left overs from our prior […] evening dinner. Handy fridge in the room for storage and microwave available to heat the vittles. Upon arriving at the establishment I told the focs we would not stay there again, just because when we visit the next tiem we will probably just do something different, but after the pleasant stay we had, we may look to lodging at this facility in the future. The room smelled like chlorine (as the door opened out to a balcony over the pool). There were folks sitting around the pool talking until at least 11 pm which was less than desirable. It is Ok for families with children. Unfortunately for me, we were two adults who were tired after a long day and were given a room near the pool and washer dryer. Middle aged gueste loaded up the dryer with clothing with metal that clanged with eash turn of the dryer, then these same adults stood outside my door and talked in a voice louder than the […] spinning dryer. The hotel was very nice but some of the front desk staff were not friendly at all. and all the major attractions are very far from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Willow Valley! They have an amazing kid pool that my 3 year old didn't want to leave. Their breakfast buffet was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Willow Valley Inn. It was Easter weekend and the grounds were gorgeous. A beautiful place to take a stroll. The bakery has some delicious items. Nice variety in the gift store. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

My aunt actually paid for my room but I stayed there for 5 nights and the room was so clean and comfortable. When I needed anything it was sent to my room immediatly. The comfort of the room I would give a 10. The staff was superior and so kind and they were very a blessing to me. I loved staying at this hotel. They have an indoor swimming pool and […] arcade. When my son visited me he had so much fun and it didn't cost me anything but some quarters for the arcade. They have an indoor pool table and ping pong as well as shuffle board. I would definatly stay there again. We went with anoyher couple and we each had one child .We were very pleased and buffet was fantastic,rooms were wonderful wished we could have stayed longer!!!!!

What a great time. The hotel was clean and comfortable and all the staff members were so friendly. With a one year old we ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel and it was great. The pool was wonderful and even better we had access to the kids pool in the double tree hotel right next door. We will definitely be going back!!

Hotel clean,quiet. Two comlaints:the heating unit kept me up. Squealed like a loose belt in car engine. Also long indoor walk to the restaurant difficult for someone older with the staircases involved.

My wife and went here for a weekend getaway before we have our first child this spring. We had a great time shopping and eating all the great food in the area. I would definitely recommend the resort. Definitely get some baked goods, and check out Shady Maple breakfast smorgasboard. A great time!

We travel three hours one way (a few times a year) to spend time at this resort, and for no other reason than to spend time at this resort. Their children's pool has a large twisty tube slide for older kids, and a frog slide for younger kids. I highly recommend the package deals that include breakfast buffet each morning. ONE VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The children's pool is located in the adjoining Double Tree resort. You have to walk outside to get there, and then your door key lets you in. If you visit in the winter, plan on bringing sweats to put on over wet bathing suits or your kids will be kid-cicles by the time you get back to the regular hotel. If you don't want to walk over, there's a normal pool, hot tub and dry sauna within this hotel. this is a very nice hotel but it is far from the amish attractions. the bake and gift shops were nice but also expensive.

Great restaurant and bakery. Room clean and very affordable. Hot tub too small for such a large hotel that was not that busy when we were there. The fellow at the desk was not helpful about sights in the area. We had to rely on the brochures. WE HAD FUN!

Stayed for one night so kids could swim. Great price for one night. Bakery was awesome!!

We stayed there several years ago and our return visit was just as wonderful as our first visit.

buffet was not open on sundays, hotel filled with bugs and toilet was broken, not very close to anything

Willow Valley Inn & Suites is a typical motor lodge. If that is what you are looking for, it is great. I thought I was booking into the Willow Valley Doubletree, which is a different experience.

My wife and I stayed at Willow Valley for the night, just so we could be in Lancaster in the morning. I had remembered that we used to stay at Willow Valley 30 years ago when my brother was at college at Millersville State. What a pleasant suprise, especially for the low price. My check in was so fast that the same song was still on the car radio! The […] rooms were big, clean and comfortable. There were 3 pillows on each bed and plenty of towels and wash cloths . There was a nice view out the balcony window. We only interacted with the staff twice, but they were friendly and knowledgeable both times. We DID NOT eat in the restaurant or night club. Arrived around dinner time. Bed was broken when we first arrived and they send somone promptly. They were unable to fix and moved us quickly to another room. Beds were so comfortable and kids had fun in the pool. Bakery was out of this world. Near all we needed to do and see and the grounds were beautiful.

nice - no jetted tubs as hotels.com stated on their site.

As the parents of the Groom we didn't feel to welcome. Our room was the only room not ready when we arrived. It was also the smallest room of all the guest in our family party. This motel was great. We initially check in for one night on our way to Viginia. We liked it so much we decided to stay for a few more days prior to moving on to Virginia. On our return trip home to New Hampshire, we decided to stop at the hotel again for a few more days. Exercise room available in sister hotel next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was central to downtown Lancaster (10 minutes north) and Amish Country (10 minutes east). If you want something simple to eat, the hotel had a full stocked bakery. There were small ants in our room, mostly between the double beds. Hallway was along the outside area, very noisy.

I love the buffet offered at Willow Valley for dinner and breakfast. there are a lot of choices for both meals. The buffet is kept clean and food is replenished often. Fruits and veggies are fresh. I love it!

My daughter and I were attending a show at the American Music Theater and decided to spend the night at Willow Valley. The stay was pleasant. The grounds were very nice, the food was great, and the gift shop outstanding.

A very nice place in a nice city! I enjoyed my brief stay. The staff was nice and everything was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and game room, no jetted tub in my room though, guess you have to ask for one. Restaurant says they only server dinner until 8PM but they took our order at 8:05 PM.
