Discovery Shores Boracay - Boracay

The hotel staff are great, service and food is good and cocktails are great. Every night there were parties on the hotel private beach which makes it very noisy, rooms are good as long as you are not close to the neighbouring chickens (unless you want to wake up at 5am). Overall decent hotel although I would not rate it as one of the best in Asia.

Excellent amenities. there were managers and staff who demonstrated praiseworthy traits in knowledge, skills and attitudes. Food especially breakfasts were delicious. location may be the best in boracay.

I've traveled through Canada, US which includes San Diego, Hawaii, Vegas, Cuba Mexico etc.. never had a staff so attentive and accommodating! Suite and property was extremely clean the the food was great. I would definitely go back to Discovery next time I visit Boracay!!!!

Overall it was a Very Good and comfortable stay. Hotel staff was very much generous to help you in all the possible way. In Short, I would recommend this hotel to everyone visting Boracay.

Having been in the hospitality business and a trainer in customer service for many years, this resort blew me away. I cannot say enough about the politeness and service of the staff. All hotels should have this type of customer service training that Discovery Shores obviously makes a priority among it's staff members. We arrived in Kalibo and were […] picked up by private van for approx 1 hour trip to Caticlan. We were escorted to their welcome facility where we boarded the boat (or ferry?) to the island. Already the customer service from the van driver, to the welcoming staff, to the ship's staff was all outstanding. Upon arrival to resort we were immediately taken to our suite where we checked in. No front desk check in here! The accommodations are outstanding, clean, and comfortable. Within 2 minutes a staff member showed up for our foot baths. Restaurants, food, and service is first class and friendly. The beach is clean and well maintained. The beach side service, or butlers, will take care of anything you need. Ours helped us arrange boat excursions, kayaking, and recommended shops in the city. They were all amazing and offered the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Would I go back? comfortable, pleasant, clean, light, and "home away from home" accommodation. services such as shower could be improved (emitted some unpleasant smell on one occasion) coffee making was great but No kettle for tea-drinkers customer service is excellent. credit goes to all staff individually and collectively.

Positives: nice big rooms comfortable beds well maintained resort Negatives: Didn't like the bathroom sink exposed near the entrance to the BR takes 2-3 hrs for rm service and that's if they didn't forget your order and more in some cases a la carte food not great overall service below parr for a 4.5 star hotel I would recommend this hotel if you're […] looking into sleeping in most of your stay but I would say skip it for below parr service. 여자 친구들끼리 갔구요~ 화이트비치에서 가까운 곳에서 몇박을 지내고 마지막에 디스커버리쇼어로 옮겼어요 ㅎㅎ 도착하자마자 퀄리티 높은 서비스와 룸 상태에 다들 아주 만족!ㅎㅎ 셔틀이 다니긴 하지만 좀 귀찮아서 그냥 하루종일 수영장과 리조트 앞 바다에서 놀았어요

有專門的船接送，省去接駁號的時間，飯店就在沙灘邊，缺點是距d-mall較遠
