Stay was fine for spending a day at Magic Mtn. Hotel was average. Pillows were terrible but otherwise rooms were fine. Bartender and hotel staff very friendly. Only problem during our stay was no staff regulating the giant group of teenager/kids running wild thru the hallways and making ALL kinds of noise. Very unfortunate for quiet-seeking guests.

There were a few things that were mildly problematic such as our TV remote not working properly which I believe just needed batteries, the towel rack in the bathroom was loose, and our microwave did not work properly but was replaced by staff. Other than that our one night stay was decent.

Booked a king size bed but when I got there they only had 2 queen bed rooms, other then that nice hotel

This Hotel is easy to get to off freeway and its very close to Magic Mountain if going there. Very nice inside and excellent Breakfast buffet..

LOVED MY STAY , VERY CLEAN AND THE COFFEE WAS BETTER THEN STARBUCKS.

This hotel is on the edge of town just off the freeway. You have to drive a few miles into town for dining and other services. Room was nice and clean and loved that it had a microwave and mini fridge.

Everything was great in this hotel, except one thing. I, personally, didn't think the bed was very comfortable... however, I am accustom to sleeping on a bed that isn't flat. That being said, I loved this hotel and my wife said "this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in." The room was nice and cozy. It had a fridge, microwave (which we used both), […] the pool was nice and the hot-tub was nice. (Actually, the hot tub was a little dirty the second night and there were a lot of dead bugs floating in it... but I don't know if I can totally blame the hotel for that.) The service was great. One of the front desk people, Chris, was especially friendly and informative. The FREE Wifi was great and helpful. It was great for downloading and updating apps, checking e-mail, even streaming music. It was not that good for streaming movies (but that's understandable) One morning we mistakenly put up the "Do not disturb" sign and so we missed getting fresh towels.. but a quick call to the front desk and someone delivered towels to our room in just a few minutes. FYI the hotel charges for breakfast only if you book through a travel sight like this one. I won't be staying there again.

The room was beautiful, everything was clean and the bed was the best bed i have ever slept on. I would tell everyone to stay there. the only problem is if you have to take public transportation its a little out of the way.

It was very nice to have dinner available as this hotel is in the midst of an office park. Rooms was very nice, big, clean and contemporary.

The hotel is very easy to get to, great location. The staff was great, very friendly and suggested several great places for dinner the rom was very clean. Loved this place. It was much better than the Sheraton Four Points we stayed at near LAX earlier in the week which was horrible.

Stayed at the Courtyard for 3 nights with my 12 year old daughter and loved it. Everything was great! The service, the food and bar, the swimming pool, the rooms... we just really loved it!

leak in bath due to design flaw. Otherwise, nice, new hotel.

My only complaint was the pool was too dirty to swim in. Kinda deflates the kids.

Very friendly staff, comfortable, quiet clean room. Close to many food options and Magic Mountain.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

This hotel has food service but will not deliver to your room. A small inconvenience but easy for them to do. Also, and this is the most frustrating, an extremely limited television channel line up. Many cable channels are not available like AMC, Discovery, History, Military, TNT, A&E and most others. Very disappointing. Unless you like to watch Nickelodeon, […] Disney, Cartoon Network or MTV and the like, the line up of "Premium Cable Channels" (as they advertise) is terrible. You do get all the L.A. local channels with the network slop that they air. Not my taste at all. This was very disappointing for the price paid. We were driving from the Bay Area heading for Disney and got to our reservation here around 10pm. We got checked right in. This hotel is reasonably priced, in a great location, very quiet, right off the highway, and very modern, clean, and nice.

Close to magic mountain but also far enough away to be away from the craziness of it too, excellent beds and is next to the 5 fwy but no noise can be heard from rooms. Micro and fridge in rooms are a bonus. Flat panel TVs but with only a few channel choices Overall one of the top 3 hotels in Valencia

I have stayed here a few times and have had a good experience. This is a nice hotel that is clean an has a comfortable work area. Beds are comfortable, TV is nice, bathrooms/shower were clean. I have had a few bad experiences with the food here, so that is the only negative. First stay the food took an hour and I am sure they forgot about me (it happens). […] Second time I had hair in my food (gross but it happens too). Food is 0-2 with me, so I will not try again. Better then I thought, people there were really nice room was good, I would go back again.

Hotel is pretty comfortable, and close to everything you'd need for a vacation to Six Flags. Beds need to be replaced, as ours were very soft, worn, and sagged quite a bit. Overall, decent place and we would stay there again.

From the details in the architecture to the service and convenience, this hotel was the best I've stayed at for the price in several years. I'm a frequenter of Southern CA -- from Santa Barbara to LA and every stop on 101 and 5 in between. This hotel was the best value, by far.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times per year since it opened. Right now, it is starting to show some wear. The Shower area is developing some mold, and the furniture needs to be cleaned up. Very busy business hotel that need to be refreshened.

I stayed at this hotel and everything is ok but I forgot to empty the cupboard and left my wifes and daughters sweaters there, immediately realizing I called the front desk and considering the reputation of the hotel was confident of getting it back a day after when I had to go and stay again but to my horror the sweaters were never found, obviously […] the housekeeping staff would have got it and I not getting itback means only one thing to me and should be obvious to you when you read this review. Really nice place with comtfy beds

Dont waste your money or your time here! The little overweight mexican behind the desk was extremely rude and told me they didnt have anymore rollaway cots left even though we seen plenty. They also wanted 11.99 ea. for a continental breakfast! The beds are horrible and the black out curtain looked more like swiss cheese. We love this hotel and have stayed there 3 or 4 tmes. We visit our children in Arizona and this is exactly half way, so we stay at this hotel each time. In fact, we like it so well that I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else when we are in that area. I have stayed at this particular hotel for several years. Having done so, I know the locations of rooms that I prefer. After making the Hotels.com reservation, I called the hotel and requested a room in a certain area of the building that I enjoy more than others. Now this was a holiday week end and I was checking in early. The lot was empty so I was […] pretty sure there were not a lot of folks in the hotel at the time. The reception clerk had me assigned to a part of the hotel that I really do not like, over looks a very noisy freeway. When I requested a different room, she was very snooty. We have business travelers that use that room area regularly. She kept offering me even more unlikable areas. Luckily, the manager overheard this exchange, recognized me and within minutes I was in the area of the hotel I enjoy. Bottom line, the hotel was nearly empty that evening. I could have been easliy moved, but this cleck just felt she had to hold some power over the guest. This hotel needs to change their mattresses. too mushy. Hotel staff was excellent.

Very nice hotel and great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendations for the hotel would be a complimentary breakfast and thicker/plusher comforters - it was cold in California during our trip!
