Very nice hotel and very confortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Just watch out for your billing they put a hold on my card and no idea why. I did get it back and the staff was helpful

My husband and two kids really liked the hotel + with the pool and hot tub. We really liked the features of the fridge and microwave. Very handy with a 5 and 2 year old.

I do not understand why they do not have free wifi in each room. The higher the price, the lower the services in most hotels. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at in Casper, WY. The hotel is right off of the interstate, a couple of blocks from Wal-Mart, the mall, and all sorts of restaurants. The facilities are well-kept and pretty accomodating. The only complaints I have was that the hotel is pretty close to the railroad tracks and you can hear train horns pretty […] much thoughout the night. The interstate is surprisingly quiet though. Also, the beds are not very comfortable, but the hotel makes up for this by giving you a gazillion pillows to snuggle up with. Overall, I had a great stay here (even though the hot tub was over-chlorinated) and would definitely stay with them again! I would recommend this hotel to my mom and friends. Hotel was clean and the hotel staff were polite. All requests were taken care of immediately. Casper is a small town with limited choice and the location of this hotel is great, just off the highway in the city. The deal didn't include breakfast, however, due to the hotel's central location restaurants such as IHop, McDonalds, Subway etc. aren't more […] than 0.5 miles away. Our 2 night experience was better than expected. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Guess I expected a Casper, Wyoming hotel to 'be something less.' Great price and booking experience!

Room clean, service great. Out of date decor, coffee pot inconvenient place, room "odd" to navigate, bed linens not crisp. Very clean and staff wonderful. Very comfortable stay. Reception desk staff were helpful, and very nice.

Pool and hot tub were out - very small anyways - work out room was nice motel staff not very friendly...

Recently I had to travel to Wyoming for an unexpected family emergency. I stumbled upon this the Courtyard by Marriott in Casper, WY and I was pleasantly surprised! It was easy to find. We were on our way to race at the Bonneville Salt Flats and stayed on the way out, we arrived in the middle of the night for a few hours of sleep. The lady at the desk was super nice and is the REASON we rebooked on our way home. The breakfast is something you pay for, cooked to order and super convenient. Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfy.

Hotel was very clean and comfy! We were just looking for a hotel to crash at on our drive to Denver and stopped here. We paid less than any hotel on our vacation and it was by far the cleanest. We slept late with the blackout drapes and woke refreshed. They had a okay breakfast but the kids ate free which made me happy.

We were very pleased with our room and especially the friendly & helpful nature of everyone working there. The dear ladies that cleaned/staightened our room were excellent. We very much appreciated the special touches!

Very clean hotel. Nice large room.

Loved this hotel! The only thing that was not so much to my liking is that the thermostat was turned to a very cold setting and it took awhile for the room to warm to a comfortable level. Not really an issue for most people. Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful!

I had a very good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Casper. Very comfortable room that was very clean. The service was also good.

I couldn't believe I was in Casper, WY, and I'm originally from Casper, WY! This was a great hotel, excellent staff, and my room had these extremely comfy oversized chairs that I wish I could have taken home with me. Will definitely stay here the next time I have to visit.

Great location, manager on duty was very friendly, check in was painless, as well as check out. I would stay here again.

The elevators needed service, because the pitched and wailed like an old ship and its a brand new hotel. Otherwise, very nice, would stay again.

Beautiful comfortable room, wonderful bed. The front desk clerk was rude when I called for directions (GPS didn't list side street) and he was not at the front desk when we arrived; had to wait over 10 minutes in an empty lobby. For a quick night it was great though.

Very nice hotel, great customer service, clean well maintained rooms. Did miss a Continental breakfast, as we usually have a quick bite and we are off. Would stay again next time through the area!!

the Staff here was extremely friendly. The room however did have a smoke smell to it, and i hate to say this, but i wonder if the sheets were changed before i arrived. i don't think they were during my stay, but there was no fresh sheet smell, just a musty smoky smell. Because of this, i probably won't go back.

Super clean and comfy. Stopped here while driving cross country and highly recommended it if you are doing the same. Easy access from highway with good gas prices nearby.

enjoyed the stay. close to mall and interstate.

The first night I received the wake up call I requested; the problem was that I also received it the second morning and wasn't too pleased to get the 4:40am phone call. I also couldn't get the internet to work from my room - the front desk wasn't any help.

This hotel is located in a great place. My son loved the hot tub and the pool.

This hotel was clean and new and the staff was friendly. The onsite restaurant was convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

It was all good. A high level of quality for a resonably priced business hotel. However, a free continental breakfast would have been nice. The breakfast bar was very good but $8 per plate.

Overall, I liked the hotel. As a business woman, I often travel alone and appreciate other hotels discretion when assigning my room at the front desk. At this hotel, there were several people standing at the counter to be checked in. The woman that checked me in announced in a loud voice my name, my room number, and the fact that I had only one key. […] I've never had that happen before and I was really surprised. Great hotel -- Excellent example of Marriott's high standards. Only one puzzling thing (and not a detractor, just a question). Are the front desk personnel required to wear mens' suits (i.e. even the women)? Both females were helpful and efficient, so it didn't affect my stay, but it seemed like there was perhaps some marketing gimmick that I didn't […] understand. This should not discourage anyone from booking this place -- its clean, easy to get to, and has great parking.
