As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a complimentary drink and showed to a seating area! I knew from that moment we were going to be very well looked after. All the staff were very friendly- even the cleaners. I would go back tomorrow!!

Great service and location. At a higher price, it's worth the cost. The rooms are spacious and well kept and the pool is amazing right by the personal beach. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere just amazing. I would recommend.

We travelled for our honeymoon and stayed in a pool villa. Rooms were very spacious, clean and the pool was bigger than we had expected. Staff were very welcoming and if we had any troubles, were onto them straight away. Our in room safe did not work when we arrived so they got maintenance to change it straight away. we still did have issues with the […] second one, which we hear is an ongoing problem, but these are being replaced currently. Buffet breakfast was included daily and offered a wide variety of options to suit most people. The pool was lovely and had a swim up pool bar, which we got some use out of. The resort was about a five minute taxi ride to the town centre, probably too far to walk in the heat. They offer a free shuttle service three times a day, which was great. Pool staff were not as attentive in servicing guest sitting by the pool. Guests had to approach the pool bar for service. The free Shuttle into Chaweng could have left a little more regularly that it was scheduled. I went with my partner, we were upgraded on arrivel to a beachside villa, which had our own pool and private beach area. We were treated like royalty and couldnt have choses a nicer place to stay. The food was lovely and you could choose from a variety. The staff are absolutely fantastic. They make the stay worth while. Hotel just on outskirts of main beach which is nice and quite and only a 10 min ride into centre. Pool really clean and safe. My daughter and I stayed for 16 days and she also loved it. Private beach was good as left alone in peice as no beach sellers allowed there. The sea was shallow […] and safe for kids. The only snag which is small was the last week were maybe around 10 sun beds had towels on them ( new guests ) with no one them. I was at gym at 0630 so I noticed this which is my pet hate. Then once this started the next few days most beds were taken by 0730 then not occupied till later in day. I'd like to blame ze Germans but the British were just as bad. Lovely resort in a lovely setting, most of the staff were friendly, the only bad negative vibe was from a very grumpy and rude receptionist....Guess she's in the wrong place, better of leaving her in the kitchen away from the tourists. Beach was lovely, food good. Nice quiet location away from the main strip.

A beautiful quiet resort tucked only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of busy chewang beach and the main street of chewang!! Great location if you want to relax in the sunshine. It's out of town but for a short taxi ride and a cost of about £4 you can be in the heart of town. We had a awesome experience at Nora Beach Resort. They treated us very well and I would love to go back to when I'm on my next trip to Koh Samui. To top the service they offered we also got a free upgrade which was sort of icing on the cake :)

The hotel was well presented although the rooms were a little dated. The staff were always bright and helpful.I would have liked a more frequent shuttle into and out of town. But in saying that we had a very pleasant stay.

This is a lovely hotel that was for us in just the right spot. Found Chaweng too full on and a bit sleezy. we stayed here from 31st dec 2011 to the 5th jan 2012 the resort its self is beautiful and the grounds are so well kept...we had room 8136 which had a private balcony and sea views...if u have a villa...u dont actually get the view....the pool is huge and the spa treatments were lovely..cheweng is so busy in high season that this was great as its 2/3 […] minutes up the road... the beach is litrally feet away from the pool... the only thing that we didnt like about this resort was that the buffet breakfast...although there is a huge choice...the hot food was actually cold. other than that it was a great place to stay and we will be coming back....make sure you get the hotel right though because there are 5 noras in samui..dont go for nori buri because its beside a dirty lake... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We just returned from a two week visit to Asia, and we stayed in 3 different resorts during our time in Thailand. The Nora Beach resort would have to rank quite high among them. The resort is just around the corner from the beautiful open-air Samui airport and they make it quite simple to get to and from the airport (about 5 minutes) and Chaweng (about […] 2 minutes by car) with their own shuttle service. Making it quick and easy to get in and out of the island and around town. Despite this, there is NO airport noise. We didn't see or hear a plane the entire time. Upon arrival, you receive a refreshing cold towel and delicious welcome drink while checking in. As you look around, you realize what a slice of paradise the resort is. While it's just down the street from Chaweng, it is well-designed, avoiding all road noise and feels very quiet and secluded. We booked an ocean villa and I think we really lucked out, getting the one with the best view. We were a little concerned while booking the villa with how close the villa was to the pool (their website provides a map of the property), but never once was there excessive noise from the pool or anywhere else. Also, some people commented that they weren't private enough... while they are along the walkway to the pool and restaurant, we didn't notice any noise issues or problems with people walking by. The path is there, and people do move around, but never once did we feel like it was an issue. We were VERY pleased. It seems pretty standard to close the pool quite early in the evening. All the resorts we visited did this. Nora closed at 7 pm. This certainly prevented noise issues, but even during hours when the pool was open and the bar was open, we never heard a peep in our villa. As several people commented, the beach and ocean isn't that glassy, crystal clear water that you see around the area, but for us, this was no problem. We have stayed in total in 4 hotels in Koh Samui this December. The Nora was by far the worst. Old, quite unclean, terrible furnituring, totally unconvenient location, simply the Charme of an old highway Motel.

チャウエンの北でしたが、空港からも近くチャウエンまでも乗合バスですぐなので、そこそこ便利な立地です。ビーチには岩も一部ありますが、砂も多かったので子供も楽しくビーチで遊べました。楽しかったのはプールです。ボールやフロートの船が沢山あって（無料で貸してもらえます）みんなでワイワイボール投げなどして遊びました。喉が乾いたらプール・イン・バーでスムージーやカクテルを飲んだりと、リッチな気分でプールで楽しく過ごせました。泊まった部屋はビーチフロントのプールヴィラ・スイート。かなり広くて快適。ヴィラのプライベートプールもジャグジーでまったり。子供は泳ぎまくって遊んでいました。ハイシーズンだったのでお値段はそこそこでしたが、それだけの価値は十分にあったと思えるホテルです。
