Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and was cleaned daily. I don't think I saw a speck of dust. Breakfast was available every morning. Upon check in (a weekend night) the adjacent hotel ballroom and bar (on each side of the lobby) were playing competing music so loud that we could barely hear ourselves checking in. We could still hear the noise on the sixth floor from our room. I think they put us on the top floor knowing the music would be an issue. The next morning they still had not found a hair dryer and it took a few calls and a visit to one of the other rooms to talk to the cleaning stall in order to get any action. The breakfast was good. the staff was friendly. the hotel was very busy due to flights cancelations. The room could use a renovation some furniture had signs of age. But the price was decent and the suites are spacious.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel met my expectations. I was very pleased with appearance of the room. I thought the hotel was closer to other businesses but, the shuttle service was very nice in taking you to the stops for train or bus services.....Overall....pleasant stay....everything was fine except it was a bit "out of the way".

The Hotel really is Executive Suites in name only. The rooms are really quite nice, but are just basic hotel rooms, not Suites, by any definition of the word. No amenities whatsoever in the room except beds, but did have a gigantic TV. Was told by management that I couldn't have a refrigerator or microwave unless I paid extra, and wasn't even told there […] was a free microwave in a room behind the counter so I ate cold dinner that night... This hotel is ideal for overnight lodging, anything over one night the stay becomes combersom. The free breakfast was o.k, room was overcrouded at peak times, nowhere to sit. Free transportation to and from Airport and train station was good, drivers very friendly. They even offered to take you to find food outside the hotel. Not easy to find pick up point of shuttle van at the airport for a first visitor. No information and no reply to email enquire for getting hotel shuttle. Very rude staff at breakfast place. Otherwise the hotel is OK.

There was nothing special about this hotel. It seemed to offer the bare minimum of amenities and services. There were a lack of vending machines to buy beverages from and the breakfast was mediocre. Location is good not much close by. Stayed here on business trip so met our needs. Nice place for base of our operations. Easy access to highway was what we needed. Restaurant on site closed? No hot water one morning; shower early??

Over-all this was a pleasant one-night stop on our way to Boston. The desk staff was helpful, and the room was clean. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as some, but it was ok. Checked in with Felix at front desk...We were staying one night and travelling to Manhatten to see World Trade Center and everything else we possibly could in one day...and then off to Newark NJ to see the Devils play to complete my short trip with my father. He arranged a ride to the train station..he had someone there to pick us up at the precise moment arranged to return. Everything was fantastic! No complaints at all! The pub onsite was very convenient with excellent food and a great atmosphere. The waitresses were very nice too. All in all, a very memorable father son getaway and we hope to definately return in the future and see Felix promoted....definately deserves some praise. I recently stayed here as part of a work trip. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, the room, etc. I was a little irritated that the lady assisting the man doing my check in was so noticeably annoyed that I was trying to check in an hour early. Booking the hotel on Hotels.com was very easy. When I arrived at the hotel the hotel staff was very pleasant and knew who I was as I arrived late. The lobby was inviting and clean. Once in my room... it seemed clean. I could tell the carpet was old. There was a sleep number bed which I don't really like. (personal preference) Pulling the covers back […] to inspect the bed and pillows I found hair. In the bathroom I also found hair on the vanity and toilet. For this I was not very satisfied. There was large flat screen TV in the room and a refrigerator. However, the TV picture was blurry. Overall for the price of the hotel and the reasonable cleanliness... My husband and I went to New York for Christmas and New Years. We transferred this hotel from midtown Manhattan for New Years because the hotels in New York were all booked up and we wanted to stay for New Years. The hotel is not as convenient as they say it is it's 75 dollars to get a cab ride back to manhattan and that's not including toll fares. […] You can take the train back in to NY Penn Station from the Rahway Station but it costs 35 dollars for two people each time and takes 40 to 45 minutes. This hotel says that they offer free shuttle to take you to the airport, train station and the New Jersey Gardens Hotel but the shuttle was not always available like they said it was. So if you have to take a cab to the train station it's 10 dollars plus tip and the same from the train station to the hotel. We couldn't even get the shuttle to take us to the airport when we left on the 1rst it cost us 40 dollars. Great hotel for business people but for family or even couples looking to spend time in the city you might want to look for a different hotel. The staff was okay helpful wise and it was clean and they did serve you breakfast but there is nothing to do around this hotel but to shop and the New Jersey Gardens Mall and that's it. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
