Service was absolutely fantastic and the hotel has to be the most convenient we've ever stayed in

This is a lovely hotel, in a beautifully quiet 'new' area of the city.We received a very warm welcome and was given lots of useful information by the concierge.It was a 20 minute leisurely walk to the centre, or 5 mins on the regular bus service just around the corner from the hotel. You can get a really good deal with an all day ticket for the regular […] bus services around the city, and the drivers were very forthcoming with the information, as were several of the staff we met at various attractions.Only down side was that the hotel was just a little too far out to pop back to during the day, so we stayed out all day which was quite tiring! breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit and really nice and hot cooked breakfast,and very efficient friendly staff.The only thing I didnt enjoy was the meal in the restaurant, which although beautifully presented was served on a cold plate, and was cold when we got it, despite being first in the restauarant that evening at 6.30. I brought my bike along to cycle to Castleton for the weekend, and the staff was very helpful to keep my bike safe and secure. Also, the room was very comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and staff friendly but the bath ran so slowly it was cold by the time there was enough water to get in, the window did not shut properly so the room was cold and very noisy from the nearby nightclub and trams, the air conditioning did not work either,

Excellent city centre location which fully met our requirements. Quality bars within walking distance. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the reception ladies. We have booked again for the near future.

Great hotel,very comfy bedding and beds,location second to none with very safe and well price parking.

The hotel was very pleasant and in a great location, overlooking the bars and resteraunts of Leopold Square and in what appeared the min shopping area. The only problem was that the air conditioning was set far too high and it took us a while to work out how to correct it. I will use again if in sheffield

Highly recommended: excellent value and service, and perfectly located.

Everything was good about leopold, except the first impression! The reception couldn't find our reservation records at the beginning and the room they have given us was not clean enough, but afterwards they have upgraded and given us a bigger room because of this reason. The hotel is centrally located. Very convineant for the city centre. The hotel is nice, clean comfortable and quite luxuious. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was a bit small but it was plenty big enough. You get all the mod cons including tea and coffee making facility (they did not advertise this on their website). You get preferential […] rate parking that is 5-10 mintues walk away. You can take your car in and out of the car park as many times as you like. The charge is £7 for a 24 hour period +. Great hotel, comfortable room but very small, very central location

This hotel was beautifully kept and the staff were delightful. The location was perfect, smack bang in the middle of the city centre, close to nice bars and resteraunts.

Unsurpassed location - right next to city centre and on main traum routes. Handsome former school. A 'boutique hotel' is a bitr of a misdescription - decoration is more corporate in feel and there is no real attempt to individualise the rooms, though some have individual names. A shame that the breakfast room is in a basement and competing for the lowest […] ceilng in Europe (false ceilng insierted half-way up orignial windows). The bedrooms, on the other hand, have high ceilings, though some are rather small. Excellent bathrooms in terms of styling, though plumbing is not spot-on. Really cool hotel, very cosmopolitan, and very central. Rooms a very high standard and very resonable on price, great for a weekend stayover!

Excellent location

Lovely building which has been renovated to a very high standard. Hotel room gorgeous, this will be our first choice hotel in Sheffield in future.

A beautiful hotel, easy to get to on the tram from the train station, quaint little square with a choice of nice restaurants; close to amenties, shops, bars, clubs, etc. The room was lovely, very comfy bed, clean bathroom - wish they provided toothpaste though! Called reception numerous times over a period of an hour but no answer. Room service menu […] was very pricey but that was expected. Reception staff looked at us a bit funny (almost looked down on us) as we weren't dressed up when we arrived (jeans and jacket struggling with bags!) but when we left later that evening is nice dresses and heels, they seemed very friendly all of a sudden! Car park was too far away - had to drag suitcases through the centre of town - quite difficult to find but very user friendly. Rooms are quite luxurious but not enough hanging space in the wardrobe - no full length but luckily we only had trousers, not dresses! Breakfast ok, eggs well cooked, toast was sliced bread and rather soggy. Coffee not strong […] enough. Staff were extremely helpful; they even turned on the patio heater when we sat out on the "terrace" for cream tea. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very nice and comfortable and the hotel is in a good location (it's a 10 min easy walk from the station and right in the centre of town). As the hotel was not busy, they offered to upgrade our room so we had more space for a travel cot for our baby, which was much appreciated.

仕事で一週間ほど滞在しました。シェフィールド駅から歩いて15分でした。町の中心にあるので買い物は困りませんでした。ホテルはレオパルド広場の一角に位置しています。広場内で日本食大手チェーンがあり利用しました。味はそこそこ。イタリア料理のレストランも利用して、ここは美味しかったです。また、部屋は広くて綺麗でした。ホテルの人も親切で感じが良かったです。全体として、値段に対してリーズナブルだと思いました。
