Therasia Resort Sea & Spa - วัลคาโน

Absolutely fabulous! Staff were very nice. Lived up to web photos and far exceeded our expectations. Free scheduled shuttle into port (or 20 minute walk!), very quiet area so if you are looking for night life you'll be disappointed. Only fault with hotel is the expense to eat or drink there - ridiculous prices even at poolside bar...

A great hotel in every aspect- clean, stylish, helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, good food

Really beautiful place. It's on a headland so there was sun all day. Lovely spot to swim.

Its hard to review this hotel. In a way we loved it and had a great time. It is, compared to other 4-5 stars hotel in Sicily, also pretty good value for money. The pool scene is wonderful and we loved our room (even though our "seaview" was more like side seaview but any way. Things the hotel needs to improve in order to become a real 5 star hotel. -The […] bus The hotel has a bus which runs from the hotel to the beach and mud bath and to the harbour. When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes at the dock (even though we have called prior to our arrival to let them know to pick us up) standing with your luggage in 40 degrees celsius does not feel five star to me. This happened several times... The restaurant The breakfast buffet was ok with many choices but the always to be out on everything we wanted (water, bacon etc). Every morning the mixed up our orders, they are really friendly so its hard to be mad but its also quite annoying to wait 40 minutes for your eggs. The hotel has two restaruant with excellent services but poor food, one night I ordered tuna that was so well done it tasted like canned tuna (and paid 30 EUR for it...) It really needs improvement and for good sake add pizza on the menue, its ITALY! Try the boat tour around the island, it was fantastic, i would also recommend trying out the mud bath as it was an.ehm experience. The hotel should also considered to have more channels in the room, when we were "bored/tired" the only english speaking channel that was availble was BBC world... The door to our room was paperthin and the cleaning crew woke us up every morning at 8:10..not very romantic. BUT, its to bad that there's so many little things wrong with this hotel beacause it is truly wonderful and beutiful and the man playing at the pool every night was great. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Très bon acceuil avec une coupe de champagne au bar de la piscine, magnifique vue à vous couper le souffle, décoration digne d'un magazine de déco, Restaurant délicieux, service impeccable. Dommage que cet hotel accepte les familles avec leurs bambins chéris qui courrent et hurlent autour de la piscine, dans les couloirs de l'hotel et dans leurs chambres...Enfin […] ceci sera notre seule décéption.Quand on choisit un resort de ce standing sur l'île de Vulcano on a juste envie de pouvoir se reposer et non de supporter la marmaille des autres.L'hotel devrait mentionner que c'est un hotel familial. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
