This was a nice hotel to stay for a night because it was clean and conveniently located, however the curtains don't close so you have no privacy and you'll be up with the sun.

The stay was very comforting, Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. The only problem we had was that we could hear everything that was going on on the other room. Walls seem to be very thin and that made our stay somewhat noisy!

Although it wasn't our choice to be delayed overnight while traveling through El Paso we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of our stay at the Windom. The desk staff was etreamly helpful and nice. We were traveling with small children and they were more than helpful in getting us the crib we needed. We were very comfortable at this hotel. One small detail, bulbs in entry light were not working, two other lamps were unplugged. Otherwise, everything was in excellent condition.

We really appreciated the Pet Friendly accommodations. Usually Pet Friendly hotels are, well, very basic. We were traveling across country to our new home with our animals and we found the accommodations to be lovely. The only comment would be that if you have folks traveling with pets the first floor would be a better choice for the room. The hotel was conveniently located right off I-10. The rooms were very nice for the hotels.com price. Nice indoor jacuzzi and cardio workout room. Continental breakfast till 10 am. The elevators seemed pretty warm and slow, but not a problem. It is windy in El Paso and there were lots of paper and stuff flying around outside, could use more outside […] clean-ups. The staff were outstanding and always there to assist you. Could use larger trash cans insidethe rooms as there were only 2 little ones. A very good hotel for the money, everything is clean, the service is what youd expect from this category. The only complaint is that the walls are too thin, you can hear a lot from the next room. And there was a constant noise in my bathroom everytime someone took a shower in the room above.

A good place to stay at, but the insulation from room to room must not exist, Difficult to sleep because you hear every toilet flush, every footstep above and below and we were blessed to have a crying child next to us. Needs more insulation between rooms

Hotel and service were fine. Only negative comment is the hotel is located next to very busy highway resulting on traffic noise until early morning hours.

We enjoyed the service, the room and location. A great price for what you get. The room was clean, roomy and updated. The service was great. Each person that we meet, they were nice to use. The location was kinda center of the city. We like that a lot. recomand it.

Very good location to downtown area as well as local restaurants and shopping areas. The only problem we had was loud noise above our room on the second floor. Sounded like young kids and lasted until about midnight and did complain to asst mgr and they said thay would speak to them. It happened again early the next AM and next PM again.

Absolutely great stay, the cleanest room I have yet to stay in El Paso. Lots of room, friendly staff. Good price.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was above average. However, if you live in the country as we do, you'll find the road noise rather loud. I was disappointed as they told me that even though I had specified a King Size unit, in their hotel that meant a twin double??????? What was with these people?

This was an excellent hotel and will be the place we stay next time our travels require an overnight in ElPaso.

Great hotel, very clean, and close to shopping center will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I reserved three rooms for our bowling trip in May 2010. The hotel staff was very helpful in advising how we should get to the various places. We also used the shuttle service twice and both drivers were wonderful. This hotel was located within easy access of the main interstate. I had a single room with a king size bed. Good size room, comfortable bed, good ammenities, and the breakfast was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was and the room was more like a Marriott or Hilton and the price was great. The location was perfect right off the interstate and safe. I asked the front desk how old it was and they said 2 years so it is a new, very clean and nice facility. Highly recommend .

Only expectation not met, was the quality of the facial tissues and toilet paper. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was great! Big fan of the breakfast! Although I have to say I did run into a rude hotel clerk I believe her name was Pauline. She seemed to be very upset anytime you asked her anything. Other family stayed ther and they thought the same thing!

Great room for the value.

I had read a previous review in which the guest complained about noise from footsteps above. Yep, the floors do reverberate, but it wasn't a problem as far as I was concerned. The elevators were down when I checked in, so a young man carried my bags up the stairs, and the elevators were up again in an hour. The hotel majority of the hotel is very well maintained and clean. Staff was heldful and attentive to any requests. Good breakfast (open from 6:00 to 10:00 am) The King Suite rooms with ajoining two queens is ideal for family traveling together.
