Very friendly staff. Breakfast very basic.

Very friendly people who work there. Everything was clean. And the buffet in the morning was very good compared to other places. The location was easy to find and close to everything. I would recommend this place very much.

Of all the hotels in which we have stayed, this hotel's staff was the most pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well-located , a 5 minute walk to the train station, from which one can easily take a train to the Cinque Terre.

I celebrate my 50th birthday in Italy, my plan was to visit all the Italian Riviera (which I recommend to everyone), Chiavari is a beautifull town, lovely people, perfect hotel location,(exit train station right hand 5 blocks away) great breakfast. the guy at front desk was the first one to help me with my luggage and took it upstairs to the first floor […] to my room. *thanks*. The hotel has only 1 floor with no elevator. They did take our luggage to our room. There was no air conditioning and the weather was warm so the room was warm. The breakfast was included and was very nice. Very convenient to the Train Station.

The staff was fanstastic! The majority of them spoke fairly good english which can be rare in Italy. They were very friendly and their dinner recommendations were perfect. The hotel itself was nice. It was clean, rather modern, pretty typical eurpoean size room. My only compaint with the room is the bed was a bit hard, not a big issue in my opionion. […] No wireless internet in the room, but it was free in the lobby. The location in Chiavari was great, it is a very short walk to water and less than 5 min walk to the old town where the shopping and dining is. Parking was as advertised, a free unpaved public lot about 1/4 mile from the hotel, no complaint. The only thing I will mention is that if you are travelling here make sure you do your homework on Chiavari. It is not a glamorous Italian Riviera town, if you want that try Santa Margherita Ligure or Rapallo just 15min north. Modern hotel interior. However, town is really not what you want if you're looking for the italian riviera feel. If you are looking for prostitutes, however, they are right out front. And for the price, it is not worth the distance to the nicer areas.

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and the included breakfast is very good. Free wi-fi connection would be a great addition to help travelers navigate the local town, Cinque Terre area, and train schedule.

Le personnel a été très accueillant et très serviable. le petit déjeuner est copieux. Pour un week end c'est suffisant car CHIAVARI est une petite ville ou l'on a vite fait le tour.

This hotel lies in a tiny town called Chiavari. The town itself is cute, but not that special compared to other beautiful places in Liguria. BUT it is a train ride away from Cinque Terre (a truly amazing place!) and Santa Marguerita and Portofino (also beautiful). The hotel is very close to the beach, which is nice, but again, the beach in Chiavari […] is nothing like the beaches in other cities! I liked staying at Hotel Ferrari because it was cheaper than staying in hotels in the bigger cities, but still very easy to get to places (its only 5 min walking to the train station as well). The staff are very nice and polite, speak good english, the breakfast is pretty good, and the hotel rooms are clean, modern and fresh. L'hôtel est très propre, spatieux. Le service est très correct mais un peu cher.

Store koselige rom, hjelpsom betjening og sentrumsnær beliggenhet. Minus: Veranda mot sterkt trafikkert gate.

hotel molto carino,personale molto gentile. anche se c'è vicino la ferrovia non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore.

Das Hotel Ferrari ist kein Urlaubshotel im eigentlichen Sinne, weil man im Hotel nicht viel machen kann. Es eignet sich eher zu Zwischenübernachtungen und Ausflügen in die nähere und auch weitere Umgebung. Wir waren 1 Woche dort und haben uns jeden Tag einen anderen Teil der Levante zwischen Genua bis Pisa angeschaut. Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß […] und auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall. Parkplätze sind kein Problem, man muß halt ein paar Minuten laufen, aber zum Ein- u. Ausladen kann man vor dem Hotel parken. Besonders zu empfehlen für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, denn mit dem Zug sind es nur 20 Min. und die Zugverbindungen sind häufig und preiswert. Die Crew im Hotel ist Supernett und entspannt. Die Rezeption ist die ganze Nacht besetzt, die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben neue Möbel mit genug Stauraum, das Badezimmer war neu und mit ganz warmer Heizung (wichtig zum duschen im Herbst). Das Zimmermädchen hat jeden Tag alles blitzsauber geputzt, viele frische Handtücher aufgehängt und täglich die Kopfkissen frisch bezogen. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse viel, es gab täglich frische warme Brioche, Brötchen, Schinken, Käse, Salami, Joghurt, Saft und das Beste,... so viel ital. Kaffee wie man wollte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, weil wir so freundlich aufgenommen worden sind. Die Leute sprechen gut Englisch und die Signora auch gut Deutsch!! Chiavari selbst ist ein Städtchen mit einer schönen Altstadt und auch an der Strandprommenade kann man ein bißchen bummeln gehen. Strand gibt es jedoch nicht so viel. Nach Sestri Levante, wo es einen großen Strand gibt, fährt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Min. und mit dem Zug noch schneller. Hotel Ferrari können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

très bon hôtel avec du personnel très professionnel

Nice, polite and english speaking reception. Spacious clean room. Good situation near the railway station (excellent starting point for Cinque Terre). Also lots of free parking area about 100m from hotel and near the old town walking area.

Sentralt beliggende hotell med god service.

Rummet ok, dock balkong utan stolar trots påpekande, saknar infobrochyr i rummet, saknar kyl, ac, safety box frukost ingen höjdare ingen färsk juice, kaffe i enstaka koppar, brödet slut första morgonen

Location var svært bra med kort vei til badestranden, og servicen var topp.

Hotel Ferrari, pas la rolls des hotels... Chambre propre, salle de bain agréable. Superbe climatisation indispensable étant donné que l'hotel est à 15 m de la voie de chemin de fer. Hotel refait récemment mais moyen,pas de gros point fort et un bruit génant : la voie ferrée est à moins de 100m et les chambres donnent sur la rue principale Plage à proximité sans aucun intérêt
