Poor parking for location. Too many large hen / stag groups.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and you can see the years have taken it toll on the hotel. The sink leaked the shower head did not stay where you placed it and the settee in the room needed a good clean, it was stained. The breakfast was ok just the majority of the staff let it down. Hotel easy to find and great location. Parking £10 per day. Bathroom not very clean. Rest of the room was comfortable.

The hotel is in the centre of milton keynes and well positioned. The room was of a good standard and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was average. The only complaint i have is the fuse in my room kept blowing and it had to be reset at least twice. Leaving us in the dark on one occasion for over half an hour. even though i was using […] internet and films which i paid 14.95 for, they never reimbursed any of it. That left me disappointed about the service i received and that if things are going fine the hotel was very good, soon as a problem occurs they are not interested. got a good deal when booked early. since we were a group the guys at the reception just assumed we were all together and made me fill unnecessary forms without listening. other that that worth the money.

Nice enough hotel, fairly standard facilities, bathroom is more like a wet room and the shower doesn't drain very well. The hotel is located right in the middle of a block of bars and the music/noise can be heard clearly in the rooms, even on the 6th floor. the bathroom flodded and the manger came to check and said the drain was on short drainage supply. the bathroom took 6 hours to drain which meant using the toilet made ur feet all wet

I went with a friend for a day of shopping and then a night out, everything was in walking distance. The room was just what we needed and there was plenty of car parking available

I would warn people that as this is a central hotel there is noise at nights on the weekend. Also numerous groups of girls and blokes will be staying there and they will be noisy as its hen nights, stag do's, birthday parties etc. There was a woman complaining about everyone and shouting at people but really it should have been expected. This wasnt […] a problem for me as I knew what I was booking. I booked the hotel as it was VERY close to The Hub (in it in fact) so easy to eat and also bars and dancing next door. It was very clean but only had 2 towels in a room booked for 3 people, when I asked for an extra towel they said they had run out and were goingto buy new ones from Sainsburys, A new one was brought to the room however it was brand new and not washed therefore unuseable. It was our second time we stayed and the tv was not working so we were put in other room where. Some one else was staying so we got our room in the end then next day itv channel was not working it was a break for me but was more trouble than it was worth

Staff very helpful even though they did have to put up with a lot!!!!! Was 10 mins from station. right on top of the square in the hub. 15 mins from escape and theatre district. Next door to lloyds!!! Def be goin again!!!!

£10 to park my car overnight is a rip-off. Also £9.95 for breakfast is a little expensive, even though the food was excellent. These added extras resulted in not getting the overall value for money I was expecting. It's like a budget airline, with all the add ons pushing up the end cost. Free wifi should also be extended to the rooms rather than just […] the bar, again I assume this is so all business users who want to go online will go to the bar to use the laptops and have to purchase a drink at the bar. Myself and my 7 colleagues spent 3 nights at this hotel. We found the staff to be unhelpful and generally 'too busy' to deal with any of our concerns. Where my colleagues were sharing twin rooms, enough towles had not been provided. Despite calling down to reception and asking again the next morning they were only given enough towlels for our last […] night. Another colleague complained to reception that two of the lights in her bathroom were out and asked if they could be replaced as it was dark in there. The next day the ast bulb went and she was left with no lights at all in the bathroom. We had at this point been out of the hotel all day working and naturally wanted to rest. Unfortunaltey reception could only advise they would sent someone up to look at the lights. This was at 11pm! After asking if she could be relocated and told no there were no rooms she then had to wait in her hotel room. After someone came up - all of the lights then went out and so after much messing around she was told she could move rooms! A bad experience from a customer service point of view made worse by the fact that we were staying for 3 nights and that there were so many of us and had spent a considerable amount of money. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Clean and comfortable and good not be a better location - 5-10 minutes walk from the station and with a selection of restaurants / cafes in the square next door. Can't fault it

I stayed here fron one night with a one year old child. We were put directly over the side with the night club so I only managed to get my one year old to sleep about 2.30 am. At this point a drunken stag do - puton the same floor came home with one of them losing their wallet and not being allowed into their room by their mate which proceede wioth […] another hour of door bangnig and loud phone calls. I did feedback to the reception that yuong familes should be placed higher in the hotel and away from such parties who should be placed on the same floor but was met with a shrug of the shoulders, despite being polite and not making a fuss. Great location with the hub at your door step. Hotel staff were friendly. Only downside the bed made too much noise! Every tiny movement woke me up!

Nice hotel. Some problems with the bedroom such as broken lights and very noisy timber flooring when you walk across it but overall a good hotel with a great location.

This hotel has a great location, service was very good, room was lovely. Would definately stay again - in fact i have booked it for my next night out in MK.

I was very disappointed with my stay here, whilst the room was excellent I was asked to pay for room on arrival although I had paid on booking. The desk clerk spoke poor english and was confusing. Great central location and very reasonable rates, almost new. Modern room- wood floors, no atmosphere - geared to young professionals and business visitors. Close to many restaurants in the new "Hub" development but also close to many bars. Very noisy on Fri/Sat night even on the 5th floor. Esta muy bien situado, el hotel es correcto, la habitación espaciosa, sencilla y limpia. La objeción principal es el sofá cama, muy mala la cama, se duerme sobre el plástico del sofá, sin protección ninguna.

Enkelt modernt, rent, likvärdigt som scandic i Sverige. Frukost går att få 50% på helger, annars 10£

Tiene WIFI gratis en el vestíbulo. Milton Keynes es un pueblo con muchas oficinas de entidades financieras (entre ellas las del Santander en UK). El hotel da a la avenida principal y a una plaza llena de restaurantes (indio, inglés, italiano, francés, etc.). Très bon hôtel. Le meilleur que j'ai fais. Tout est très propre, la chambre est très spacieuse et la chambre très propre. L'hotel est bien placé (juste à coté du centre commerciale). Par contre, internet est gratuit mais il faut aller au bar et internet ne fonctionne pas bien. Certaine fois, il ne fonctionne pas du tout, ce qui peut être génant.

++ chambre confortable, salle de bain agréable, très bon petit déjeuner -- la chambre n'a pas été faite entre nos deux nuitées, canapé tâché, serviette tâchée, support douche non fixé
