The hotel is like a home away from home: comfortable, and welcoming.Their shuttle service is reliable and the drivers are always pleasant. The hotel staff have a good customer service ethic.

The kids love the pool. Breakfast was huge draw to this hotel and was hot and delicious. Rooms are large.

The staff was very friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Free wi-fi and recreational opportunities were also a bonus. The price was very appealing given the size of the suite, especially as it compares to the surrounding hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Princeton area. This is a brand-new hotel by Hilton chain with a full kitchen. Everything is brand-new and perfect. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others. Breakfast is also the best I have ever seen in this sort of hotels.

Hilton Service and Quality with out the higher cost. I usually stay at a hotel in Princeton proper, but it was sold out. The hotel was generally nice and clean, but we weren't happy with the service. We found hair under the covers, and the sheets didn't look fresh. It was late, with no housekeeping so we changed sheets that were given, ourselves. The lobby isn't the most convenient since no hallways connect to it. You have to go outside. Great Experience. Pure luxury, warm, and extremely safe.

We stayed at this hotel for Princeton family weekend. We had stayed at this hotel previously and were happy with the hotel. This time there were several issues. First, the toilet was broken away from the floor and "clunked" and rocked each time it was used. That was bearable. The bizarre situation was we were on the 3rd floor and a long portion of […] that floor had signs posted and people posted saying "private floor, no entry". No explanation. My son came up a different elevator at the opposite end of the hall from our room and was told he couldn't walk down the hall. When he explained he had a room on the floor he was still told he couldn't walk down the hall. He had to go back downstairs and go to other elevator. If they are going to block off a hall, then they should not put regular customers on that floor and inconvenience them. Unacceptable. According to my son, this same floor was blocked off on a previous stay, but we were on another floor (he accidently got off on the wrong floor last time and encountered same issue). He didn't mention it to us at the time or we would have insisted on a room on another floor. If I'm paying for the room, I should be able to access my room from any elevator. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Stayed Saturday Sept 17, 2011. I stayed with my friends and had a great stay. We got a 1 bedroom suite. 2 queen beds and a couch which turns into a bed. We enjoyed out stay very much. and the Pool is great! was able to swim all night! and breakfast was delicious!

A very comfortable room. We fit 2 adults and 2 children with no problem. Fully stocked and complete kitchen, indoor pool, outdoor recreation area (basketball). My only problem was with the video games on the television, my son wanted one particular game and we couldn't get it to work. He tried twice with no success. They initially took it off my bill, […] no problem. The second time, I'm not so sure...I was still waiting for them to take it off my bill when I had to leave. front desk employees were pretty inattentive and didn't did not appreciate questions. did not receive cleaning service one night. when i asked about it, they said it would take place later that night. didn't happen. when i asked again, they told me the hotel staff was busy. last i checked, that's a staffing issue and they didn't provide a serivice. wake […] up call was 15 minutes late. 3:30am means 3:30, not 3:45. a late call is useless when you're on a schedule to catch a flight. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were in town to drop our son off at Princeton University. This hotel was perfect. The breakfasts were adequate, with plenty of seating room. The room was spacious and clean. Most importantly for us, the hotel was just a short drive from campus. I intend to stay here again the next time we visit our son.

We were very happy with this hotel - even the coffee in the suite was similar to what I make at home! The room was spotless, checking in and out was stress free, and the staff was very helpful as well as pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel!

Homewood Suites was clean, spacious and felt like home. I loved the kitchen area with the large refrigerator! And having food available for purchase at the front desk was also nice. I was able to get spaghetti sauce and pasta for cooking back in my room. Convenient, Spacious and Comfortable!

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. We would stay again if in the same area. The price was great was what you get. Awesome value for a traveling family.

The linens were lush. But it would have been nice if the room contained a pie knife.

me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. the room was clean, nice big tv, big bed and a big 2 person shower. the water was ether really hot or really cold but it wasnt too bad.

Room was very clean and very nice. Breakfast in the morning was a plus- food ran out quicker then it could get replenished but that would be the only negative- would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was difficult to get to from Rt 1 unless you were very familiar with the roadways....... the facility has inside corridors and was very noisy all the time we were there........ we happened to be on the hallway leading to the pool and gym so avoid that area if you want a quieter stay.......... in general we found the guests were very inconsiderate […] and loud.... the room next to us had a party going until 1:15 AM at which point we called the desk and they did call the room and things did improve but it was nearly 1:30 AM by this time....also the room was very small and crowded and the heat/air unit gave off a really strong blast of cool air each time it went on so that you really couldn't sit near it and watch the TV........ we wouldn't return to this hotel............. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Good location - right off Route 1. Our stay at the Homewood Suites in Princeton was very pleasant. The hotel was a bit difficult to get to due to the road system, but the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the staff was extremely helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Coming fro a state that has no smoking in all buildings the smell of smoke was noticed. But room was clean. Some trouble getting in from raod alittle confusing the firts time but once there easy. Also nice has a bike path next to it.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly. The kitchen is a bit small.

Upon arriving, I had all of my credentials prepared, ID etc. The assistant manager, who was rather rude and nasty, then goes on to tell me that they needed another credit card and they would hold $50 up to 3 business days. Now, where in the booking process was this mentioned? It wasn't. I have been traveling for years, whether business or pleasure, […] I have never had a hotel hold money on my credit card. Regardless if there was damage to the room or not, no hotel holds money as a "just in case"! This hotel met or exceeded my expectations for an excellent rate. Kitchenette was well equipped, bed & furnisture were comfy. Nice pool and self aerve breakfast. Polite staff.

I booked a smoking room.. I didn't get one.. The man that checked me in was extremely RUDE!!! I asked for a wake up call for 8am Saturday morning, I never got it!! I'm was extremely disappointed with the service i received. The room was beautiful!! The service SUCKED!!!

Very nice, clean, well-equipped suite. I would definitely stay here again. All soda machines were removed that were beside ice machines on each floor except for one, but it was inoperable. Wanted something different to drink than what was offered in their "Suite Shop." After checking each floor, I returned to the front desk & the clerk told me that […] she was "unaware" that the soda machines had been removed?? Other than that, my stay was very enjoyable. Things I like about Princeton Homewood Suites: very clean in room and lobby; quiet, comfortable beds, lovely kitchenette with microwave popcorn provided, and the best was the fresh strawberries and blueberries along with the hearty breakfast. Things to improve: the hot tub heater broke down and didn't get repaired during the three days we were there […] and the weekend breakfast is not as good as weekdays (no straw/blueberry) and breakfast doesn't start until 7am on weekends but we had to leave the hotel at 6:15am so had to eat on the road.
