we enjoy being in bergamo and travelling places around, the quality of service was very good and of course the location.

We had a three beds room for 2adults and 2children. I did not understand why we had to pay the city tax for 3adults, although the kids were exempted. The room was advertised as having a double bed, a sgl bed AND a sofa bed, whereas there were only 1doubla and 1sofa bed-insufficinet for 4 persons.

Bedroom was spacious, clean and warm. Beds comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection of cold meats and eggs. Specialty coffees available on request. Great little hotel, stylish room, great power shower however bed not very comfy. No tea and coffee facilities and renovation going on during our stay which we were not informed about so constant drilling and banging between the hours of 9-5!

This was a very convenient loction as we had an early flight out of Bergamo. About a 15 minute walk up towards the old town which was a beautiful. Very clean modern hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located just in front of the train station and an easy 10 minutes walk to the old upper city. Good breakfast and free internet.

Clean nice hotel close to station. Guy on the desk made us miss our bus to airport by insisting he print us a receipt for city tax (7 euros), at 5.35 in the morning!! Also went in the town for evening meal then came back to the hotel thinking we would have a few drinks a the bar, but there wasn't any bar on.

We wanted somewhere to stay on the last night of our holiday for easy access to the airport early in the morning. The rail station is just over the road, as is the bus stop to the airport which is just a 15 min ride away. We only stayed one night so difficult to comment fully on staff and service, but the rooms were immaculate, very modern and comfortable. Good location also.

The hotel was good and great for what we needed a hotel close to the train station. The down side was the tax we had to pay on arrival although our confirmation from Hotels .com said we had paid in full we had to had over an extra 7 euro . This hotel is so much better than the initial impression. Entrance is straight off the street, near the station. Local roadworks, traffic etc made us fearful of a disturbed night. Fint och nyrenoverat hotell. En halvtimmas promenadavstånd till "Gamla stan" (ta funicularen upp) och en kvart till shoppinggatan. Bra boende och smidigt att gå över gatan till buss och tåg. Ett minus kan vara trafiken utanför hotellet, men vi bodde åt andra hållet.

Et fint hotell med gangavstand til det meste, også en hyggelig spasertur til banen som tar en til Gamlebyen. Hyggelige rom med god plass, greit frokostrom med godt utvalg av frokost. Kommer gjerne igjen!

Het hotel was prima, erg aardig personeel. Het ontbijt was een beetje simpel, maar wel lekker. Aan de voorkant was het verkeerslawaai erg, maar als de ramen dicht waren was het stil. et internet was gratis en heel snel

Jag och min väninna skulle vidare tidigt dagen efter till Monterosso med ett tåg som skulle gå kl. fem på morgonen. Gissa om vi var överlyckliga när vi kom av flyget och en buss stod på plats som tog oss direkt till Bergamo, tog cirka 10-15 min och när vi klev av bussen kunde vi se hotellet. Tågstationen låg precis där vi klev av bussen, så perfekt […] inför resan på morgonen. Hotellrummet var rent och fint. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten helt okey, det mesta man ville ha. Min datter og jeg bodde på Hotell Piemontese i 3 netter i høstferien vår 2012 for å ble kjent med byen Bergamo. Jeg har veldig sant for byen, spesielt gamlebyen, men også beliggenheten. Enkel og god frokost. Det eneste jeg savnet var vannkoker på rommet - for å ordne kaffe/te, håper det er på plass neste gang jeg kommer! På avreisedagen ble jeg frastjålet […] håndbagasjen min med ALT i, en tøff opplevelse! Hotellet var til uvurderlig hjelp både personlig og pga språket. De tok ansvar.
