Stayed for one night. Comfortable bed. Slept well - no loud noises. Nice small apartment feel. Good continental breakfast. I will stay again.

Spend the extra and stay at the Hilton down the street. The bedroom was super cramped. The TV was a ghetto as they come.

If you want a hotel that is giving excellent customer service, value for your money, convenient to 101 highway and elsewhere. Stay here !

Overall a nice hotel. A little dated on the room. Need flat screen TV and bigger bed to update. Nice kitchen facilities and the breakfast lady was super nice! I was on the third floor away from elevators etc. so that no noise came in. I would stay here again.

My stay was good . I was given 3 different quotes on the pet policy and fees. I had called a few days before just so there would not conflicts or issues when I arrived. I was also told that dogs had to enter the building at the side entrance...we still had to walk thru the lobby to get to the elevator. The side entrance was dark and did not feel as […] safe as entering the lobby. I travel a lot with my well behaved, well trained, and well groomed dog. I have never come across this issue before. Do they ask people with ill behaved children to enter thru the side entrances? This place was great. Quick overnight, but had a shipment delivered that arrived a day before I did. They were kind enough to put the very large box - right into my room.

You can hear everything from the side rooms as well as the floor above. The TV in the studio area is niche mounted 6" off the floor (Too low). Internet speed is slow as well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and utensils. Bath / Shower area needs a renovation. Very friendly staff. Clean room

Excellent value for money. Nice to have a suite with comfortable chairs and sofa. All extremely clean. Young man on front desk particularly helpful. Breakfast was adequate. A pleasant overnight stop.

I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends. Nothing negative to say about it--the staff was friendly, the room was even more than I expected, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and the Camarillo Outlet Mall is just two off ramps down the freeway. Fabulous! I will definitely return.

This hotel was well worth the money spent. The more than pleasant greeting and filling breakfast were a real plus. While the room was a little "tired" nothing was truly amiss and there were no odors or any problems. The lobby area is very pleasant.

I stay here after finding positive reviews on Yelp and a great price for a suite. The staff were very friendly, the room was great, though our "nonsmoking room" was a converted smoking room at some point. The only downside was the crazy wedding party mom that took over breakfast. We stayed here to attend the Ventura County Fair & take a boat ride to the Channel Islands. It was the closest hotel we could find because the other hotels around the fairground were booked. But, we liked the location because it was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It is located next to Walmart and many restaurants. I was there for a soccer tournament in Santa Barbara and it is the best value for your money! Stay there for sure again!

we had our pet and worked out good. everyone was friendly. the breakfast was good, they had something different each day. we would definately stay there again.

The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who served breakfast. The room was very clean, nice, and enjoyable. Will go again.

Had a nice stay here on business. The staff is really warm and friendly, the rooms are large and clean, the location is really convenient to gas, shoppping, restaurants, and freeway. Bed was a bit hard for me but overall I would highly recommend this to anyone. Good value too with a nice breakfast and free parkling as well.

We stayed here to attend a wedding, and the rest of our family and guests stayed right down the street at the Hilton, but since we were traveling with dogs (a lab and a small dog @ $10/dog/night...what a deal!), we found this place to stay! We always stay here when we drive to Oxnard to visit family. The staff is always super nice and we like the full kitchen in the rooms What? No cookies in the lobby kitchen this time?? :o(

It's kind of an unusual hotel as the location seems to have been a last minute planning change. That being said, the hotel provides a nice play to stay. Breakfast was better than I thought and the hot tub was nice. One perk is that there is a gas station/convenience store only steps from the hotel making it easy to grab food/drinks anytime you feel […] the urge. Only one word can describe my stay...Fantastic!!! I was at the GrandStay for 3 days, left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and son of a gun, I wasn't disturbed. Most hotels bug you even when you don't want to be bugged. I don't need the sheets changed every day, I don't do that at home! There were plenty of towels, and soap and stuff. Only thing […] I needed was a liner for the trash can and some more detergent for the dishwasher, because I cooked my own meals. The entire hotel was very clean and the desk clerks were nice and helpful. Nice shower, fast internet, lots of room. I will definitely stay here next time!

The hotel is in a Bussiness park area and close to the freeway and dining options. The room was very nice big and had a kitchen. The best part about the hotel was the morning breakfast.

clean rooms ,pleasant employees, helpful amenities. the experience we had was great. we calculated that the price was fair for the service we recieved. Good service for somewhat fair price. I say somewhat only because i would like everything half off. thas just me though.

Solid place to stay if you have to be in Oxnard. Near harbors, outlet mall, golf. Good breakfast, modern and clean comfortable room.

The staff was really nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and small. They said it was a queen, but it felt like a double bed. The kitchenette and living room was nice. Actually mostly everything was nice except the bed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were nice. Kitchen and fridge always handy, they even had cork screws at the front desk (bonus). Nice lobby and breakfast. Good neighborhood and easy location to freeway.

The hotel foyer was clean. We checked in late and there was still warm cookies at our arrival. The room was clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. the pull out bed/couch was also uncomfortable. But we were only there one night and the price was right. The street was a little loud in the beginning, but I did not hear any cars while I was sleeping.

We found this to be a great place to stay if visiting Ventura Cty or North LA. Very clean hotel, huge rooms with small kitchens and an great Golds Gym next door. Oxnard was very safe and quite, the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from the beach.

Hotels.com lists the handicap suite as having a King size bed (which was why we chose it), but upon check-in, I was told they don't HAVE king size beds (boooo), so the first night, we stayed in the handicap suite and changed the next day because it was just not comfortable for the non-handicapped. The shower is confining, no bathroom counter and it […] has a mini fridge - go for the 'normal' suites, trust me. Other than that, the rooms are great & comfortable. If you like A/C, check the vents because they all point toward the ceiling and you won't feel it as much. Breakfast options were really good and the staff is super nice and accommodating.
