Good standards overall. Hotel undergoing renovation work and hence numerous facilities were unavailable. For example, the restaurant and bar areas were housed in alternate makeshift areas. Front desk/Reception personnel were quite helpful with useful and practical tourism, sightseeing and restaurant information. The Tour Desk staff was inexperienced, […] lacked basic English language skills and unable to explain/describe items already in their own brochures/guide books. Two massage experiences at the Spa were both very disappointing as the masseuse did not have any knowledge of deep tissue massage or Shiatsu techniques. Management should be aware of the skill level of the Spa employees. It was a complete waste of time and money. The buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous and adequate. Very good value. I stayed 10 days at this hotel and was very comfortable. Staff was always very friendly and they always tried to help in any way posssible.. Very friendly and helpful personnel, a hotel that will be very nice when the renovation is ready. At the moment, lobby area and breakfast room moved. Nice pool area and nice spa. Nice breakfast. Quite central, walking distance to museums and down town.

The hotel is under going repairs. Needs quite a bit of work to restore it it to its original glory days. The staff make up for any short comings. Overall we had a great stay.

Arriving late at the hotel in the evening the staffing was very mininal to greet my wife and I. We had to carry our own luggage and find our room on our own as well, which was uncharacteristic of Vietnamese courtesy. The internet was not free, and cost per 15 minutes, which came as a suprise when I needed to check it. the hotel was lovely, the staff helful (but English poor) and friendly. Our biggest complaint was the poor air conditioning. The entire hotel and worst our room was so hot we were never comfortable unless inside the pool - which was awesome. We expect a hotel of this class to provide escape from the heat and comfort in our room and it was not available. […] The only other complaint was in this day of free wi fi it's a crime to charge for internet. 外観やロビーはさすが五つ星ホテルだけあってとても綺麗でした。 しかし部屋に入ってみると、少し首をかしげたくなるような微妙な印象を受けました。 決して不潔ではないのですが、髪の毛が落ちていたり、タオルの畳み方が雑だったり… シャワーの温度が急に冷たくなったり熱くなったり安定しなかったことも個人的には残念でした。 またプールやテニスコートが工事中で使えませんでしたが、 予約時には一切情報がありませんでした。 ロビーではフロントやドアマンがおしゃべりをしており、 また気軽に話しかけて来て、フレンドリーなような、騒々しいような空気でした。 朝食もおいしかったのですが、果物の周りに何匹もハエがたかっていたりと、 特に大きな不満はないのですが、もう一度利用したいかと言われると 今度は他の所にしよう […] かという、そんなホテルです。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

残念ながら工事中・・・中に入ると水性塗料の臭いが充満してます。日中は工事音が聞こえてくるので、外出していないとツライですね。プールとジムは閉鎖中・・・プール目当てで選んだのに・・・。部屋は何もないので、寝泊りだけなら問題ないです。ネットは繋がらない、というか、フロントに要求するように、と、メモ書きがありましたが、利用しませんでした。ガイドブックなどにある場所に行くとき、タクシーを利用するしか方法がないのですが、あまり近いと気が引ける？感じがありますが、どこからも多少離れている立地なので、遠慮なくタクシーに乗れるのは、かえって良かったかも。あと駐車場をはさんで隣がスーパーマーケットなので、ビールやお菓子はそこで調達できます。周囲は、職人街なので（建築系）、徒歩圏には、雑貨などの店は無いと思いま […] す。このホテルはカジノが併設されているのでその客が多いのかな？と、思われます。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

レストランが改装されて、朝食、夕食共に良くなりました。観光には不便かもしれませんが、空港へ行くための前泊を目的とした私にとっては十分な宿です。やや郊外に位置するため、朝空港に向かう際に渋滞に巻き込まれないのがGOODです。

Hanoi HorisonはHanoiでの定宿にしていますが、唯一違和感があるのがベトナムの物価に対して極めて高いWiFi使用料をいまだに取っていることです。Ho Chi Minh, Danangと各地のホテルに滞在しますが、他はﾌﾘｰです。改善を望みます。

改装中でした。 ■ロビーは臨時の受付のようなカウンター ■朝食は広いホールのような場所で寒々しくオーダーした卵料理は素人並み、お湯のポットの中は水（お粗末・・） ■部屋は改装前のため古くて快適とはいえません。 ５つ星のようですが、現状３つ星レベルのサービスしか受けられないと思います。 現状、価格に見合うサービスは期待できず、お勧めはできません。

予約時にホテルがリノベーション中であることは明記されていなかった。 レセプションもバンケット用の通路およびクロークがレセプションエリアとなっていた。 また朝食用の会場もバンケット用の会場利用のため、バイキングの内容も種類もほぼ毎日同じで、従業員も3－4名と少なかったし、全体的にサービスの質が落ちていた。Accorのマネジメントとある程度の期待はあったが、失望。 部屋は清潔ではあるものの、クロスもはげてそのまま、バスはタイルの床にお湯がこぼれ続ける状況であった。 全体的に、従業員の数が少なく、稼働率の低さ、従業員のモチベーションの低さを感じた。3つ星程度のクオリティしか感じられなかった。 年内（12月初旬と従業員が説明）までリノベーションが掛かるため、この状態が継続しているようなら、あまり勧め […] られない。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

호안끼엠등 주요 방문지와 가까운편(택시비 6만동 내외) 객실 상태 깨끗하고 종업원들도 친절한편입니다. 도보로 갈만한 좋은 레스토랑은 없으며 대신 가까운 곳에 슈퍼마켓과 와이파이 가능한 카페가 길 건너에 있고 작은 노천 식당들도 좀 있습니다. 다만, 조식이 좀..부실합니다. 무엇보다 메뉴가 전혀 바뀌지 않더군요. 6개월 전애도 묵었는데 그때의 메뉴와 똑같은 조식이 4일내내 나오더군요... 그리고 와이파이 사용을 하려니까 4일 숙박자는 25불을 내라고 하더군요.다른 호텔도 그런지 모르겠습니다만, 투숙객의 와이파이 사용 같은데서 수익을 창출하려는 정책은 좀 고치시는게 어떤지요. 종합적으로는 큰 불만이 없었습니다. 특히 2층에 […] 숙박을 하면 객실에서 바로 풀장을 나갈 수 있으며 헬스장도 2층에 있습니다. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

perfect hotel. zeker een aanrader. ligt wel wat het uit het centrum.ongeveer 10 minuten met de taxi. . Maar dat kan natuurlijk ook een pluspunt zijn als je niet in de drukt van Hanoi wilt zitten.

Wir waren im Januar 2011 für 3 Nächte in dem Hotel. Der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich. Unser Zimmer verfügte auch über einen extra Sitzbereich und war sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und der Kaffee wurde bis an den Tisch gebracht. Von hier aus sind es mit dem Taxi nur wenige Minuten […] bis zur Altstadt. Am Hoa KimSee unbedingt den naheliegenden Markt besuchen und das Essen in den kleineren Restaurants durchkosten. In der Altstadt befinden sich ettliche Reisebüros, wo man unbedingt die Halong Bucht Tour buchen sollte. Empfehlenswert ist eine Rundfahrt mit dem Tourbus durch die engen Gassen des Marktes. Der Markt ist in verschiedene Kategorien eingeteilt(Gemüsemarkt, Küchenutensilien, Kunstgewerbe, Textilien...). Die Zentrale desTourautos ist genau am Hoa Kim See gelegen. フロントは愛想が良く、感じがよいが、日本語が出来る人がいないのはトラブル時少々つらく感じます。 チェックイン、チェックアウトともトラブルとなり、また、申し込んだWi-Fiも接続が悪く、４回接続を試みましたが２回しかつながりませんでした。サービス提供の質は、日本のホテルと比べるべくもないですが、もう少し安心できる環境をお願いしたいと思います。 ロケーションは中途半端という方もいますが、どこへ行くにも便利な場所であり、私のビジネスにはもってこいと思います。 ホテル内は清潔でよくメンテナンスされています。パジャマ持参で、たたむのを忘れて外出したら、丁寧にたたんで置かれていたことが印象的です。
