It's so nice and very convenience for tourist. I like this hotel and all the place around hotel.

Good standards overall. Hotel undergoing renovation work and hence numerous facilities were unavailable. For example, the restaurant and bar areas were housed in alternate makeshift areas. Front desk/Reception personnel were quite helpful with useful and practical tourism, sightseeing and restaurant information. The Tour Desk staff was inexperienced, […] lacked basic English language skills and unable to explain/describe items already in their own brochures/guide books. Two massage experiences at the Spa were both very disappointing as the masseuse did not have any knowledge of deep tissue massage or Shiatsu techniques. Management should be aware of the skill level of the Spa employees. It was a complete waste of time and money. The buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous and adequate. Very good value. Very friendly and helpful personnel, a hotel that will be very nice when the renovation is ready. At the moment, lobby area and breakfast room moved. Nice pool area and nice spa. Nice breakfast. Quite central, walking distance to museums and down town.

Good hotel, a bit in need of a face-lift, which is actually taking place so there are important works ongoing with associated high noice-levels during working hours.

"Lovely hotel, way to hot"
the hotel was lovely, the staff helful (but English poor) and friendly. Our biggest complaint was the poor air conditioning. The entire hotel and worst our room was so hot we were never comfortable unless inside the pool - which was awesome. We expect a hotel of this class to provide escape from the heat and comfort in our room and it was not available. […] The only other complaint was in this day of free wi fi it's a crime to charge for internet. The only other minor concern was that the staff did not understand English well and we had to go through the manager to get f/u to a request so simple as to request dinner reservations in the hotel itself. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"A Western style hotel - great for business"
This is a very nice Western style hotel, but you will not feel like you are in Viet Nam. This is can be an advantage or a disadvantage depending on what you are looking for. It is NOT a romantic hotel atmosphere. There is a supermarket less than a block away, which is convenient for getting snacks and supplies.
"Wifi"
Hanoi HorisonはHanoiでの定宿にしていますが、唯一違和感があるのがベトナムの物価に対して極めて高いWiFi使用料をいまだに取っていることです。Ho Chi Minh, Danangと各地のホテルに滞在しますが、他はﾌﾘｰです。改善を望みます。

"하노이 호라이즌 호텔"
객실 컨디션 및 청소 상태 양호함 하노이 중심지에서 조금 떨어져 있어 조용하나 이동은 조금 불편함, 아침조식 양호, 운영이 활발하지 않아 좀 썰렁함 객실 이용만 조용히 할 경우 만족스러울 만함

Een prima hotel, wat weg van het centrum van Hanoi maar dat is een verademing en taxi's zijn goedkoop. Er zijn op dit moment werken bezig hetgeen wat lawaai veroorzaakt gedurende de dag maar niet erg vervelend. Het hotel is prima, uitstekend ontbijt, prachtige grote kamers, goed getrainde staf. "Harison Hanoi Hotel"
goed hotel, erg rustig, voor ons goed gelegen, ver van lawaai (taxi naar waar je wilt goedkoop), prima grote kamer, personeel heel aangenaam, nadeel: er zijn op dit moment grote werken bezig aan terras, restaurant etc.. Blijft voor ons toch aanrader.

"가격대비 괜찮은 호텔"
호안끼엠등 주요 방문지와 가까운편(택시비 6만동 내외) 객실 상태 깨끗하고 종업원들도 친절한편입니다. 도보로 갈만한 좋은 레스토랑은 없으며 대신 가까운 곳에 슈퍼마켓과 와이파이 가능한 카페가 길 건너에 있고 작은 노천 식당들도 좀 있습니다. 다만, 조식이 좀..부실합니다. 무엇보다 메뉴가 전혀 바뀌지 않더군요. 6개월 전애도 묵었는데 그때의 메뉴와 똑같은 조식이 4일내내 나오더군요... 그리고 와이파이 사용을 하려니까 4일 숙박자는 25불을 내라고 하더군요.다른 호텔도 그런지 모르겠습니다만, 투숙객의 와이파이 사용 같은데서 수익을 창출하려는 정책은 좀 고치시는게 어떤지요. 종합적으로는 큰 불만이 없었습니다. 특히 2층에 […] 숙박을 하면 객실에서 바로 풀장을 나갈 수 있으며 헬스장도 2층에 있습니다. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
perfect hotel. zeker een aanrader. ligt wel wat het uit het centrum.ongeveer 10 minuten met de taxi. . Maar dat kan natuurlijk ook een pluspunt zijn als je niet in de drukt van Hanoi wilt zitten.

"deposit 한 카드"
check out 할때 check in 시 deposit 한 카드를 없애는 것을 확인해야 하는데, 호텔에서 잃어버려서 기분이 매우 나빴습니다.
"あと一歩があれば満点"
フロントは愛想が良く、感じがよいが、日本語が出来る人がいないのはトラブル時少々つらく感じます。 チェックイン、チェックアウトともトラブルとなり、また、申し込んだWi-Fiも接続が悪く、４回接続を試みましたが２回しかつながりませんでした。サービス提供の質は、日本のホテルと比べるべくもないですが、もう少し安心できる環境をお願いしたいと思います。 ロケーションは中途半端という方もいますが、どこへ行くにも便利な場所であり、私のビジネスにはもってこいと思います。 ホテル内は清潔でよくメンテナンスされています。パジャマ持参で、たたむのを忘れて外出したら、丁寧にたたんで置かれていたことが印象的です。
