Homewood Suites by Hilton Agoura Hills - อากูราฮิลส์

We reserved four suites for our stay. Three of the four rooms were excellent and ready at check-in. One room had a unique smell, not bad, just interesting. Since there are small kitchens in these suites, the smell may have been "cooking" residue from the previous guest. Not to worry, the staff immediately gave us an upgrade room and it worked out perfect. […] All the staff was very professional and courteous. The evening meal served Sun-Thu was a very nice touch. The free breakfast is a great value added service. We will be staying there again during our next years of travel because of our child going to Pepperdine, which is a short 20 minute drive away. Loved everything about this stay... convenient location, great complimentary food and service, room cleanliness. Just a suggestion ... add another mirror to the suite room for 5 people! This was a very well-maintained hotel. It was great having the kitchen....it even had a dishwasher for someone that was staying for several days. The work-out room was very clean and the equipment was modern and much like the gym that I attend.The surrounding area was super, with a Trader Joes, a McDonalds, a Mexican Restaurant, and gas stations. Out of the main hussle and bussle of LA and super close to Malibu beach, which itself was a pleasant drive. Close to heaps of top shopping centres, groceries and general shopping. Not in a run down area. Hotel staff were awesome. Breakfast was fantastic, the only negative comment being there could have been more sitting space. We asked for a non smoking […] room but it was clear that someone had smoked in the room before we stayed. Other than that the room was very clean and tidy. Our daughter slept on the pull-out sofa and it was not the same quality as other Homewood Suites we've stayed in (2 others on the same trip). It needs to be replaced.

This hotel looks nice initially, but was a disaster all in all. First, the door keys didn't work. The fifth key finally worked. Then, our room didn't have a smoke detector, the shower head dribbled water out, and one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms were clean and quiet, with shopping & good restaurants nearby. They had amenities to bring food to make your own meals, either on the stove or in the microwave. The sofa, desk chair and other chairs are for short people, which is my main complaint (i'm 5'10") because the furniture is low, it is hard on the back & legs. Other than that it was […] fine. Very nice neighbourhood, close to beaches of Malibu (20 min drive). The hotel room we booked - suite with two queen beds - does not give you a choice of location within the hotel buildings. All rooms of this type face the Ventura highway. Otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Very nice rooms, food and service.

The fold-out sofabed in the one bedroom units are cheap, crummy units. We went down to our car and brought the Aerobed we were carrying up to the room and slept on it. I wouldn't even let little kids sleep on it. We went down to the front desk to complain, and the two attendants didn't seem interested, and didn't offer up any recommendations.

The hotel is located in a great location, outside the city, but close to everything. All is very secure and safe, partly due to the difficulty in using the room keys. From the food to the pool to the rooms, it is a great place to stay.

We come to this area to visit our daughter who is studying at Pepperdine in Malibu and have found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, well-located, and a good value. The suite rooms are a bit cramped but are comfortable. A buffet breakfast is offered each morning and a light dinner with wine and beer is served on weekdays at no extra cost. Great place to stay!

For the most part everything was all right, except that we had to wait two hours past check-in time before we could get into our room.

This hotel was dirty with visible stains on the bedding. The keys did not work they had to re-program them several times.The access door was broken so you could not even enter into the hallway to get to your room without walking around to far end of hotel. Just a GREAT STAY.

This hotel was awesome! It was very clean and wonderful and the staff was very helpful. My only suggestion is that if you have any special needs (ground floor handicap access room...etc) you should request them at booking and not at check-in. I would move into this hotel permanently. Perfect. The suite, the staff, and the Trader Joe's right next door make this my idea of heaven. 2 thumbs up! Highly recommend.

Our stay was great. We were there for 5 nights, every day the staff was friendly. Breakfast is like most continentals. But they offer a super great dinner from Monday thru Thursday. Also they have a complete kitchen if you prefere to cook. Our first 2 nigths were just great but after that we start feeling the pain from the hard bed, thats the only thing […] I was not so happy with. Another thing is the pool, only the first day we could use it, was great but the rest of the week we stayed there they were working at the pool area so, we were not allow to use it. Feels more like a Hilton! Really nice rooms and facilities. The beds are comfortable but the pillows were rock hard. Free breakfast was amazing!!! Eggs, self-made waffles and buffet!! I'd stay again but bring my own pillow.

What can I say - we hade a free breakfast and dinner, along with complimentary draft beer and/or wine. Its set up like a condo style - we had 4 people in a king suite and it was relatively inexpensive. We were used to to paying a fair amount just for breakfast - so this was a deal for us and very comfortable - you could even cook in the room if you […] wanted to - there is a fridge, microwave, stove - table - etc...I would go here again. This hotel was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was more than I had anticipated! I would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel and staff

Accessible accomodoation was deficient. The rooms do not have AD approved toilets, and shower stalls. Room layout are very inconvenient for wheelchair users.

I so enjoyed my stay @ this Hotel.The entire bed from pillows to comforter was so soft.Close to the freeway and easy access to markets and food places.I will definatley stay here again.

We booked a hotel with a full kitchen for our trip to Universal Studios. This hotel is right off the freeway which is great but it is about a 20-25 minute drive to U.S.,so don't expect to be in & out of the hotel too often! This comments we read before booking were right on the mark. Service was fine as were the rooms. Breakfast on the weekend was pretty good and plentiful. Very good value for the quality.

The sick place e I didn't want to leave

Hotel is convenient with lots to do nearby. The rooms were big, comfortable and came with everything you could need. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
