We looked for a hotel in the area as we had a family event. This hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, nice staff. Highly recommended.

It was a little expensive, but I would recommend this hotel. We usually stay at a different place that has a refrigerator and stove top---to save money on our vacation--but were not as concerned this time as it was just one night.

Very nice! Room was very comfortable. Staff did everything to make the stay pleasant. I would gladly stay there again.

First time stay and had a good experience. The hotel's second floor was closed for renovations, and we had to walk by some rooms being renovated on the 1st floor to get to the elevator, which had a strong smell from paint/new carpet. It was off-season however, and they have to renovate sometime. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, quiet, and did not […] smell. I really liked that the duvet covers are washed between each guest! Helpful and friendly staff. I had made an error and booked for the wrong date, but the woman at the desk straightened it all out with a smile and I got the same rate. She was also in the middle of baking cookies when we came in which my husband was thrilled about---even more so when he found out they were complimentary! Room was very clean and modern, staff did a great job a resetting while I was gone each day. Breakfast provided each morning a nice full spread. Friendly staff, easy checkin checkout.

We`ve stayed at several Hamptons, and this one might be the best. Of course, it`s fairly new -- or at least seems that way. Room was great, staff was great and we got a great rate. We were there in low season, mid-October -- so it might be different in mid-summer. Close to beaches, good restaurants and great sight-seeing along the coast. The location was good, with access to various restaurants. The fitness room had only 3 pieces of equipment and could have offered more.

I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton Inn in Wells, however, my granddaughter found common pins on the rug and we were all running around barefoot so that was a little upsetting. Thank goodness she found them before one of us got one stuck in our foot. We just loved the attention to detail of the entire staff. They genuinely care that their guests are comfortable and satisfied. We had a great stay! The front desk was the most helpful I have ever had at a hotel. Super friendly and more than willing to help or answer questions about anything you need or want to do. The rooms were super clean every day. Enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. In a great location about a mile from the beach. We will stay that this hotel again […] in the future. Will certainly book at this Hampton Inn again. Staff at front desk was great, room was ungraded at no cost. Everything comfortable. Used pool, took advantage of free breakfast which offered a variety of choices.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but it was really nothing out of the ordinary. Went for my huabands birthday weekend. We did find that the pool and hot tub did have a lot of chlorine in it, which caused some breathing difficulties. We would probably consider staying at here again if we should be back in the area.
