Friendship Hotel Hangzhou - หางโจว

We did not like the fornt desk girl who handled our check-in process. When asking questions about the city sightseeing, she just told us (in a really bad tone) that we should search online including buying the bus ticket to yellow mountain and commute time between the bus station and hotel. Most important thing is […] DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL'S TRAVEL SERVICE AT ALL, the girl lied to us about the price of airfare (tprice was being told much cheaper before we made the purchase; after we agreed to purchase the ticket then we were being told that quote did not include any tax and we need to pay it in CASH ONLY / NOT CREDIT CARD). She also lied about these paper tickets would include seat assignment and we don't need to worry about on-line checking. Of course, we got the tickets and noted these tickets do not have any assigned seat number. At the end, they just told us that we need to call the airline or go to airport ealier to get our seat secure. We tried to call the airline and spent over one hour over the phone with them and still could not get the seat assigment (because the hotle lady enter the wrong cell-phone number and we could not match the number to their record). By the end, we went to airport 4 hours ealier. Without the travel agent girl and the front desk check-in girl, we would give a FOUR star to this hotel. Good services and hotel room. Breakfast is not included and is expensive for guest.

I stayed here for 5 days about 1 month ago in 12/2011. as long as i can remember the room was clean. the staffs in the lobby was polite. it's kind strange that the gym had hardwood floor in the weight lifting area. it was very expensive if you want to rent a conf. room. other than that I don't remember anything to complain.

There are many hospitals nearby which give us no good dilusion.

overall is good, but the pillow too soft not comfortable.

Excellent service by Reception upon check-in. The concierge boys were helpful and efficient in getting s taxi even during busy period of the day. The hotel is considered well-maintained given the number of years its been there. The room is very well equipped and even provided local phone if needed by overseas guests. However, the toilet is a bit small […] but still acceptable. We were being upgraded to a bigger room with westlake view automatically upon check-in as there were 3 of us. The selection of breakfast spread is normal so i reckon we were paying mainly for the bird's eye view especially on the westlake on the 20th storey. Very close to the Lake which was awesome. Only complaint would be the bed and sheets which were inferior to other hotels I've been at in China.

Clean, great location, good service - what else can you expect? Beds are a bit hard, but not enough to give you a bad night. They helped us to buy tickets for Impression West Lake show.

This is among the best choices in Hangzhou, especially when rooms get discounted by half and you get a 4/5 star room for much lower prices. Excellent location, great English language skills for foreign visitors, and artfully-appointed rooms. Extremely clean.

Everything about this hotel was pleasant. Bed was hard but found that to be true in every hotel where we stayed in China. Wonderful breakfast and lunch buffet. The Japenese restaurant in the hotel was so-so.

Hatte Zimmer 1013: Minizimmer mit versifftem Teppich und extrem laut da an der Kreuzung zweier 6-spurigen Straßen gelegen. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und des hohen Preises hatte ich Besseres erwartet. Nach meiner Beschwerde habe ich am nächsten Tag eines der neu renovierten Zimmer bekommen, das ok war. Achtung: nur Zimmer mit der Endnummer 03,04,05 […] und 06 sind von der Straße abgewandt und entsprechend ruhiger. Standardzimmer (obwohl derselbe Preis) sind wesentlich besser als die Single Business Rooms. Essen im Hotel ist teuer, eine 0,5l Wasserflasche koste 4€...Hotel liegt direkt neben Merchant Marco und Huachen, ca 5min bis zum Westlake und den Wasserspielen. 古いホテルが嫌いな方は、内装や設備などは満足できないと思いますが、老舗ホテルならではのサービスが行き届いている良いホテルだと思いました。雨の多い地域なので、部屋には傘が用意されていますし、フロントでも貸出ししています。小腹がすいた時食べれるフルーツや、月餅のサービスなんかもありました。中国ならではの老舗ホテル！って感じです。

舒適乾淨,讓人住得很舒服.如果能對住3晚以上的客人附一天早餐,讓住客感受一下20樓的美景,就更優了!

Das Hotel war das beste, in dem wir auf unserer Chinareise bisher waren. Deutlich teurere Hotels in Peking und Shanghai können mit dem Friendship Hotel nicht mithalten. Der Service ist unfassbar gut! Im Bereich der Rezeption sind mindestens vier Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die einem sofort weiterhelfen ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Personal spricht hervorragendes […] Englisch. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick obwohl wir ein Standardzimmer gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Toilettenartikel, Aufdeckservice, Tee, fliessendes Trinkwasser!). Die Lage ist etwas hinterversetzt vom See, aber auf Höhe des berühmten Musikbrunnens. 20m links vom Hotel gibt es eine Station des öfffentlichen Fahrradverleihs, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Nice hotel but small rooms. The rooms are clean and service is ok. But this is not a 4 star hotel. Wireless internet only in lobby not in room. Skip the japanese restaurant it´s to expensive. Breakfast i didn´t take. The hotel is at great location. Near west lake and near night market.
