This hotel could be a great place to stay, if only they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the property. While the rooms are up-to-date, comfortable, and the premises are generally 'nice', the common areas are tarnished by stains on the floor. Security card pad on outside door was not working so Joe Blow could have come in. Hot tub not working. House keeping knocking on my door at 9am wanting to clean. Told em to buzz off.

Didn't spend much time in the hotel, but beds were comfortable, room temperatures fine, hearing and air didn't make noise. Better than average lighting in the room but horrible lighting in bathroom. Having separate seating area was very convenient.

Not the closest hotel to the campus but close enough. Also was a good value for the low price.

Never again, paper thin walls so one hears all neighbors, ordered a taxi which never came and nearly let me miss my flight. Not recommended ! I stay frequently in College Station but they will never see me again.

H hot tub did not work

This hotel was all that was available a few weeks before our stay. We needed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. All decent hotels in the area that were more economically priced were booked so we chose this hotel. Very nice facility but pricey.

would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Stayed here while visiting our aggie student.

You can tell they've been working hard to upgrade the hotel-despite of the signs of age, what it is unacceptable is to offer specifically a sofa bed (as a sleeping place) amongst all the room options and provide one in such deplorable conditions. The metal structure was bent, "u" shaped and the mattress was so thin and old, unable to provide any support. […] If they offer a sofa bed it should be updated or not offered at all. This hotel was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the location, very close to restaurants and A & M campus. The parking lot is a little dark but I had no problems with security. I would stay again.

It's hotel is off a main road, which helps keep it quiet during the night. It is close to campus and vey affordable. The staff was excellent as well.

The hotel was very comfortable. You can just literally walk to Buffalo Wild Wings and drink all you want and not worry about driving. Campus is less then 5 mins away and staff is very nice. I would go back again.

This hotel is alright, but it is nothing special. They advertise they have shuttle to the airport service, but in reality all they can offer is to call you a taxi.

Bathroom was not clean. Carpets were wore. The walls are thin.

I don't know why this place is only rated 2 stars. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast bar is also very good.

The hotel stay was very pleasant. In the room that was initially assigned ot us, the door security was broken. When I made a call to the front desk, the staff informed me he would move us to another room on the same floor. The first impression is of a hotel that has tasteful decor and comfortable accommodations. However, at closer look our bathroom had some distasteful looking stained grout around the toilet, edges of walls were battered and in need of repair, and there was a general sense that the property could stand some repairs and more thorough cleaning.

We checked in Friday night with 2 adults, 2 children. The main bed was fine, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a really thin mattress and a head end that would not go down horizontally but stayed at an upward angle. The worst part was that there was no hot water the next morning. Our daughter was taking a shower and the water went cold on […] her. The rest of us did not shower because of this. This happened around 7:30 am Saturday morning, not a time at which other hotel guests might have already used up all the hot water. When we complained about this afterwards, the agent in the lobby had a lame excuse about the hotel being very full.
