The maintenance at the hotel was very poor. No hot water for 2 days. Poor AC. Staff tried to help, but could not perform repairs. We were "upgraded" but no hot water or AC there either. Overall I give it a 2 1/2 star.

Stayed overnight on way back from Marrakech. More of a Japan Western style business hotel. Nothing "Morocco" exotic about it. Friendly staff. Short cab ride to Old Medina, Train Station (Casa Port Station). Ask for non-smoking room if that's what you want. Windows have a horizontal wall right in the middle of them. Took Room 701 - corner room with great view of the Hassan II mosque and noticeably quiet as its far above the busy intersection.

The room was very clean, which is the most important thing to me. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is quite a distance from the airport, but it was close to the Hassan II mosque which is beautiful.

we like firm mattresses but the Barcelo took it too far. best breakfast though so at least something to get up early for

Overall this hotel was very good. Rooms were clean, well furnished, and modern. The only complaint I have would be the noise from traffic outside, downtown casablanca is very busy and we could hear a fair amount of the traffic outside. The noise was not enough to keep me awake, but is there in the background until late in the evening.

An outstanding hotel and a real bargain at the price we paid. We had a very large room that was well furnished with excellent closet and drawer capacity. The bathroom was large and modern. If you're traveling as a tourist the hotel is not ideal for getting around. As Americans, we were used to fluent English at our accommodation in Marrakech. Although the staff was perfectly comfortable conversing with us, it would have been difficult if we were staying for a longer period of time and in need of deeper communication. Un Hotel correct bien situe parfait pour une atmosphère de business Un personnel charmant ,un petit déjeuner copieux avec les bonnes spécialité marocaine en plus de toute spécialité européenne ,tout ce qui il y a de plus copieux Et tous les soirs un jolie petit plat de fruit et douceur vous attend ... Très agréable Je recommande

No se si este hotel, está o no, dirigido por la cadena barcelo. Dado, que la habitación asignada su mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. Baños, tohallas, sabanas...(No muy bien). El personal, correcto. El bufet, incomodo. espacio muy reducido. Por lo demás, bien. Precio, por esta web,...bien. Lo recomendaria por precio y ubicación en la ciudad.

部屋は綺麗で暖かいし、ジャグジーもついてて最高でした。文句なしの星五つです！！

Correct, un peu trop froid et impersonnel, acceuil moyen

Le petit déjeuner était super. Mais notre chambre était trop bruyante. Breakfast was the best. But our room was way too noisy. Our room was on the 6th floor facing intersection of blvd Anfa and blvd M. Zerktouni.

Bon hotel à recommander. Bon petit dejeuner avec du choix. Choix possible de la texture de votre oreiller. Bon rapport qualite prix. Bon acceuil du personnel.

Réception Hôtellerie Ménage Très satisfaisant

Hotel au personnel agréable, la carte restaurant n'est pas attrayante, nous avons donc choisi de manger ds Casa.

Wenigstens war das Hotel sehr gut - den Rest kann man sich sowieso abschminken in Marokko

nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil , la gentillesse et la disponibilté du personnel, à la réception et dans tout l'hôtel . Les chambres sont confortables
