The room looked like it was stuck in the 70s with the carpet and cooling unit. Housekeeping came at 8 in the morning not once but twice 15 min apart. I did not like that smoking rooms were near the non smoking rooms. The non smoking room I was in, smelt like I was smoking. The other guests in my unit were so loud that I had a hard time having any quiet. The […] office personal were great. If I had any questions, they were able to answer them to their knowledge. I did not enjoy my stay I didn't receive a key to my room upon check-in it was the next day. And house keeping did not do a good job keeping my room clean I had to ask for my bed sheets to be changed. My room was never vacuum while I was there and the list goes on..

The room was clean,bed well made,you could tell the sheets were just washed and clean.everthing worked well.vast improvement.I will stay again and recommend the motel to outhers.

I was greeted with a friendly smile as I checked in for the night. The room was very clean. I didn't want to get up the next morning because the bed and pillow were soooo comfortable! I highly recommend!

The front desk clerk was very friendly upon checkin. That's where the nice part of our stay ended. As soon as we opened the door to get to our room the hallway had a very overwhelming nasty smell. We made it to our room holding our breath & pulling the kids along as quickly as we could. We opened the door to the room & upon quick glance it didn't look […] horrible. We set our things down & flipped on the lights...thats when it was more obvious. First off...the large sliding glass door that went outside to the pool didn't close all the way...the handle was hanging on by 1 screw....there were holes around the handle that weren't sealed up. There was a water bug crawling through the large gap. The bathroom was GROSS...there was uring ON the toilet & hair IN the sink. The vanity sink in the main part of the room had toothpaste in it. The fridge was dirty..with about 3 months worth of dust on the top of it & the inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was very nasty,,,,stains everywhere & my kids socks turned a loverly dark brown from running around. So being the person I am I was going to try to make the best of it since our reservations were notrefundable. I cleaned with lysol wipes. Well when we went to get into bed we found hairs in both beds. NONE of the sheets had been changed. I worked as a housekeepeper when I was a teenager & can tell you these beds had just been made up to look like they had been changed. Needless to say I was NOT happy. THERE WAS ROACHES CRAWLING IIN THE ROOM. I WAS IN TUB AN ONE CRAWLED ACROSS THE CEILING AN SOMEHOW FEEL IN TUB. I WAS SHOCKED AN WHEN I CALLED THE FRONT DESK THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL.. USUALLY THIS IS AN AWESOME HOTEL.. I WAS VERY SHOCKED AN NOT SURE I WILL EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! This is the last attempt to stay here. I set up the best they had because the last two times it was a dump! I upgraded to the effeiciency....Dump! The clerk told me the Alexander Fulton hotel was a dump so I went there, it was BEAUTIFUL same price! The Super8 needs to be plowed to the ground. the room was clean , pillows were flat and the coffee maker did not work ask for a different one but did not get it but over all was ok

We were pleasantly surprised! Super 8 is not our first choice of hotels, but we were tired after traveling for two days. The room was nice, the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed sitting out by the pool with our coffee before heading down the road for our third day!

Motel is in dire need of updating. The breakfast was a disgusting excuse for food.

I checked into the room and the room wasn't even clean other than the bed being made. It was not vacuumed, the trashcans were full of trash, the bathroom was dirty, dirty towels on the floor, used soap in the shower with hairs, there was a roach on the floor. I was grossed out but there were no other rooms available so I just cleaned it myself with […] clorox wipes. The AC germs gave me the worst sore throat ever when I woke up the next day. Check out was 11am and a maid was trying to come into the room before checkout to clean the room out for the next guest. I told her it was not checkout time yet and she was like, "Well when are you going to leave??" The worker at the front desk couldn't even tell me if there was a fitness center at the hotel and made me wait there for 5 minutes until she could find the maintenance guy come in to tell me no. Good location

Even though I expected a basic economy hotel, this one was not up to my expectations. The room was not clean and I had to settle for a smoking room and it could not be changed. The hotel is very much past due for a remodel and I would never stay there again.

The room was "tired" and a fridge in the room would have been appreciated. Breakfast room a little small for the number of guests there on the morning we stayed. The staff were friendly.

Very close to our convention at Riverfront conv. ctr.. wonderful room and breakfast was great...

Rooms were clean, good price. Sink needed a little Drano and the back patio door didn't lock, but we were on the second story. Definitely got what we paid for, BUT breakfast was awesome! They had waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Extra points in my book for that. We will probably stay there again when we travel through Alexandria,  […] LA. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were doing a triathlon at Indian Creek State Park so this was very convenient to the race site. Can't say I thought much of Alexandria, but we were only there overnight. The hotel was nice, the staff were nice, the bed was comfy. Close to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.
